Prices are good but if you're a female you're not completely safe shopping here. I've reported incidents to the employees before, they simply don't care about your safety. I actually had one employee try to accuse me of lying last night, when a man was following me and asking to do things with me. They WILL protect themselves and they won't even do anything about the person harassing you. They LET men do this. It's unfortunate and I don't know why, it's happened MULTIPLE times. Other incidents I've had are just friendly people.

Pleasant experience, peak of shopping these days. In my professional opinion, in would be greatly appreciated if there were more cashiers on duty. Every time I stop here, I am confident that I will find exactly what I need at the price I want. Prices here are below all else in the industry. I am truly impressed by the drive seen in their employees.

The staff is always super nice and they're pretty good and keeping things well stocked. However, I can't stop here anymore because I can't deal with the constant stream of pets they allow in. Not service animals, they're clearly pets and half the time they aren't even leashed or in the cart (not that that would be a whole lot better.)

I like this WinCo location .They have a water station for the 5 gallon jugs inside. Great prices good customer service. And the best part is you bag your own groceries.

Sadly, due to an employee, I will no longer shop here or step foot in the building. A store lead by the name of Stan approached me and my daughter, he was extremely rude. I have never been talked to like that, ever......people were onlooking. He was so loud and it quickly became a scene.I immediately asked for a manager. He said, "I am the manager". Lets be fair, his nametag said shift lead. I wanted to go up the chain of command. Stan was rude and embarassing me. He refused to give me a manager, he refused to tell me his last name. He said his name is Stan, Shift Lead. I told him that I needed to see a store manager....I also let Stan know that he was only the shift lead and he was not the highest manager in the store.Stan then radio'd for someone to call the police because I was refusing to leave.I was refusing to leave? Absolutely not. I said out loud (for the camera) I have not verbally refused to leave the store, I am asking for a manager. I am being refused management. Shift Lead Stan was verbally being rude, being confrontational, puffing his chest out at me, infront of my kid, she was scared.Stan walked my daughter and I out of the store. Why the behavior you may ask? I had my little bay pineapple conure with me (smallest parrot on the planet, she is about 6 inches big), she calmly and quietly sits at my shoulder and the top of her head is lower then my ear. Shes half the size of a cockatiel.Stan was attacking me for "not viewing the pet policy on the door". Side note.....Stan was completely ignoring the barking dog in the back of the strore.Stan held his arms out and backed me and my daughter out of the store. I was completely embarassed. If that wasnt bad enough people were approaching me outside saying he was out of line and they were embarassed for me. I put my child and bird in the car and went inside and spoke to the (real) manager. He was super nice and stated the employee Stan told a different story. I urged management to watch the cameras.Stan had his hands and arms wide out and was hurding myself and child out, like cattle, making a huge embarassing scene the entire way through the store. It seems as though this man has been promoted past his ability to lead.I came into Winco for one bag of potatoes. I always take my little baby bird with me EVERYWHERE. Winco has posters, flyers, signs everywhere. Does anyone stop and read every sign posted before they enter? This is the first time in one year I was attacked or made aware the policy..., I didnt know. I see dogs in Winco all the time. I never thought twice about it. It wasnt the policy that is the issue. It was the fact Stan was in my face, close enough I could smell his breath..It was the fact my kiddo was with me and he lied saying I was refusing to leave and asked for the police to be called. I hope to GOD management watches those cameras.I have never been treated so poorly. Because of STAN the Shift lead I will never return here, principal. I actually feel sorry for the bloke, life must be really pathetic at home for him to attack a mother and her child.... asking for back up and radio'ing to call the police when I asked for a store manager. I was being treated poorly and all I did was stand up for myself on how we are being treated.Some men wont respect women. He was not the manager of the store. Stan is a Shift Lead. Stan is a bad guy and was on a power trip to radio police when I Was asking for management. Again, it wasnt the policy that is the issue, it was how he approached us and spoke to us. Never in my life has something like this happened. I was not going to deal with that. I am so dissapointed and disgusted.

WinCo can get busy during normal daytime business hours, I myself I am not a fan of large crowds... So my wife and I normally do our grocery shopping at this WinCo and normally between like 11pm -- 6am... Ya can't beat their prices to often or their selection for one stop shopping... It's always clean and always stocked and the people have always been very nice and very helpful... I've got nothing bad to say about WinCo in Longview Washington, or any other WinCo's come to think of it... And to this point in time I will always recommend WinCo for yor grocery shopping...👍👍👍

Winco is a love and hate experience, people will love the vast variety of items and rock bottom prices that they offer (Mainly due to lack of greeters, baggers, and extra employees). Winco has a bulk section that is tops in this area. The deli is always stocked with the best in the way of meats and cheese's, they also have excellent pasta salads. Their selection of raw meat is decent, however in my opinion the Bakery has taken a hit in quality over the last 10 years since they opened. Now for the downside, the major drawback of Winco is the enormous crowds, you think that Walmart is bad (And it is) they fail in comparison to Winco during their peak hours. If you are a person who is agoraphobic I strongly suggest shopping at Winco when it's late at night. I find the best experience being around the 12am to 2am range. Also, when it comes to the bathrooms I try to avoid it, nothing against Winco but the bathrooms have been vandalized overtime due to transients. Overall I give Winco Foods a 3 out of 5

Lots of parking. Attendants keep karts put away and dry. Friendly and helpf cashiers. Clean bathrooms. A bit crowded around the cashiers around the fresh bread sections.

