👎VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER👎 Awful customer service👎I was told it would be 30 min for prescriptions. After 30 min wait I was told another 15 minutes... again and again ended up being over 2 hours I waited. WHY can't they just tell people it's going to be a long wait you may want to go home and come back tomorrow. Why can't they say we are backed up, or looks like these meds might take longer??? Also staff is so rude like they are being tortured to work there. Very unprofessional people lacking basic customer service skills!! No smiling allowed? Obviously they are miserable humans lacking adult communication skills, if you don't like your job you should find a new one. I work customer service and at the very least they could say thank you for your patience or we apologize for the wait, nothing but grumpy rude short service!! My insurance company makes me use Safeway pharmacy, this is the nearest one to my house, otherwise I would have to travel to the valley. Is this the best you can do Safeway?

Incredibly unorganized pharmacy. Many times I will come in to pick up a prescription and wait 30 mins or more in line only to find out it is not ready and I will need to come back. I have stage 4 cancer and often times the prescriptions I need to function in daily life are not available and someone over the phone will tell me they will be ready by certain date and that typically is a lie. Not much care goes into the customer and their life and it seems communication between staff is limited or non existent.

Pharmacist was extremely rude. Acted like we really pissed him off by coming to his window. It’s really sad when people come from e.r. Some in pain and have to be treated like that.

I’ve used this pharmacy for practically my whole life. It’s close and is one that my current insurance accepts. Sadly it’s terrible! It only ever gets worse! The staff act like you are a bother to get your medications and hate their jobs! You have to pester them to find out what is going on with your own medications and they are “always out of stock” or “on the delivery truck” etc. Always some excuse. They even make you call around if they are out of stock to find your own medication, but don’t tell you that unless you call them asking what is taking so long.

So many 1 star reviews and the staff is still extremely unpleasant how disappointing. So tired of getting the generic kind of my prescription because they don’t care. Changing prescriptions constantly is bad for your body as a pharmacy I would truly expect them to care I’m sure if it is there kid or there mom they would get them the right prescription. Every time I call ahead 2 days early then go into pick it up when it’s ready I am told to walk around the store for 15 minutes when there are 4 people in the pharmacy and 2 people in line. It takes 2 minutes to scan a prescription and put it in a bag. PURE CARELESSNESS awful attitudes so disappointing how the world is and nobody cares about anyone anymore.

Normally this pharmacy has mediocre service but recently it has gotten worse than that, hence the one star. I went in on Friday and was told my prescription would be ready in 40 minutes to an hour. I leave and then go back an hour later and then I'm told they're out of stock until Monday..... okay why didn't the pharmacy tech tell me that in the first place? She just had me waste time and gas. I never received a notification on Monday stating my prescription is ready, so I give it a couple of days. Here we are on Wednesday and still nothing so I figured I'd call in to check on the status, what a joke IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH THEM. I called MULTIPLE times and even left a VM in the morning . I heard nothing back after 4 hours so I attempt to call and FINALLY someone answers and it's a curt "safeway pharmacy hold please" and then straight to hold music. I hold for a few minutes and then the phone rings and surprise surprise I am sent to VM. Thank goodness this isn't a prescription I am in dire need of. A joke of a pharmacy, please take your business else where.

For the last few months, it's been HORRIBLE! The employees are unprofessional and obviously hate their job, bc they always have attitudes and seem inconvenienced/annoyed. My last few prescriptions have been DAYS LATE!! Its like they push off filling it, until you call to find out why it isn't ready, then they'll start filling it, with an attitude. Idk if they need more staff or if they need better staff, that actually want work there, but it's bad. A few months ago, they seemed to have the same number of staff, maybe even less, but it ran so much better. The Pharmacist was insanely kind and caring. She must not work there anymore. I will definitely be leaving, after they finally have the refill ready, that my doctor sent them 2 days ago!

This pharmacy doesn’t seem to have enough staff for the volume of customers they serve. They don’t fill my prescription until I call them asking if it’s ready (last time this was a day and a half after my doctor’s office sent it to them) and my average wait time in line to pick up medication once it is ready is around 30 minutes. Staff is helpful and nice, but be prepared to WAIT. Maybe take up crochet, bring a book, or make new friends while you’re in line…

This place is so awful to pickup prescriptions at. The main pharmacist (man) that works there is so rude. They wouldn’t fill my prescription because it was 6 days expired from the one year mark. I asked if there was anyway to make an exception. His response , “ the government doesn’t care if it’s 6 days”. I feel bad for the people who have to interact with him for more important medications. Avoid this place at all costs.

First off, the actual pharmacist that I have dealt with here is wonderul. She has always been very kind and thoroughly explained anything I had questions about. She is the only reason this is 2 stars and not one. Many members of the staff are incredibly rude. I can forgive the occasional bad day, but they seem to just be in a terrible mood all the time and don't hide it. They are also very slow. I'm not sure if it's because of their system or something to do with staffing but it takes much longer for prescriptions to be filled here than at other pharmacies.

