SURPRISED - was I ever. I would not have ever imagined that this store inside was so big. It was bright and clean. The most well organized store I think I've ever seen. And what a wide range of products and did I mention clean. From the floors to the shelves and all products, perfectly clean... I was impressed. And the staff were helpful and polite. Just plain nice. For the Peninsula this is a great place. Everything is priced about the same as everywhere else, but some things are cheaper. I'm just still shocked about the whole visit.I compliment the owner and his staff on setting up a great store. You should look at setting up a consultation business showing other businesses, just how it's done...Great store, great staff, just great all the way around And so you know it takes a lot to impress me and I was impressed...

I went in for milk (because I forgot needed for kids cereal) wow ! So clean and well stocked.They have some of everything. @630 am sat morning hot deli food freshly made. Prices are comparable to other vacation stores, not crazy but higher than in large cities. Cashier was superpolite very friendly.

12/19/23This morning I went in super early and the clerk was so friendly. He even put my groeries and receipt in the bag I brought in. This little market just keeps getting better. I'm so grateful to have it within waking distance.4/4/23I can tell the owners took my comment seriously. I've seen a change and I appreciate that they listened. I can tell that they're making a serious effort to add price labels to everything. One more thing that would make customer service even better is to ask the customers if they would like a receipt.______________________________________________________________I'm frustrated with this store. There's not a price on everything and even if there is, you'd better check to make sure that' the same price you get charged. I'm on a limited budget and I wanted to get the least expensive dog food I could for my pup. So, I purchased two packages of Bella dog food which had a price listed at $1.49. I was charged $2.79 a piece for them. When I said something the cashier acted like I was lying so I went and got the tag to show him and he still didn't beleive me! The tag was clearly printed with the dog food name and price.There was another price tag on the shelf rght under the Bella dog food. So, he did end up refunding me the money, but only after I insisted. Maybe getting charged twice as much isn't a big deal for a couople of cans of dog food. But I WAS a regular customer in that store and this isn't the first time I've had a problem like this. Only the first time I've written a review.Make sure you check the prices if you shop there and don't count on it being the same price you pay at the register. I won't be going back. And apparently the cashier still is blaming someone else.Customer service doesn't mean that you have to take it if a customer is rude. But you should also give us the benefit of the doubt if we say something is mispriced. He could have checked the price when I told him it was wrong, instead of acting like I was trying to pull a fast one on him. It was embarassing and frustrating.How do you think I would be able to go in there now and have this person take care of me? I can't do that since I've turned this into a big deal over a couple of dollars.

Went to the store to purchase condoms and was denied because I didn’t have my ID on me. Was told that I had to be 18 to buy them, that this was the law. I am clearly over 18. I understand that a store has the right to refuse service but to lie and say it’s the law just isn’t right.

This store is awesome.I was in Long Beach for an evening and discovered that this is the only store open overnight in the area. Luckily, their selection leaves nothing to be desired! I was able to get hot food at an ungodly hour (I recommend the honey chicken..on a stick). Beyond their hot case, Supermart offers an extensive selection of alcohol, fountain drinks, and other beverages. Additionally, they have a seemingly endless array of snacks, comfort foods, candy and a variety of take-n-bake meal options. They also have a decent disposable vape selection (elf bars and PAL). The clerk was friendly and helpful and I was able to checkout painlessly using Google pay.

This place is amazing. 24/7, and has a huge selection. They’ve even got fresh produce. They’ve never not had what I was looking for. Good prices too! Always clean, and everyone is friendly.And if you like hot deli food, theirs is amazing. I’ve gone there all hours of the day and somehow the food ALWAYS tastes fresh. I don’t know how they do it. I don’t stop anywhere else anymore!

Unbelievable selection of consumer goods and groceries. Very clean, staff was polite and helpful. The name is apt as this place is truly super and oh so much more than a convenience store. Prices are reasonable as well- in short highly recommend the Supermart.

I’ve been to this store twice now. I live in Long Beach and find it very convenient. The people are friendly and courteous. My only suggestion would be to put labels on all the items. I only bought a few things each trip and only when I checked out did I see the price on most of the items I selected. The prices are comparable to those at the local grocery stores (Sids, Jacks, Oakies Thriftway) and I would of bought more had I known the prices on many items. Other than that it’s a great store! Bonus it’s 24/7 and has fresh produce, freezer items, a nice deli, and a ton of products.
