This is a very nice family owned and operated farm close to the downtown area with a well-thought-out presentation, excellent gift shop, a small restaurant, and very informative speakers. It was great petting and feeding the reindeer. Great time to go is winter for the holiday magic and spring when they have babies.

What a wonderful experience!!! I went with my 18 year old son and his friend. We got there 10 minutes early and no wait time to get through the gate. We went to a covered area and watched a video about Reindeer that was super informative. Right after that we had a safety training of how to interact with the Reindeer and ask before we pet, some don't like being pet. As a group we went over to the area where they are gated in and was able to feed and interact with them! So much fun!!! The whole family in charge of the Reindeer were helpful and answered questions. We never felt rushed to hurry up with the Reindeer. I don't remember his name, but was kind enough to take our pictures with a family of Reindeer. I can't wait till they bring the Northern Lights!!! I highly recommend this experience at least once in your visit to Leavenworth!

The reindeer farm was great! They have great customer service to boot. We had booked a visit on a Sunday, but while we were driving up our tire chains had snapped and we ended up missing our booking. They were very gracious and helped us re-book for a different Sunday. My kids had a blast feeding the reindeer (the one in the pictures had just shed their antlers) and checking out the gift shop. They have a great choice of drinks and food! I recommend the salted caramel apple cider and Olaf lefse!

My husband and I enjoyed the reindeer experience for our wedding anniversary. The family who own the farm are lovely, knowledgeable people who clearly adore the reindeer, educating the public about them and saving the species. They have fun plans to add more cool attractions to the farm to share with visitors. This place is fantastic. Definitely reserve tickets in advance as you won't want to miss it.

It's a super cute farm with a great introductory presentation and friendly staff. We went on a super rainy cold day and the kids still had a good time. I'm sure on a nice day it would be even more fun and we would love to see the babies in the spring. I would say it's just really spendy for anyone over the age of 2. That being said, we paid the price and we understand the costs if takes to maintain a farm.

They have porta potties at entrance and closer to where they have reindeer and next to the snack area. The entire staff were very welcoming. The entire experience was amazing. They provide detailed knowledge of the reindeer and how to interact with each one safely. They also had Santa on site for a beautiful photo op. There is also a gift shop on site and their snacks were delicious. We got our reservations at 2pm on Monday and there was a light crowd. 10/10 recommend!

Lovely farm with lovely people who clearly care about the animals a lot. The educational video and talk at the start is super informative and I learned a lot! They separate children 11 and younger out from the group that goes into the pen with the full size reindeer, which is nice both for the adults and the kids. There are snacks and drinks you can get afterward, and of course a cute gift shop. Can't recommend the tour enough, enjoyable by all.

This was souch fun. It was a bit pricey but to me it was worth it. We spent $240 on the 5 of us. Getting to mee the reindeer was a lot of fun. The gift shop was great and the prices weren't bad. The sleighs were perfect plus Santa has his own stable. I love that before you go in there was an informative video and safety brief. You do have to buy tickets in advance. They sell out very quickly.

Nicely designed reindeer farmFrom having a presentation, chat, to visiting the cuties. 🦌 🦌There’s baby area for smaller children that is safer but they also provide about a cup of food so you walk around the farm and feed the 🦌 🦌Be careful not to threaten them with your handsGot to check out the store and some traditional food while there.Worth the time and money.

What an experience this was! The staff are so friendly and the reindeer are so neat! Their beautiful antlers showing. Did you know that their antlers grow up to an inch per day!? I had no idea. We got to feed them and interact with the staff. Ask as many questions as we wanted. And the gift shop was awesome! Finally a shirt in my size! Lol I highly highly recommend Leavenworth Reindeer Farm.

We had a great time. It does feel a little touristy, but it's understandable. They give clear, memorable safety instructions for interacting with the reighndeer. They also share some cool animal facts about them.We had initially booked a different day, but they canceled that day because too few people were coming and they worked with us to reschedule out tickets for a day and time that worked for both of us.It's clear that they're passionate about their work. And they offer an authentic lefsa, which is delicious. 10/10Would recommend, even if you're not into touristy things.

