Just called them to set appointment for my fur kitty Milk. Fairly new to town and trying to find a good vet for her. I took her to Good neighbor for her boosters. It is convenient.

Very, very slow! They were 5 minutes late getting here..10 minutes standing around with five staff members! Forty-five minutes after "start" time they are finally calling the first animal. Very poor system! Dogs are hot and impatient. If your scheduled "start" time is 3:00...be here and ready at 3:00.
