I bought a storage shed and had it delivered. It was BIG, a lot bigger than I expected. Two men delivered it, Herb and Roy. They had to lift it and rest it on top of a 6 foot vinyl fence because it could not fit through the gate. I was impressed with their professionalism and competence. I will definitely shop again at Ace Hardware in Liberty Lake, WA.

The Team at the Liberty Lake Ace Hardware is great. I can save a few dollars at big box stores but the personal service from staff like Rudy, make spending a few more dollars well worth the cost! Keep up the great work!

I did not end up buying anything from the store because they didn’t have that large of reflection of Welding supplies, but I wanted to leave a positive review because the interactions I had with all three employees were positive and helpful. Herb was great and Ariel was helpful and I didn’t catch the other guys name but he was standing right next to her stocking shelves, and all three of them were polite, friendly, and you don’t find that very often nowadays, and even though they didn’t have what I needed, they directed me to where I could find it!!! Thanks you guys five stars to you!!!!!

Excellent! We were on the way out and clerk Wally asked if we found what we were looking for! We hadn't and Wally went above and beyond to help us and we purchased the product! Wally was an outstanding help and dud it with a smile and laugh!

Came here looking for a mobile home part. The new lady was very smart and was willing to order the parts if I could find out what I needed. I end up at home-depot and then mobile home store, but I will come back to this location ace for future events.

I recently visited Ace Hardware Liberty Lake while staying at a local RV park. I was escaping the fires at Coeur d'Alene and needed to find some supplies to fix my RV. The staff at Ace Hardware were very helpful and friendly. They were able to find everything I needed, and even gave me some helpful advice.I was impressed with the wide variety of products that Ace Hardware carries. They have everything from basic tools and hardware to more specialized items like RV parts and supplies. I also appreciated the fact that they were willing to order items that they didn't have in stock.Overall, I had a great experience at Ace Hardware Liberty Lake. The manager in liberty lake is very demeaning and rude- the assistant manager and him aren’t in the same page- they hassle you over craftsman’s warranty and the assistant manager said he WOULD warranty it, then the manager said he absolutely will NOT warranty our broken craftsman tool. We will be reporting this business to craftsman, as this is against their vendor policy as well.. shame on you, for allowing this manager to represent your company.

As a DM in the retail world I struggle with the lack of customer service in this location. I live less than a mile away and would rather drive to the PF location if possible. I greet them when walking in and never get a response back. It should be them greeting their customers, without us…you don’t have a job. The older gentleman that wears the “quickie” name tag shouldn’t be a closer, they shut the open sign off 30 minutes before closing and act as though we are an inconvenience for stopping by to pick up screws. On a previous visit I watched him count down and close the tils, then when my husband was ready to make his purchase we were told the registers were down. Of course they are, I watched you count them down and close them. There were still people in there shopping, he told us all to leave that he couldn’t ring us up. Then tonight we walked in, grabbed a small box of screws at 6:26pm, and he told us to make our purchases quickly. It’s such a beautiful store and in a great location but the team needs coached on customer service.

Yesterday I went into Ace Hardware and apparently my wallet fell out of my purse I didn't know it was missing till that evening when I got a text from them.. I went to get it the next morning they were so kind I wanted to leave them a reward but they wouldn't take anything. I had all my credit cards in there and had just gotten money for graduation gifts so you know they are so helpful and honest a great place to shop.

Great ACE location. We went here in a pinch the other day to get chicken wire and they had a good selection as well as a good clean layout. The employees are very aimable and offer assistance as soon as you come in the door as well. They opened in November 2022 I recall from what an employee told me, so it’s fairly new but absolutely wonderful.

Definitely would shop at this store instead of the next closest one, the one on sprague and sullivan. The prices are significantly cheaper , the service is better , the store is just generally less run down and the people who own this store are actually local to the community and seem like they do a lot for it ! And who can forget there amazing assortment of stickers !

It is nice having a hardware store with sporting goods inside. Liberty Lake is growing and welcomes a new store. Employees are helpful and knowledgeable about the item locations. Bathrooms are clean and locked when not in use.

There was a differences in prices at the register compared to what was shown, on the item, on the floor. Braydon and Byron really worked hard, with out any arguement, to make it right. Awesome service, but being a long time ACE shopper, they always give good service. These guys really went above and beyond in my opinion. They made it right!

Went to their grand opening the radio station they had there leave something to be desired they weren't doing anything just standing around why didn't they play dance music you're uplifting music to get people in the mood to go in and shop and I just was very disappointed I hope they didn't have to pay that much I wouldn't hire