Love the magic of everything! Staff is so kind and patient. Santa is one of the best I’ve taken my kids to visit! And I absolutely love the gift shop! This was our second year going and I hope to make it a tradition.

Absolutely amazing experience!GET YOUR TICKETS AHEAD OF TIME AS THE DO SELL OUT!We have teens so we got to go in the main area. They let people in the main area who were age 13 and older (not by height like the website said.)We had tiny saucers to feed the reindeer out of. Many reindeer came to us. They were super soft. There were a lot of rules explained before we entered. The most important: not to run, ask staff which reindeer can be petted, be aware of surroundings inside, pet from shoulder blades down, etc. Many of the reindeer were super gentle and super sweet. Some don’t like to be pet and that’s ok.The staff really love their animals and there is awesome teaching while waiting to visit the reindeer. I didn’t know they could live in such freezing temps (below negative 100+ degrees). It’s so interesting to learn about them. I loved that part.Staff were super supportive of taking our photos. There were many photo ops with props around the farm which made it special. Santa was on-site too for a family Santa photo (no extra charge!)They have a cute gift shop and there is a place to buy refreshments like coffee. We got lucky with a warm day.You have to clean your shoes off upon entry and your group cannot go in until all present. It was an amazing experience.

THE most incredible experience! There is a very well put together informational program (which made reindeer my new favorite animal for ALL their superhero qualities), the staff is incredibly kind and helpful (It is a family run organization), and you actually get to FEED and pet the reindeer!!!! What a magical experience of this mythical animal!! My children are 3 & 4 (one is quite timid), and it was such a safe and happy environment that they both were fully immersed in the educational and feeding experiences. It was the penultimate holiday experience, but I legitimately can’t wait to go back and relive it again this summer.

The reindeers are amazing. The hosts are quite welcoming and the production / show really makes you feel apart of their family. My primary mark down (4) is due to the limited space the deer have… these animals are built to run and explore… but they are trapped in a little pin for most of their lives. Animals in captivity are wonderful to have access to, but I also wish they had more room for activities. All events are outdoors, so it can get quite chilly.

A very neat experience in Leavenworth! This family-owned business offers a charming introduction to all things reindeer related, and gives an up-close encounter with feeding reindeer. (And one very proud turkey lol) There is a cute gift shop for souvenirs and a coffee and snack stand with the best lefse ever, called the Olaf. 10/10 would recommend

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I absolutely love reindeer, and this was the coolest hands on experience. You get a safety presentation, then you get to feed and pet the reindeer. They ever take you photo with one of the fur babies! They have a super awesome shop where we even got our dog a new toy, and they have a delicious food station where you can try lefse and reindeer sausage! Will definitely go again and highly recommend everyone to go!

Leavenworth Reindeer Farm is family owned and operated. Trust me when I say that you’ll want to add this visit to your bucket list! They are open by appointment only and you can book conveniently online. The whole experience was absolutely wonderful and I couldn’t recommend it enough! They have different types of sessions that you can book but my family and I chose to do the “Reindeer Farm Experience”. You can shop at their gift shop, feed the chickens, look at the miniature ponies, the turkeys and the rabbits, as well as try their delicious drinks and food. Once our tour began, we all sat and listened to some very intriguing and interesting facts and she went over safety measures. For families with littles, you’re taken into a different area with the more “gentle” reindeer. You’re given the option to feed them and you can even pet some! They have workers with you the entire time and I loved that you were able to ask questions. Overall, this was truly and amazing experience, a once in a lifetime experience, that I am grateful for! Everyone was extremely friendly and kind. I hope we are able to come back for another visit soon!

We had originally booked our reindeer farm tour last December, but had to cancel. We are able to get gift card credit to return when we could. We were able to easily rebook for this weekend. The tour guide was was full of great information about reindeer, and everyone in my group was impressed with the new facts we learned about reindeer. We enjoyed being able to get up close and feed and pet the reindeer. The gift shop was huge with wide variety of gift/ souvenir items. There were many set ups for photo opportunities, and places to sit down and enjoy a drink and enjoy the turkeys, chickens and cat wandering around.
