We love western world. It is a down home feel with a very knowledgeable staff. Customer service still exists here! A great selection of healthy food for our dogs. We are grateful for the help when they load it up for us.

First off the prices are extremely high and second the way they treat their employees is paramount to unfair business practices, the management and owners need to learn the differences between good customers and entitled young brats that claim they can get someone fired because they know the owners all the while being extremely rude and demanding to the employees, not a good look western world ,before you shop there look and compare prices and save some money !

The staff here are always so helpful and friendly. If you need feed recommendations for dogs to sheep, this is the store. Be sure to pet the house barn cats when you visit.

Absolutely love our local feed store Western World. The staff are amazing, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and go out of their way to assist you in anyway. Great variety, great products and if they don't have it they'll get it for you. Veteran's discount! Propane! And the sweetest kitties that greet you as friendly as the staff!

I love Western World. The employees go out of their way to be helpful and are always friendly. They always have all the different kinds of feed I use in stock. I enjoy the decor inside. It is cute and I like seeing what new thing they have. Love the store cats and seeing if they have any rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens or chicks to look at.

This morning I had the pleasure to speak with Jenna to get some information on vaccinations for my kitten and she was not only gracious and informative and offered alternative options with the sweetest voice I just had to acknowledge her publicly for outstanding customer service and deserves the recognition and a raise!!!!😸 She really made my day and she's a special (breed ) that leads by example! Nice feed store! Also great if you have dogs cats or small animals for pets and are tired of big box pet store prices. I found a huge box of dog treats for about a buck a pound, rather than a buck an ounce like the big stores. My dogs thank you, Western World!

I bought 12 bags of feed from them last month, and every bag had mold in it. So much for buying local. It’s back to Leolog Farms in Vancouver or the Farm Store in Chehalis for me. The money I save in gas is not worth killing my chickens for.

I went there having never been only for propane. When i arrived i was immediately helped. When i went inside to pay. I was captivated by product selection and the staff were inciting and courteous. I left looking forward to returning.

Very helpful and cordial staff. When they are out of an Item I am looking to purchase they are great about telling me the next date it will be in and on that date I show up its there. There is usually someone to greet me at the loading zone to ask me what I would be getting before I go in to pay and I am loaded up before I get back out. Very pleased.

I came in here for the first time today, after going to big name places like Wilco or Petco.. and nothing against them but I will probably be a soul customer of Western World from now on!The best prices and the most friendly staff, that not only helped me in store find what I needed, but helped me load it all into my car.. that was not empty to say the least.. so thank you, and I plan on seeing yall again!
