All I can say is WOW. I stopped at this store to use the restroom. Safeway has always been known as a welcoming store. However, this store looks like a prison! There is one way in and one way out and the employees will yell at you like prison guards for trying to exit from anywhere but self checkout. AVOID this store... the one in Kelso is much better and safer!

This has to be the worst safeway in town. Restrooms are in the back requiring a code that no employees know. Wanting to exit is a challenge especially if you didn’t buy anything due to fences and gates being installed. On the bright side, the location is convenient but I probably won’t step foot in this safeway ever again. I’ll go to the ocean beach location or Fred Meyer

The florist working at 1pm Wednesday April 10th was extremely rude to me. I was on an Instacart order and needed help finding a specific arrangement of flowers so I asked her for help. She first misheard me and thought I was asking her for foam (whatever that means) and then I restated that I was asking for HELP. She was a heavier set older women with blonde hair. She was unable to find the flowers which is fine I ended up getting a replacement but she didn’t need to be so unnecessarily rude to me. I didn’t get her name I’m not quite sure if she was wearing a name tag but it made my experience at this safeway extremely poor, I don’t just Instacart I am also a customer at this store but I’m unlikely to come back because of her poor customer service skills.

Love it! I shop at this location every other day because it is so conveniently located in my community which allows me to constantly purchase fresh goods. The selection of produce allows me to be able to try new things and have my favorites fresh daily. The staff always leads me in the right direction. The savings from coupons in store and on the app make it worth the time spent walking isles. From the greenest greens to the reddest apples they have it covered.

Being in my 80's taking advantage of sales by using apps is like Greek to me. We had a bad experience at the Kelso store causing us to leave our groceries half checked out on the belt. He was snotty and no help at all.Today I tried again at the 15th Ave store.What a pleasure to deal with the assistant manager a few weeks ago and two different ladies . One volunteered outside the customer service and the other checked us out .They were so patient.Now , with a little practice I think I can use the app on my phone to take advantage of discounts.I will never go to Kelso Safeway again.Thank you ladies at the 15th Ave store in Longview, Wash.

The 15th Avenue store in Longview is the smallest Safeway in the Longview/Kelso area but has everything one needs in the line of groceries, including most other household items with a deli, pharmacy, bakery, meat department, floral shop and a Starbucks. We very rarely have to go to another store to find a particular item. The produce department is top notch, and all the folks, most of whom we know by name, are very friendly. Always a great shopping experience there.

It's always a pleasure shopping here, everyone is so friendly, the store is clean, nice selection of meats and seafood, beautiful produce; also, their online shopping and pick up is easy to use and the pickers are very conscientious about choosing the best items.

When I swing by to grab a bite to eat while I'm between work shifts, and I'm on the road, I don't appreciate needing a code to enter the restroom. When I ask for the code, I don't appreciate being scrutinized and asked if I'm going to purchase something first. Wow. So rude. Winco is just down the street. I'm so done with this poor treatment. Congratulations for losing my patronage of 50 years.

Safeway is more expensive than say Winco or Grocery outlet buy I do like going here for my produce as it's always far better than the aforementioned grocers.

A larger store than the one I normally shop at. Large produce and meat section with quality products offered. Wide aisles fully stocked and helpful and friendly associates.This store recently added additional barriers and gates to help combat retail theft at their checkout lanes and Self-checkout. The employees seem to like the new system, they appear less stressed.However, my father-in-law when while picking up his prescription, his only purchase, had to scan his receipt before exiting the Self-checkout. He's in his 80s, and was a bit put off by the new system. He's shopped at this store for decades, I doubt the new security system will change his choice of store for his shopping and pharmacy needs.

I could just stare at the beautiful cakes and cookies at the bakery all day. Yum! And the bakery staff are all wonderful and helpful.Also, the young girl that works up front named Leah is a peach. She’s so cute. I bet she looks like her mom.

I had to use the bathroom and looked everywhere for an associate to give me the # by the time I found someone I almost peed myself. I understand the use for the code locks on the door but can't you have a button to push by the door like at the liquor isle?And don't get me started on club cards, digital bar codes and stuff. Thank you for letting me get that of my chest lol

The Shanghai meal is great and I get it every Wednesday! Unfortunately, everytime I go to buy it I feel a sense of dread. Talking to the staff is never a pleasant experience and it's required to get what I want every week. I work in customer service and it's staff like that who remind me to never make my bad day the customer's problem. Also the manager was very understanding when I let her know so hopefully it changes.

I love the Woodland Safeway!!! I go here first their soda pop deals can't be beat along with their meat section. Also my favorite the rewards you can rack up and use for gas!!!! They great deals on the app make sure to check out the health section to get $20 off your groceries just for little time.

I love safeway! The people here that at least I have encountered are very friendly! Very helpful and informative! I never have an issue with lines I never have an issue with parking or something being out of stock! Their shelves are always loaded with product and to top it all of the product is all facing the same direction with the most tedious top organized display!

Every time I order online and pickup, this store does NOT honor their coupons printed, online webpage or just for U. This is in my opinion a store that deliberately cheats customers. I also mark NO NO NO substitutions and they always substitute and charge me more for the garbage they choose. NOT an honest store. Beware ! ! ! Check your receipt. They stole $30 from my debit card last month and another $10 this month. I have never written a complaint about a store - but this one deserves an F

I have had very good experiences with the staff. I like the store, its selection is good, prices are reasonable, and I like most of the store brand products too. Also, I am handicapped on a mobility scooter and the staff are very good about helping me shop (I can't reach upper shelves).The deli has some of the best fast food in Longview at good prices, especially on Fridays (sale day). The deli has the best salads, chicken strips and jojoes in town, as well as the Chinese food is among the best in town at the best prices too. This store provides a great service to the community.

Eric the manager is super friendly as are the employees. However the produce that is sold here is subpar. Half the time when I get onions (which I use a lot ) they are rotten in the middle. We as customers pay premium prices for shopping at this store so we should get premium products.I shop here because it is close to my home and I can't drive due to being visually impared.

The store is dirty, the deli food is disgusting, any cooked seafood froms the cold case tastes like city water. Literally the only time I'm not disappointed after shopping here is when I come in specifically to use my digital coupons. The lady's the run self checkout are very nice.

I went to the bakery. Not a huge selection for early in the morning,but the bakery staff was very helpful. I got exactly what I was looking for and got $6.00 off. The cashier up front was also nice. She asked if I found everything I needed and told me to have a nice day when I left. Not to many stores treat the customer this nice anymore. Refreshing change for Safeway. I will shop here more in the future.

I like this Safeway it's convenient and close by for my customer service needs at 9 am sharp.Fresh produce and food, clean store.A bit proud and over priced on most of their items, but that is any safeway you go to!.