This review is more about corporate then this store. I shop here n it's a nice store. My reviews about the free turkeys. U used to give them starting earlier in the month. I believe this Nov 13th date is discriminatory. Let me explaine. U must spend X amount & after the 13th. That EXCLUDES ALL SNAP families. 99% of snap recipients will have spent the bulk of thier snap benefits by then n they know this. How ever SNAP FAMILIES NEED THIS TOO. Not everyone can get in line for a free turkey at cap. I kno for the last 2 years they've been giving out half turkeys. Idk what they're doing with the bottom half but that's the part I eat. So uhg I'll b waiting until November 13th to do any food shopping so I can get a free whole turkey. That means food bank until then, thanks to corporate greed. Yes Winco ur employee owned n still stingy.

Winco is WinCo, what can you say? They have what you need, the parking isn't the best, but the staff are friendly and IMHO quick, which is great when you have kids and need to get going. If I did have to add one critique, it would be that WinCo could use more gluten free options. But otherwise, they are a good option.

Looked like an awesome store at first, but had to leave our items at checkout due to their credit card policy. Credit Cards offer better consumer protections against fraud so we don't even carry our debit cards. To require all customers use a debit card because they don't want to pay the credit card transaction rates is absurd.

I shop here all the time with my husband but the employees are pretty rude. I just needed to go in real quick to pull money. I had an electric scooter with me and had no way to lock it up and got told to put it outside, so I left. Don't go there for anything other than regular grocery shopping. Other than that though. The prices are amazing.

Clean, well stocked store! Plenty of checkers to minimize wait, plus self check for fewer items. Their bakery offers many choices, but the deli is my favorite place. The rotisserie chicken is an excellent buy at $7. The best prices in town. I can't shop anywhere else!

I'm new to WinCo and I loved it. Very friendly and helpful. Being new needed lots of directions. They have about everything you could think of.. if you never been, you should give them a shot. I think you'll love it also. Jennifer was a team member working and stocking Easter stuff as it was flying off the shelf. She helped me on two step hunts and was able to direct me easily to what I was looking for. Then someone asked me where something was and I pointed to Jennifer and again she was great help.

Manager is named Terri and she's an awesome lady! If you ever get disrespected or mistreated, ask for her. She works during the day or you can email the company should you wish to make comments or suggestions on items or Specialty Produce to be stocked in the store

My family has shopped here for many years . Great Prices. Just found out they don't do credit cards . I have always used debit but changed my way of financial. So that being said I feel that they are changing who the store catering to a different demographic. I will not ever shop at there stores ever again.

My husband and I shop at the Longview WinCo every week. The selections are outstanding, the prices can't be beat, and their customer service is exceptional. Yesterday they once again showed how wonderful they are.I'd love to give a shout out to Jeremy, Tracey, Diane K., and Steve C.My husband accidentally dropped a bottle of marinara sauce while we were in the process of checking out. Within seconds they had moved the customers behind us to help them at other registers, and had the mess cleaned up within minutes. No complaining. If anything there was concern to make sure we and the others were okay and that we were quickly helped. AMAZING!! We will continue to shop ere. Thank you for being so courteous in a world that hasn't been so kind lately.

Hello guys welcome back to welcome back the best money for your money I have found to be in this store upon my personal experience was to be the sausage at the availability that was and is available at the place in the store I also found the best frozen frozen is when you walk on the roof and eat the ice on top of the chiller but also ensure that it is the correct type or else it will not be correct or maybe it might be correct or are you sure that it is correct because the Frozen Frozen is the best or maybe it is not people are speech try the product today out of 10 where I recommend

I came in for an interview for one position and was told "You're over qualified for this position so I can't hire you for that. Though I can hire you for this position that is also open but that you're incredibly unqualified for." I was a bit upset as I came in knew what position I wanted, I was fine with the hours and the pay but nonetheless I took the job he offered. First day I was there I was dealing with two managers that kept telling me how this was a dead end job and that I needed to go elsewhere as I was wasting my time. I did my best over the course of a week to bring up the moral but each time I did I was scowled at and at one point I was learning how to reset the merchandise something I've never done and one of the managers came over and said "Dude stop, You're wasting your time here. Go somewhere else. You're to young to be here.Toxic don't work here.

I love how easy it is to find what I need. Extremely clean and well taken care of. Decently staffed if i have any questions, beautiful butcher section. Way better than any Walmart, hands-down.
