My tech, I think it was Amber (I'm horrible with names) went above and beyond to make sure Baylee was as comfortable as she could be. She was calm and patient and loving. I felt very comfortable leaving my baby girl with her. Then, when I picked her up, she had the cutest bandana on!! I'm so grateful for the special care she gave Baylee!

I will never bring my little girl back here. They clearly don't know how to handle poodle fur. Besides the cut being uneven, she's been hacking all day, nearly vomiting twice. She won't leave my side, like she's been very traumatized by the experience. Furthermore, Emerald was very unfriendly when we brought her in, very condescending, and she continuously repeated simple instructions multiple times like I wasn't listening. She would barely even look at me, almost like I was an inconvenience to her. She explained (multiple times) about extra charges for services I had never received before and didn't want, and when I asked her why, she repeated herself in the same flat, annoyed tone without answering my question. Whatever, my little girl needed a cut and she wasn't the one trimming my girl. When I picked her up, the bill was over $70! I asked Jessica why I was being charged so much, and she said it took her 30 minutes to de-mat my girl. She tried to tell me that there were mats all over my dog, especially around the neck, and I was shocked. I absolutely know there was no such thing, except for a few on her belly which would not have taken 30 minutes! Jessica was either making up issues to get more money (super shameful), or she doesn't know the difference between matted fur and poodle curls. I know it's pointless to argue, because they clearly don't care about their jobs or even just one customer like me, but I am very mad. To add insult to injury, I had asked for them to use hypoallergenic shampoo, and she came home smelling like they squirted a ton of perfume on her. I honestly think they get so many good reviews because they're fake, or people really don't know what a good grooming experience is supposed to be. Go somewhere else if you can. You'll be paying less money for better, more professional service.

I took my 4 month old Lab/Mastif in for a nail trim and buff. I have been trimming her nails myself since we got her but she squirms a lot. I thought that a professional would have an easier time with it. She was still very squirmy and didn't like it. They weren't able to buff her nails but got them trimmed. The groomers were very patient with her and said she will probably get better as she gets older. They gave me some helpful tips to work with her on getting used to having her feet touched. I appreciated them and will come back regularly to get her used to it.

My dog has never been itchy. She is on a Bravecto regiment. She came home from PetCo very itchy. She still itches. She has never been allergic to anything either. I do not believe they completely rinsed out all of the shampoo. Their solution was for me to bring her in for "a little more expensive oatmeal shampoo".

I love how Jordan Cuts my dog's hair and she is very Good with my dog. Also IN joy going in there dropping off and picking up my dog because of everybody is very nice in there and they're very caring people. Also I will not go anywhere else but to you guys and have Jordan shampoo and cut my dogs she is a mazing I would give her a gold star.

This was Dash's first grooming appointment, and I was a bit nervous about how he would do. Melissa assured me that she wanted this to be a great first time experience for Dash, and she was willing to take things slow with him if needed. The appointment went great, and he looks so cute! Thank you, Melissa! It feels really good to know that Dash is in good hands with you. Since he's a Shih Tzu, you'll be seeing a lot of him!

Brittany was so helpful with all my questions. She got my little Shih Tzu, Dudley, in immediately due to a cancellation. He had only been groomed once before, since he's still a puppy. She did a wonderful job and was great with him. Also took time to give me tips on getting him used to his face being done.

I have been bringing cujo in to be groomed for 11 years now. Emerald has been his groomer for the last several years. She knows him and all his skin conditions. He absolutely loves coming in. We have a standing appointment every 4 weeks. Definitely love coming in.

Jessica takes care of my shitzu Sadie mae everything we go there. And honestly it's the only groomer I've found that does as good of a job as she does. I would wait on a 2 month waiting list for her any time we need it. She is a cut above definitely.🙂

I have a 90 pound black lab. She was so ready for a bath, cut and nail trim. I got all that, along with a teeth brushing for under $80. She came out looking amazing. Thank you Jordyn! You did an amazing job!

I was pleased with the bathing and grooming and the extra effort to shave his tummy area which I know he protested about. He is an old guy, 14 now, and going to a totally new groomer worried me but I think he did ok and I think the gals did a great job. No hair was clipped that shouldn't have been and for that I'm happy.

They canceled my dog's grooming appointment one hour before appointment time. Reason, my dog is too elderly (they say) and for the dog's safety, he couldn't come in any more. It's been 7 weeks. Now I have to find a groomer. Thanks for heads up Petco. You will never get any business from me in the future. The gal who called indicated a pet had died under their care yesterday.

We scheduled an appointment for just a normal cut and bathe, but the groomer for some reason did extra stuff that ended up costing an extra $50. We never asked for this service, and having to pay an unexpected extra $50 right now is not okay, because we, like almost everyone else, are tight on money because of covid.
