My pediatrician office sent for a refill but Walgreens deemed it “too soon” and wouldn’t refill, so I called and got transferred to multiple people without saying “hey let me transfer you” so I didn’t know what was going on, had to explain multiple times the situation, then the pharmacist tried to break down the “math” as to why it was too soon….its allergy medicine for a 4 year old, I explained then you guys didn’t fill the bottle up to the correct measurement like you were supposed to because my kid is out, it’s just a daily 2.5mL dose in the morning, she talked down to me like I myself couldn’t do the math until I called her out for them not filling the bottle up correctly a second time-she said “k, this will be refilled for you tomorrow”, I told her “thank you for your help I appreciate it” she replied “yup” and hung up. At no point was I rude to any of the people I spoke to but I was definitely treated like I was dumb and a major inconvenience. DO BETTER WALGREENS

There’s an old lady working at this Walgreens and she is very racist. For example, I went there last week to buy something and she followed me around like I was stealing. After she noticed that I know that she’s following around, she then came up to me and asked if I need help. Then today I went back to buy more stuff but what I needed was locked up so I asked her to unlock it. After unlocking it she didn’t want to hand it to me and said,” I can check you out over here.did I say that I was done shopping? I asked her, why is that everything I come you”ll follow me around like I’m stealing. She looked at me and said oh. I’m not rich but whatever little money that I have I’ll be spending it elsewhere.

I went to this store for the first time and had such a great experience. I've went to several Walgreens in the past and didn't have great experiences. This place is the friendliest and cleanest Walgreens I have been to. The lady working in the beauty department yesterday around 11:30 in the afternoon deserves a raise or something because she was truly amazing at her job. I will be coming back to this store to see her for sure. Thank you for the great experience.

I don't know what the cashiers deal is that has red hair, we used to avoid her due to her aggressively slamming our products we were buying on the counter after scanning, thankfully that has stopped however today she grabbed my hand while handing me my change which made me highly uncomfortable and just in general not want to go to this location, with covid spikes being so high right now people should really be considerate of others feelings as well as situations because you have no idea what they're currently going through or have gone through.

The new guy in the pharmacy is kind of rude and judgemental. I drove though after tooth extraction because I didn't want to go in. They don't accept my insurance and he told me I couldn't pay cash for the antibiotics because of my insurance.So, I walked in and got help at the photo desk and the lady was really nice. I had to go to a different pharmacy to get the antibiotics. Will be minimal shopping here.

For someone already anxious about getting a covid vaccine waiting 45 mins passed my appointment time and finally when I was called up to sign paper work the pharmacist/nurse whoever clearly didn’t look at my paper work at all and thought the person I was with was my mother telling me to have her fill it out made me 10 times more anxious. Honestly if the person I was with wasn’t there I would’ve walked out without ever getting the 2nd dose for that alone. The doctor gave me my shot and smoothed the situation the best he could

My doctor ordered a couple of prescriptions and I created a profile and everything to be notified by text when they would be ready, well 3 hours later I was still trying to get any info about the status, really difficult to get through to an actual person.... finally did and they were very short with me and juat said it's ready to pick up and hung up. Uhg, customer service not so great!

Horrible customer service. They had boosters available but refused to give me one without booking an appointment even though it says walk in available. They didn't seem to care or want to help. Next appointment was 5 min but they wouldn't book it for me, told me to download the app and book then wait in store. What a waste. I'll never give them my business

Dishonest photo department.My family just needs new passport pictures. My mother came to this location about a month ago to have passport photos taken. An associate told her that they were currently unable to take their own photos, but we could take our own photos according to the State Department standards, and Walgreens would have them cropped, resized and printed. Totally fine, we happily set up a white background, tripod, lit up the room, the works.Just this morning, I brought in our SD card to the same Walgreens location, but an associate told me they need to take the passport photos themselves, and each one will cost $15. He acted completely alien to the idea of printing my passport photos, and instead was only interested in the identity of the associate my mom talked to. I wanted to speak to at least one person who might know of the services offered to my mom, so I called the store to speak to a manager, but it was the same guy I had just talked to in the photo department!A subscription to both Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop is just $15, so, no thank you Walgreens.

Long pharmacy waits, poor customer service. Only excuses, and arguments were offered for poor wait times and poor customer service, instead of apologies. When I dropped off my prescription, I was told an hour. At the least busy time of the day. Nobody takes responsibility for anything. You will only hear "I just work here" if you complain. Or they will badger you and tell you why you are wrong to feel the way you do.

What a joke this place is... DO NOT USE THEIR ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEM... First, after texting me that my order would be delayed, I waited quite a while for it. After waiting for it, they then texted me my ENTIRE order was cancelled... as if I'm to believe that they have NONE of the products I ordered, including Q-Tips...(Of course, I know they were just being lazy.) THEN they sent me an email a couple weeks later and asked me to submit a review. I wrote:"They cancelled 100% of the order." ...That's it, that's all I wrote.... Then instead of taking responsibility and apologizing, they emailed me that my review was "moderated" and it didn't meet their standards. (See copy of email message below,) so they wouldn't published it. What a pathetic, cowardly way to run a business.

I'm not sure why the whole pharmacy thinks that because they all are attached to each other at the hip we the customers should suffer. There's no excuse whatsoever to shut down the entire pharmacy for lunch. I will be transferring my prescriptions to Fred Meyer and never returning to an overpriced joke of a store again.

Its has good quick shopping, but I unfortunately don't have good experience with the Pharmacy. One tip they missed counted my medication and only have me 2/3 of my months worth. I'm more carefully know.

Do not go here for photo prints! Showed up to print 80 photos using the self serve kiosk and they were trying to charge $.39/photo when if you order online print to store it charges $.23/photo. The staff would do nothing to help and told us to go home and order online and come back later. Complete rip off! Target is only $.15/photo but my local target does not have a photo center. Don't go here for photos!

The pharmacist was not helpful at all. Showed my swollen finger and said he doesn't know what is that without looking further and that they don't have anything on the counter.Go to other drugstore and simple solution: neosporin.