Save yourself some potential future stress and don't use this pharmacy. They've miscounted my prescriptions and the only reason they cared was because they gave me too much. Had they given me less, I would've just had to suffer. My prescription is a controlled substance... My Dr called them trying to figure out the confusion and the lead pharmacist denied ANY and ALL issues and even tried explaining to me that they messed up due to conversion issues. It's a joke. If they tell you 45 mins when they're not busy, be sure to request "urgent status" and prepare to wait an hour and a half anyway (mind you this is when the pharmacy isn't even that busy at all)

I see a common theme with the previous reviews. I found out today you literally have to talk to a person for them to start to fill your prescription. Why have an automated system if it doesn’t work? Also maybe if it worked it would help with not having to take phone calls, i call in a prescription days before to avoid this because I know they are struggling. But I’ve never had a good experience with this pharmacy for years.

I've posted once before, but now I've reached my absolute limit with their incompetence. I was notified my prescription would be ready after 4. Having been a customer for over a decade, I knew that meant to come some time tomorrow. Sure enough, it wasn't ready. I arrived at 11:00 am and the script was finally filled at 12:15. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! As soon as My final refill is filled, I'm done. Transferring prescription. You guys need to get it figured out!!!

They take four days to fill a prescription.The line is always 7+ people deep. When I asked to have my prescriptions transferred to a different location,the pharmacist refused to give me my already filled prescriptions.He was very rude.

Have been treated poorly multiple times by the staff at this pharmacy. Whether it be the rolling of eyes when I ask to put in a prescription refill request while I pick up my other meds as if that’s an unreasonable request at a pharmacy or being met with snarky sarcasm when I’ve called and tried to find out the status of overdue prescriptions. The last straw was tonight, a Friday night at 5pm, there was an understandably long line and a man at the counter next to me says he’s here to pick up a prescription he called an hour ago to make sure was available for pick up and they confirmed it was then but now said it was not ready- the woman over the counter sarcastically patronized the man and went as far as to tell him it was his and the rest of us in line behind him’s fault for all coming in at once and bombarding them. I’m a Medicaid patient and this is the pharmacy I’m bound to but if you’re not like me, go elsewhere.

Unjustified one-star reviews hurt my heart, so I'll do my first review ever to remedy that. I go to this establishment about once a month to get meds for myself and my two kids. Despite how infrequently I go and how unremarkable the medications are, some of the staff know me by name and greet me with smiling faces before I even get to the counter. I don't have issues with how quickly meds get filled so long as I GIVE ADEQUATE NOTICE. Thanks for your helpfulness and friendliness.

Fantastic pharmacy. The staff is personable, professional, and cares about our family. Nicole, the manager, knows not only each of my family members' names, but the names of every customer that walks through the door. As long as this staff is in place, they will have our business!

This pharmacy doesn’t care about anybody.I came in here asking if they have covid 19 tests. They said no but they had signs everywhere saying covid 19 free test! Which come to find out is a take home test. That’s fine I’ll take that. Then they say oh it will be 30 min. Okay no problem. Wait almost an hour. Come back up oh it’s going to be 30 min. I felt like I was an inconvenience and wasting their time.

The location is convenient for me but most of the staff is very grumpy and unpleasant. There's no smiles and they make us feel like they're doing us a huge favor to help us.

Ive had to stop going here, so many problems like missing medication, getting notified that medication was ready when it wasnt for MANY days, waiting in line for over 30 minutes and they would sometimes use my insurance. Also employees are unprofessional and rude at times, not coming back. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Love my Safeway Pharmacy at Liberty Lake. They are always so kind and helpful. I feel they go above and beyond to help and answer any questions or resolve any problems. I've been going there for years, I think I'll keep them.🙂

Yes, there’s been staff changes at this location, but I believe some of the new staff are actually trying to change things for the better and I just got an awesome experience filling a difficult Rx , thank you Safeway pharmacy!!!

There is literally NO reason that you should have to wait an hour for a script to be filled. NONE. And there is NO reason that the clerk should roll her eyes at you when you say you’re going to wait. So... slow and rude. Not really seeing an upside here.

Had to transfer to 3 different pharmacies to get my son’s antibiotics, and the staff was very helpful and prompt with getting everything transferred and taken care of in a timely manner.

Never fill prescriptions on time, never pick up their phones airways a massive line, and the 8 or so times I've had to deal with them have been a massive inconvenience. Just go to Walgreens in the same parking lot.

The worst place ever to get medications, staff is SUPER SUPER RUDE and not helpful at all, just called them for prescription refill and the lady was on the phone started yelling at me that I should call 24 hours in advance and she JUST hanged up.... to me was extremely RUDE.....
