I've been a pharmacy 'regular' since I was 8 years old. I am 44 now and have met my fair share of pharmacy staff throughout the years in a variety of locations. LB Pharmacy is the ABSOLUTE best.All of the staff are excellent, but Renae holds a special place in my heart. She remembers my name and what's going on in my life, which makes me feel super special. I've been through a lot over the past few years with my health and she has truly made a positive impact on my life/ recovery

There were a lot of cute things in there, More like a gift shop with a little Pharmacy inside of it. I didn't get any pictures while I was in there I was just trying to find baby wipes.

Great customer service! I went in looking for some lens cleaner and a cloth after a long ride to the beach on my motorcycle my helmet was a mess. The cleaner solution was in stock but the store was out of cloth. The helpful guy offered me his personal cloth. Thanks again!

They were very friendly and helpful. As soon as I came in the door and looking around, a lady came up to me and ask “hey sweetie is there anything I can help you find?” She took me right to it. It was also very clean in there too. There prices where very reasonable too. Strongly recommend it.

Local pharmacy is a joke. They refuse to accept GoodRx. Their meds are 2/3xs what discount clubs offer. That is NOT serving the community! That is gouging tourists and subsequently hurting locals. I'd rather go over the bridge and pay 50% off. Unfortunately, what about the elderly or locals without reliable transportation? Shameful!

One too many mistakes at the pharmacy. Last week they deleted my refills. This time their not catching a controlled prescription dosage change (that shouldn't have happened) is going to cost me out of pocket. The insurance won't run the same medication without specific different instructions even though this has been a long term medication for me. After that wonderful news AND NO APOLOGY, I go to check out and the only register prescription customers are allowed to use was filled with merchandise the staff was checking in. Not one inch to set my purse to conduct business.

After 35 min on hold listening to a message over and over about how important my call was and that "an employee will be with you soon" I gave up! Poor communication/ lack of ability to speak with a human and no way to leave a message to get a call back!

I'm always running to the pharmacy & I love the stuff these guys have in the store ... quite a variety because they are at the beach .. if you cant go inside, try their Ilwaco location because they have a drive-thru or if you live at the North end of the Peninsula they also have a pharmacy in Ocean Park inside the Clinic on the ground floor.

Regardless of how nice workers are, if a pharmacy does not label your prescription correctly it is dangerous and this can kill you. That is what has happened at this pharmacy more than once over the years. And, if they incorrectly mark labels, there's also a good possibility they are making other mistakes.And, they sometimes price items much higher than the bigger chain pharmacies but claim their prices are the same as everyone else (they lie).I have stopped filling prescriptions at this pharmacy due to their dangerous incompetence and dishonesty. I assume they stay in business because they have a virtual monopoly on the Long Beach Peninsula.I suggest anyone who can get their prescriptions elsewhere, do so, for their own health and safety.
