While I haven’t yet shopped here, I unfortunately never will after the store had my mom’s car towed from their parking lot *after* the store had already closed. While I completely understand asking people not to park in front of a business during hours unless they are customers, towing someone for parking after the store is closed seems unnecessary and not very community-minded. Very disappointed to hear this behavior from a “local” business.

This is the best place in all of Spokane for any and all pet needs. The owners are some of the nicest people I have ever met. The staff are warm and welcoming people that are incredibly friendly and helpful. The quality of the products carried are of the highest nature with prices comparable or lower to big chain stores. It is a joy every time we go to Pawpular.

Went in for the first time and the staff was so friendly and welcoming! One of the staff spent a large amount of time explaining all the harness and collar options for our new puppy. He had training tips for us and when we checked out they were appreciative of our business. Customer service has gone down hill and often times I feel like a bother when I go in a store now. It was so refreshing to have "old customer service" back. This is the only place I'm going for my animals from now on! So happy I found them.

I will never shop anyplace else for my pet needs. The owners are so knowledgeable and helpful. They get to know you, your animals, and their needs. They sell to you based off of your needs, not based off what will make them the most money. I have always believed in keeping it local but with Pawpular Companions, you get so much more.

Pawpular is an amazing place. They are not your normal pet store. Great inventory but Very Overpriced. Not to mention the old lady who rang my stuff up ( i believe it was the owner ) rudely asked me why I needed my receipt when I asked for one, made me feel like I overpayed for my items and she put an extra couple dollars in her pocket.. Will never go back.. ( never got a receipt due to them not having ink, on on a thermal printer...? )

Stopped in for some toys for our puppy. They have a cool supply of toys, food, plus everything else you would need for your pets. Our pup loved the manatee toy!

Rude and stuck up staff, Overpriced items through the store with some past experation. Rewards plan they have is garbage, they don't fulfill when you reach your 10th bag. Petsmart/petco have better quality food and treats down the road for less than everything they have. Don't waste your money here!

Overall, I like this store! I had one embarrassing experience there, but the owner did her best to make it right! They do have an excellent selection of dog food, toys, and other supplies, and the staff is always pretty friendly! Also, they have reasonable prices, as well!

This store has everything you might need for your fur babies. If money is no object you'll love this place. Prices are very high for your avarage consumer. But definitely worth checking out if you have money to burn.

What can I say about this place. Their awesome customer service, very knowledgeable owners and have 100% manufactures guarantees really have me. I'll be in tomorrow to make my first purchase after my dog got pancreatitis and is now on a special diet. They recommended a new food for my dog. I got it approved by my vet and they gave me sample bags too test with my dogs. I'll be getting my dog his first bag tomorrow morning. I'm actually really excited. They are super friendly too. Prices are actually reasonable for the quality of product!

They are the nicest people you can ask for it's very clean and pretty and there lots of everything it's so hard to choose of what you want the help is amazing they give you lots of free samples of everything they are a beautiful and very friendly couple and for a high end dog food and feed your dog good food they have it at really good prices so if you love your pet I suggest going there cause they have good stuff a lot of it too...

Friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The owners take pride in having a well-stocked, clean store. They get to know their customers and keep track of your purchases (for that time when your dog is hungry and you've forgotten what the heck they eat). Great selection of pet treats, toys, collars, etc.

We have been buying our dog food and treats here for years, and will never go any place else. The owners are always friendly and offer the best advice on local trainers and special calming treats for our anxious dog. They have a variety of toys and dog coats, as well as specialty dog items. I recommend this place to all dog and cat owners, especially if a pet requires a specific grain free or organic diet. You will never leave empty handed or disappointed.

Great selection of high end dog food in both dry and canned. Most places just carry the standard brands of blue Buffalo or Iams. Something for every canine appetite with or without food sensitivities. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. An excellent variety of dog treats that are more natural and healthier for the pet. Love this place.

They are a bit expensive but so far so good they've always had my food in stock for my special needs dog and they have for the most part always answered their phones and answered any and all questions and have solutions for you if you have any problems they always seem to come through for you service is pretty darn good they even carry it out to your vehicle for you,who does that anymore?!!! pretty great I would definitely recommend them if we could have more businesses like this we would be a happier City period.

Pawpular has high end and quality supplies for dogs and cats.Supplies include: collars, harnesses, beds, litter boxes, toys, food, treats, hemp products, shampoo & grooming products, anxiety relief for cats & dogs, food dishes and water fountains...and so much more.Store is clean and tidy.Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.Parking is great, good accessibility to the store.I went there for supplies for my cat and found everything I needed and somethings I didn't lol.
