Never get rid of the play place. Finally got to take my daughter to a McDonald's play place that we all got to enjoy as children. She has been asking to go back since. Love it! We drove from seaside where we were spending our day to go to this McDonald's just for this experience.Parking: Lots of spaceKid-friendliness: PLAY PLACE!!!!!!

Last resort to stop here. Always! Slow, orders are wrong. Staff has NO CUSTOMER SKILLS. Used the curbside and went in twice because items forgotten. The 2nd time a guy is just standing there holding a coke. It was mine! He didn't know what to do with it. Yes, really. Free fry Friday? Nope can't do it because my friends order came with free fries. Turned around and left. This place is a joke!

They always have some sort of promotions going to get good hot food. The employees are friendly and it’s always pretty clean. Sometimes their a little wait but it’s fine with me because the food is always hot & fresh.

I'm so bummed to read these comments! I'm a pretty new local to Chinook. I've lived here for about four years now. My order has never been wrong at this location, and it's always fresh. The labor pool for service workers on the peninsula is low, and the demand is very high. The managers here have always been exceedingly kind. I really appreciate all the workers here. Most are friendly and give my dog a treat. No rating for atmosphere because the McDonald's corporation ruined that.

Hey it's a McDonald's. The service is good, most of the time the food reminds me of the old McD's. Fries are perfect and burgers are hot and moist. They are fast and cheerful.But this is really not a go to place for me anymore. Just the drinks and the breakfast burrito are consistent.

Honestly hate to leave bad reviews but this place is horrible. Bathroom is dirty, mirrors are covered in not sure what. Garbage is overflowing, just gross. Drive thru isn’t much better. Rude when you order, the lady made it seem like a chore to take a order. Spent 20 minutes waiting to order with only 1 vehicle in front of us. Please get your act together. It wasn’t busy and service was poor.

This is one of the best McDonald's I've been to and I have been to many because I travel a lot. Sometimes there's a line at the drive thru but that's to be expected in a town with few fast food options. I stop here every time I'm in Long Beach. The QPC is always perfect and my order has never been messed up. I wish all McDonald's were up to this standard.

Just NO, McDonald's, Just NO Beyond disappointing. Ordered two #6 fish sandwich meals large size with Lemonade and two sides of tartar. Pretty standard because their fish Sandi are disgustingly dry and extra tartar is necessary to eat in. That POS order cost almost $30. They're serious with their exploitation of the customer.Was charged almost a dollar for two cups of tartar. Each cup was approximately 1/3 full. For $1 I got approximately 2/3 of 1 cup of tartar sauce. That's exploitation.The large fries were small pieces of french fries, approx three quarters of an inch in length each. The fries were a total mess and I was unable to continue digging around in the bottom of the greasy box to get the pitiful fry fragments.We were charged additionally, almost $5 for the beverages because we dared to chose a mildly healthier alternative to soda and instead requested lemonade. Exploitation dictates punishment for healthier choices so an undisclosed "up charge" was applied. We had to actually ask why we were charged.McDonald's exploitation is not worth the time nor money.

I usually love going here. But today I was a bit ticked off. I ordered the chicken pack. They told me at the window it doesn’t come with fries. I looked it up and it’s 4 mcchickens 4 medium fries and a 20 piece nugget. Why would I pay 30$ for just 4 mcchickens and a 20 piece. Plus the guy wasn’t even paying attention at the window I asked for 2 large dr peppers and he gave us medium, I do not like the afternoon team!

8/30/23: ice cream machine STILL broken. They've officially gone the whole summer with NO ice cream.7/28/23: Guess what? Ice cream machine is broken. Again? Still??Update to the update 5/26/23: The ice cream machine is broken again. 🤣 And when I emailed corporate last time to tell them how frequently this happens at this particular franchise, and how long its goes unrepaired (thinking they'd actually step in), they simply forwarded the email to the local management team (whom didn't reply at all).Update: an additional 3 weeks and the ice cream machine is STILL broken. 2 months!! Insanity.Ice cream machine is ALWAYS broken! Has currently been broken for a MONTH waiting for parts! Just get a new vendor/machine already. Clearly this one is defective (albeit relatively new apparently). Frappe machine is often down also. Only redeeming quality is fairly fast service and the indoor play place when they decide to be open.
