I bought an Appraisal ring there for $600.00 14k 3.50 grams Blue Topaz and brought it back in for repair because the stone fell out, and never seen it since. Scott Vydra gave me the run around for months on locating it and never could. Finally, I asked him to compensate me for the loss of my ring. Like something comparable I'm value and he flat out told me NO! He wasn't going to exchange, refund or otherwise just like that! He can't do this and the public and via many several agencies are being informed. He messed with the wrong person meaning I will always make a wrong be right.

Nice place to browse but prices are WAY TOO HIGH for used items. Prices are higher than NEW RETAIL! Everything is priced astronomically high probably in hopes you’ll negotiate them down to what new retail is. I literally came in here to look at a PS4 and they have them priced at almost $300! I can get a BRAND NEW one for $200! Kept looking throughout the rest of the store just to see that everything is priced way too high as well. I guess if you’re desperate, you’ll spend here.

Always a good experience when we come in. We buy guitar strings from them. They are always knowledgeable about what they have in store and it's A LOT of things! I have never had a bad experience with them. I notice sometimes when we go in that they are very busy and we are polite and allow then to finish their tasks before asking for help. They do acknowledge we are in the store so we don't mind waiting. People get busy at work and customers are priorities but they have work they have to do too. Courtesy goes both ways and a lot of people are always in a hurry and demand attention immediately. I understand their need to hury but sometimes you need to slow down and be polite too. Love this store. Going in today after they open up to get more strings.

This store is super clean, organized, and well lit. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They really have an incredible selection of items and if you only have a chance to choose one shop, this is where you want to end up. Killer movie selection, tools, firearms, musical instruments, leather coats, and electronics. They even have a sweet gas powered bike for sale that someone will swoop up soon.

I go to a lot of pawn shops across the Clark and Cowlitz counties. Most often you have to deal with what you get as far as service (none) and cleanliness (none). These guys do it right. They are always professional, and considerate. They are helpful and friendly. The place does not have people that smell like they bathed in a dirty ashtray for hours before they come to help you. I appreciate them and their service attitudes. Definitely go see them.

Great attitude, heard from the manager and other employee saying we need to advocate for ourselves in locating our stolen property. Badmouthing local law enforcement and the sherriffs for not doing there job. What about your business in helping out the comunitee in locating a Disabled Vets stolen belongings when provided video and picture evidence from my servailence cameras was just told to go through the local pd and that they give a list every day to the police department and that they need to do there job. What about the comunitee pulling together and doing our job.. Funny every other pawn shop in town this morning had plenty of help for me and was real friendly and more than willing to go above and beyond to check and see if they've recieved any of my stolen property this week. Thank you for the help in finding the most likely place stolen goods are pawned. Here's my review.

DO NOT BRING YOUR GUITARS HERE!!! Brought my guitar in awhile back for a full set up and re-string, I asked the guy if he could tune it half-step down and still maintain the low string action and stop fret buzz, he agrees, I get quoted 40 bucks. When I came to pick up my guitar I was charged $85 and they didn't fix anything, the string action was same height and the fret buzz was still there. They didn't even bother putting it in the tuning I had asked for, all they did was re-string it, I was so disappointed in this place, never again.

We have been in this store twice and was totally ignored twice. We were not greeted, no one said anything. We were in the store for about 15 minutes. My wife was only in the jewelry section and was looking to BUY a ring, but was never approached or asked if she needed help.The store is overpriced, has no customer service and no need or want to help customers.As we left, we passed at least 3-4 people who again failed to say a word or even acknowledge we existed. One guy did make eye contact as he was tuning a guitar, but no offers to ask if we needed any help.I just have to conclude they don't feel the need to help anyone or make a sale. Sad that we can go into the other stores on the street and get greeted and feel welcome.

I came in looking for a chain saw an was skeptical at best. I wound up purchasing a 460 husky rancher just under a year ago. I use it all the time. Kicks off first pull every time without fail! Good people, great service, an one hell of a service tech. I’m impressed. Thank you PPI

Great people, i really needed some quick cash and pawned my snap on angle wrench. They gave me what i asked for and took care of my tools. Came back the next day and got my tool back. Great guys they care about helping you out and looking after your stuff. 5 start pawn shop.

Always friendly service and always willing to help especially during this pandemic fell behind on some bills and was offered enough on my pawn to get it paid when you go get your stuff on time they are more than willing to help and trust you will be back.Thank you for always treating me with respect and dignity its embarrassing to come and pawn when times are hard but you don't make me feel any certain way but welcome.

The owners response is priceless. He said he was "sorry I feel this way". Basically blaming me for the bad experience. He then hopes I cone back in. My first review was over 5 months ago and the owner finally responds 3 weeks ago! So bad customer service starts with the owner. I will never step foot in this store again.

I called a day before I came the lady never told me I needed to put legs on my tv to bring it due to it was mounted to my wall. All she said bring the tv and legs in. The guy who basically didn’t help us was rude and no I wasn’t pleasant about my service.

Absolute garbage customer service and terrible prices! Everything in the store is overpriced. I found a Springfield XD-9 handgun there for $425 USED. Very used. Found the same one online with two holsters, additional magazine and cleaning kit for $100 less, brand new. These people are absolute CROOKS.

I've been a loyal customer for 10 or so years,I have taken out loans on items here ,..I have Pawned items here, I have Bought items here , & Even sold my no longer needed items here, I have always been giving Great Customer service,and find their prices to be the Same if not better than other shops I have gone too. I TRUST that my jewelry items are not altered,and my item is not damaged while under their care,I highly recommend this business!

Construction owner during covid-19. Needed cash to pay bills and called to pawn gold bullion. They said they may not be able to grant a loan due to being a new customer..I may be new to the pawn shop game but if a customer doesn't make good on their loan then you just keep the gold and reap the rewards. No thanks to this business I can tell they were trying to devalue my gold in order to take advantage of me.. no thanks
