My girls' nails weren't cut very short but understandable seeing as I warned them she'd been abused in the past but I certainly didn't airboat being told my dog is neurotic but hey, you do you. Both my pups were cleaned and happy, so that's what counts!

I had never taken my cat to a groomers before and was so nervous for this appointment. The lovely staff made the process so easy and quick. It’s clear they care a lot about the animals that come through. I’m so happy I came here, thank you guys so much for taking good care of my boy!!!!

Unlike every other dog groomer in town, the fantastic staff at CJ's never tried to sell me illegal substances, eat my dog, or harvest its organs.I love them so much, I had to keep getting more rescue animal just so i'd have an excuse to return there every day. As of the writing of this review, they still haven't filed a restraining order against me(unlike certain other local establishments).

I made an appointment there for the first time. The customer service was bad. They were rude and impatient. Would never go back there again. My poor dog has cuts all over his body also around his private areas 😕 and ever since we left he’s been actin weird. I’m so upset paid so much for my dog to get groom and this stuff happens I don’t recommend bringing your animals there. My poor baby !!

When We went there the 1st time and asked them to shave the matted areas and trim our cat, they did it perfectly with a slight trim on the their back. Then going there the 2nd time, they literally shaved my whole cat besides his face. And his Mattes weren’t even that bad this around. Then we called to provide feedback and got pushback while trying to help them not make that mistake again in the future. Never going back! Don’t recommend. These are before and after pictures

I just had a conversation with them to be gentle with my cat and they assured me they would but as soon as I picked her up she was skittish and then she cried out and she died….I told them she already had CBD oil but from her behavior I believe they gave her more or was too rough with her .

This place is pricey, but the price includes everything: wash, cut, paw trim, nail trim, and teeth brushed. The shop is clean and inviting, and the staff is always helpful. They also give CBD treats for pets that are anxious/energetic.

Be Aware! you take your Labradoodle who weighs 60 lb and they call him difficult and charge you $110 for a bath only and took 3 hour to do it. I Do Not recommend this place. First time took him it was $80 and today it was $110 with no pre-warning. He also has cuts from them the last couple of times he's been there.

I am very disappointed with the groom my dog got yesterday. I asked for him to be taken down to two inches. The girl who checked him in told my son he was already only two inches (he was at least four inches) and she sent my son out to the car with a sample. I picked the one next to two inches. I also asked for a teddy bear cut and to make sure they cleaned his left ear good and plucked out all the hair. When I picked up my dog, he was shaved down to 1/8 inch, no teddy bear cut and his ear is still full of hair. They also didn't get his face clean from his tear stains. I almost cried when I saw him. Needless to say I am looking for a new groomer. I don't mind a little deviation but absolutely everything was wrong from what I asked for. I would not recommend this groomer.

Took my cat there for the first time to get her nails trimmed. The girl that took her out of the cage then dropped my cat on the floor. She couldn't even catch her. My cat has never had any issues at appointments. The groomer looked as if she had some personal distractions going on. never taking my cat there again. Thanks though to Sarah for getting her quickly and cutting her nails. If you go here ask for Sarah.

They gave my dog fleas…..My normal groomer at another place was booked so I thought I would try here. I called and asked if they had anything available. They said yes at 12 the next day. So I took my dog. When I dropped him off they said to come pick him up at 3. Then changed it to 4. I got there at 345 and figured I’d wait. And they told me to come back at 5. I live 30 min away so there was no point going back home and back again. All I wanted was a wash, de-shed and trim the booty area. Their site says the bath is 65 for Med size dog and 80 for lg. I assumed the deshedding comes with it cause my other groomers charges 70 for bath and de shed. My dog is about 45 lbs so I consider him Med. They ended up charging me 118 for bath, deshed, and trim the booty. That is more than what I normally pay even when I have my regular groomers trim his booty and took longer than it should but ok. He did look really CUTE so ok. THEN I got home and realized over the next few days he came home with FLEAS. He did NOT have fleas when he went there. He didn’t go anywhere else to pick it up. We have NOT had flea at our house the whole time I’ve lived there. He went from my car to their place. Then their place into my car and straight home. No stopping anywhere else. There was nowhere else for him to pick the fleas up at. They never said he had fleas When I picked him up. So I had to go and get flea meds for not just him but my cat too since they sleep together. That cost me another 90.00. They may have done good bathing and trimming but when you normally spend 60-70 and the visit ends up costing me over 200. NOT cool. They need to find a way to make sure they aren’t spreading fleas.

The staff here are really nice. My dog was a challenge, but despite that, he looks amazing and worth every penny. To be honest, they did a far better job than PetCO did. I'm very pleased.

I popped in without an appointment with 2 Chihuahuas. They appeared to be busy, but the lady said that they would be right with me and they were. I wish I would’ve remembered her name, but she took care of both of my dogs right there on the spot, and I am very grateful that she did such a great job as they were in desperate need. Thank you! Gidget and Petunia will be back!

I took our dog to CJs because our regular groomer was away. I called in advance and got a noon appointment for the following week. Our appointment was for a bath, teeth cleaning, and nail trim. When I took our dog in, they told me she would be done in 2 hours. I came back at 2 and the 2 groomers were clipping other dogs and told me to our dog was not ready and to come back at 3. At 3 they told me 4:30…. I finally got our dog at 5:00 and she was still wet. Her nails had been dremmeled and very ragged . They said the long wait was because other groomers had called in sick. The grooming salon is very small and looked cramped for the two groomers who were there. It is hard to believe there were other groomers working there. You only get one chance to make a first impression and we won’t go back there again.

They have always done a beautiful job on my cat but today was incredible service. It was my puppies first time to the groomers and he got sick on the way there. The wonderful lady came out and carried him in, cleaned the back of my car and did not even hesitate to help us. I will forever take my business here, wonderful people.

I got a new foster dog who’d been pretty neglected with severe skin issues, matted hair, very dirty and smelly. and CJ’s got my dog in within a day and helped get her cleaned up. I was so pleased and grateful. Courtney was the groomer who helped. Highly recommend! We will be returning. 😊

We headed out Memorial weekend on a camping trip and realized our dog really stunk! I started googling and luckily found this salon. They were willing to bathe our 85 lb. dog as soon as we could get there, which was around 2:30 on Saturday, even though they packed (which we didn’t know until we walked in). They bathed, brushed out his heavy winter undercoat, clipped his nails and cleaned his anal glands within two hours at a great price. They are amazing, we might have to travel back down there next time he needs grooming!!

I have seven dogs and all seven of the dogs go here to get groomed when it is needed. Always been a wonderful place to take our dogs staff is prettiest kind and very patient with the animals that means a lot to us. I would definitely recommend you take your pets there they are very wonderful All Pets. Which means a lot when you're have a senior dog.
