They're having a mold problem. Last week I bought mandarins. 3 days after purchasing them, I noticed one of the mandarins was completely covered in mold. I was looking at strawberries today. When I opened one of the containers, it was very clear there was mold on at least one of the strawberries. Stay safe, everyone. Inspect your fruits and veggies.

Really love that they have FSA eligible products labeled, it has been extremely helpful. The employees are helpful whenever I need assistance. The only thing I dislike about this store is the new carts, my kid is in the way when she's in the cart so it's hard to see right in front and it seems like one cart maybe is malfunctioning and locking up right as you get out the first set of doors. Happened to me then a guy the next day I went shopping for Christmas gifts. Still a great store.

Horrible customer service. Was told they couldn't exchange a damaged item cause that would leave the store with a damaged item. So the customer should be stuck with it?!?! Item was 4 days old and damaged from the manufacturer's packaging. Dept supervisor Michael needs to learn his business!

Great pick up team! On top of it & doing amazing! Always have a smile on their face and keep me updated. They even call if they are ahead of schedule and give me the option to come in early. KEEP IT UP!!! You make life easier & better!! š¤

I went and picked up my medication this morning. I sat in the Drive-Thru for 12 minutes for being helped. Seems like no matter what time of day it is there is a extremely long wait times at this location. I will be changing my pharmacy due to their inadequate customer service skills. Simple suggestion instead of closing down for a whole hour why not do a simple rotation of employees for that lunch period , that way it cuts down on a simple medication pick up, and the pharmacy wouldn't get backed up.

Everyone in FM is flat out crazy, I am 70 went to Freddyās to get a lighter and they would not sell me one with no ID not even the store manager would allow it. Even after I told them I would never shop here again they didnāt care, and they wonder why retail is going under.

Very frustrating that they have placed more emphasis on pickup orders than taking care of customers who get off the couch and come into the store. At the grocery end checkout only one regular register and only using one set of self check machines. Yet in the store aisles there are at least 3 or4 people pushing around carts picking the mobile orders.

70 of 100 visits they don't have any plastic bags. You know, the bags people have been forced to buy for some time now. I have to walk there and back. Ot gets old. Also have a story about a ghost-like employee that pretended to be a real human. Silly woman. True story though; just exaggerated.

Poor customer service from Cindi in the bakery. Refused to give my toddler a sample cookie. We spend a lot of money here and the cookie keeps her distracted from grabbing groceries and fussing. No other employee has ever had a problem opening a new box if they run out, but Cindi apparently has a problem doing so. Told me they were all out, no sorry, no offer to open a new box, while my toddler looked at her waiting for the cookie while the lady disappeared into the back. Oh well, no big deal, just disappointing and poor customer service. Employees can do much better.

I donāt know who manages this store but Iām almost positive they barely can manage to tie their shoes. This store closes at 11pm, which is a decent time. But what they donāt tell you is this manager has decided to close down the entire deli department at 8pm. Thatās 3 hours before the store closes. I can maybe understand closing the deli 1hr before closing but 3 hrs is ridiculous. If the manager sees thisā¦.do better

We have been using Fred Meyer grocery pick-up services due to my son having autism and epilepsy that's triggered by the lighting inside the store. I've noticed that many of the items I normally purchase online for pick-up will suddenly only be available for Instacart delivery, which is strange, because the Instacart shopper is literally getting it from the same store. I'm upset, because Instacart is more expensive, and this feels like price gouging that is being aimed at the elderly and disabled. I grew up shopping at Fred Meyer and have pretty much been shopping there my entire life. It's really disappointing to see how this chain has changed since being sold to a larger corporation, but this takes it to another level. It seems very dishonest of them. Also, I thought price gouging was illegal.Edited to add: This Fred Meyer location has been really great. The employees are awesome. They pick excellent produce and do not add substitutions I don't ask for. I couldn't ask for better.

I got sick, literally, the last time i went in this store. The EMF must be off the charts at this point. So I ordered online. I was sent some good product coupled with decaying green peppers, a bag of bad cole slaw and cured ham when I ordered uncured. They owed me a credit of $21 but they never issued that credit. The phone number to call for customer service is impossible to find and they never respond to their emails. NEVER AGAIN! Screw U, Kroger!

Overall the store has definitely seen better days. The electronics dept supervisor should change his title to 'stupidvisor' as his refusing to exercise basic customer service personally cost that store what was to be a couple thousand dollar sale.His ignorance, attitude, bad customer service and personal hygiene really need to be corrected.

The is first Fred Meyers that I have been to that I really like! And not just for the Starbucks. Off the bat my favorite thing is that they offer fresh fruit as a snack for your kids, and not just cookies or candy. I LOVE THAT!I have yet to have a bad experience there, I am sure that day will come. But for now I love it. Friendly staff, VERY HELPFUL, and always willing to go a little extra to help me and my family out.I know that Fred Meyer can be spendy at times, but if you keep an eye out for their coupons you will find some good deals.EDIT:Well it's been years since I wrote this, but I gotta admit, not much has changed. Even with the pandemic and post-pandemic, Fred Meyer has been incredible! During the pandemic they were great with grocery pick up. Friendly staff, even when I noticed there were times they seemed overwhelmed, they still took time to say hello to me and my family and make the kids smile. This is my favorite store to get my groceries And even grab that quick snack.

I went in to the Longview Wa store on 2/27/23. I purchased a Google play gift card for 20.00. I tried to redeem said gift card before leaving the store. Realized it wanted to confirm 00.00 to my account not 20.00. I went directly to customer service. The cashier Tyler was brought over and told customer service and acknowledged that the activation receipt didn't print. Fred Meyer has blamed Google play. Google play says the card wasn't activated by the merchant. I even went to customer service and tried to show Christina the email Google play sent saying that Fred Meyer didn't activate the card. So I have been trying to get my 20.00 from either business for 10 days. Fred Meyer is even saying the receipt is to light to read. I can zoom in and read it just fine.

I usually pick Fred Meyer over all of the other stores to do my shopping at. Prices are comparable to other places, I can get most things here, usually their employees are friendly & helpful, etc...

I have lost all trust with getting clicklist orders! I have small children so this was my go to for getting our weekly groceries. It has gotten so bad. Wrong items & didnāt get half of my groceries with my last order. Spent over a hour on the phone trying to make it right & got my receipt & still did not get over $100 worth of stuff that I did not get! Wonāt be ordering from this location again. Not one to leave bad reviews but this is very frustrating to deal with before leaving for a trip!
