Such a great shop! The owner Pat goes above and beyond and makes you feel like family. We had a ladies trip in town and he set us up with snowshoe rentals. If the weather were better we would have gone the nordic skiing route, but that’s what’s great about the shop, they have backup plans and beta to help you figure out how to get outside for all experience levels. I will definitely be back in the summer for the mountain biking scene.

Not only did Pat have the store open on a sunday while tackling the task of taking care of his kids, but he had parts I needed on hand and got me out and rolling in no time. Great people, great service and cool shop.

I was in town for a weekend with my friends and rented snow shoes fromCycleworks. Located right in town, the process was easy and fast. Pat, the owner knows his stuff and will even direct you to the best place to snowshoe, bike or ski depending on the weather and time of year. I also picked up some Goodr sunglasses that were so helpful in the snow because they are polarized. Would definitely go here again!

This is the best shop in the area. Pat the owner is super friendly & very knowledgeable about the bikes, local trails, and post ride swim spots. Rented a Santa Cruz for the day & had a great time riding a loop from the shop. Will definitely be back!

This shop is fantastic. They are just starting out but are serious about doing it right. There is some adult ski gear for sale, but we brought a used youth ski setup in that was purchased elsewhere for the tech to adjust the bindings. The crew was friendly and attentive, with next day turnaround. I forgot to ask them to wax the skis at dropoff but they took the request over the phone without hesitation. Support this local shop.

We stopped in for some winter rentals and beta. We left with some extra last minute gear supplies we needed too. Pat the owner was super friendly and knowledgeable about the area and gear in general. So stoked to have this shop and resource in Leavenworth!

I am SO EXCITED to have another bike and ski shop in town!! We went in the other day and were greeted with such a down-to-earth and warm welcome. Right off the bat, Pat was eager to chat and answer any questions we had. Pat was incredibly knowledgeable and from what it sounds like, Cole is the same. We are looking forward to working with them for all of our ski needs. (And bike needs next season). HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. They genuinely care about the locals and aren’t here to just make money off of the tourist market. Support local. Especially these guys!!!!!!

What an awesome addition to the Leavenworth area. Excellent brands to rent for your all day adventures, or just to get out and explore the local area by bicycle! This shop is truly right in the heart of it all, and can be accessed by foot from almost all of town. Hearing the story of how the owners have such a lengthy history in the mountain bike industry and their passionate journey to reach this little town is remarkable. Highly recommend anyone in the area to stop by and at least say hello to Crosby the dog.

A terrific selection of rental bikes along with a very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating staff make this place a must visit! The shop is in a great location with super easy access to a ton of local and area trail systems. Also, the shop is walking distance from multiple food and brewery options which is something to look forward to post-ride. Our group was not very experienced but the owner Pat was super welcoming and had great trail recommendations so that everyone could enjoy the ride and feel comfortable and confident while doing so. Awesome place all around, I will definitely return when I am back in the area - Thank you Eastside Cycleworks for the great memories!

Wife and I came up for a day trip from Seattle and rented a couple Santa Cruz's. Staff was super friendly, got us fitted on the bikes and pointed us in all the right directions. No pretentious locals only vibe at all. We had a great time on the trails in Leavenworth. Thank you!

Stopped by Eastside Cycleworks today hoping to be able to have my bike worked on without walking home. Andrew greeted me and though he was busy invited me to enter and was gracious to work on my bike at that very moment. He worked diligently, resovled the issues and even suggested some additional work which I greatly appreciated. He was courteous, kind, and very professional, knowing exactly the items that needed work. I'm so grateful for his taking the time and repairing my bike while I waited. It's a lovely and complete NEW shop that is located where the Lwth Echo used to be. Try it! I'll be going back!. --Alex

Was a great experience with the guy who works there and props to him because he runs the whole shop by himself. I rented 2 trail bikes, A Cannondale Habit 4 and a Rocky Mountain trail bike. He set up the suspension for me and told me what the trails are like. He included rented us a bike rack for no extra money as well.
