We stopped by when we were in town and brought our pup in with us! Super cute shop with LOTS to look through and fine! As a Certified Pet Food Nutrition Specialist, I was very happy to see a ton of healthy foods and treats in this shop! Smaller shops like this tend to carry cheap, unhealthy items, so we were super happy! Will definitely come back when we are in town again!

This place is PHENOMENAL!!! It is so hard to find anything with a black pug represented, and A Paw Above had so many options for our family!!!Little Weener loves her new Sasquatch toy and it is holding up so well to her abuse! They are best friends ❤️Please check this shop out!

Very helpful and wonderful owner. Booker, the resident golden retriever is also very nice and sweet, our golden boy made an instant friend in her. They carry tons of nfl gear for dogs, tons of toys and treats, and you could tell the owner really loves and cares about her customers' pets!

This shop has LOTS of stuff from treats, food, clothes for our furry friends, and magnets LOL there are even Socks for people with dogs on them.The woman who owns and runs this cute little place is so friendly and welcoming it is definitely a place worth going to!

I LOVE coming here!! The lady is so so sweet. There is so much variety of everything!!! My dog gets spoiled coming here, with all the different treats, chews and toys! My cats love when I come from here. They have the BEST cat nip toys. My cats lose it over them!! They are their absolute favorites!! If you have a fur baby, you need to stop in!!! 😁🐾🐾

We went here with our pup a while ago (in early december 2021), and I have to say this is one of my favorite pet stores. They have anything and everything you can think of and are extremely friendly workers. It is (understandably) a cramped space and hard to move around; however, even our rescue dog was excited and not too overwhelmed. Very reasonable prices, especially for treats! Next time we're in Leavenworth, we'll have to stock up on some more treats and supplies!

Quality treats and unique items. I saw bandanas, neck garters, and sweaters for bug and pest repellant. We have tick medicine and we've tried other pest repellant but this is a fashionable option and they felt very soft.In the back fridge they have a nice selection of toppers and mixers. I've tried the elixirs before to top my dogs kibble and they gobbled it up. They had Primal brand Goat milk as well and this is another addition dogs really like.One of my dogs has a rain coat that was handed down to her after two other pups and it has lasted a very long time and withstood so many adventures. I noticed this was the main jacket peeking out and they had a big selection of sizes. I highly recommend picking one up for your dog for the rain or snow! It's reflective too.If you're visiting with your dog just make sure they can handle small spaces with dogs and people and if they're prone to grab treats on their own be ready to spend a pretty penny because they will love everything and want it all! Bella our mini poodle was lunging at everything, she loved the treat selection and I ended up buying a few because she really started eating it quickly.

The woman in the store, I assume she is the owner, was super, super helpful with all of our questions. She could tell us the size of jacket our dog needed just by looking, and had a ton of info on each product. She took some time to help us look while also helping other customers in between us. The store was so packed full of people that it would be easy to just sit there and be a clerk, but you can tell she really loves her business. She offered info on pet friendly businesses in the area, and those that are not. I left feeling great about my purchase and wish there was a pet store like this in my area. Only down side is there is not much space, but after hearing what they are charging for rent in that area on bigger retail spots, yikes! Anyway, thanks for the great experience, my dog stayed super warm in his new jacket sleeping in the tent.

Great little pet shop in leavenworth! It was packed when we were in there but we were able to find XL snow booties for my Great Dane. I had called ahead to check their stock and she remembered me when I showed up to shop! It was perfect for what we needed. Large selection, super convenient.

This place is FANTASTIC!!!The owner and her staff are as friendly as can be and know and care so much for your pet and their needs!!!We make it a point to come here every time we are in town! They also have custom made items sure to plead your furry kids/kids!!!

The store is very disorganized and gives the appearance of things being dirty. The place is extremely tiny for a pet shop and as others have pointed out, would not recommend for folks who are claustrophobic. Products here are overpriced and it's a whole lot cheaper online. The man at the cashier was on his phone the whole time and didn't answer questions when asked. Very disappointed experience. I love supporting local shops but seems like this place needs some major changes. Giving a one star as I will likely not go in again.

I love A Paw Above! They have quite a selection of dog toys. My lab especially appreciates the variety of balls and chew toys. Their dog food is reasonably priced as well. We got a great collar there that is quick drying and doesn't smell - perfect since our dog lives in the sprinkler during summer! The owners are very friendly and helpful.

Very cute family small business pet store. Lots of stuff for cats and dogs. Had to stop in for some bunny supplies and even though they didn't have much for rabbits, I found what I needed after digging around in a small corner. The staff is very friendly. Great shopping experience!

Visited this little pet shop when vacationing in Leavenworth. The staff are delightful and extremely helpful. Was looking for a particular Christmas ornament with our King Charles Spaniel pictured. One of the sales persons went out of her way to locate one for us. Was hiding way behind something else. So much in a small place. Worth stopping in for a peak!!

This store has lots of great dog accessories from collars all the way up to harnesses. Lots of yummy treats and dog food for your furry friend. The staff is amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable.

There are many many dog, and possible cat products in this store. But if you are closterphobic I would not suggest going down there. The lady behind the counter was very nice, wonderful personality for customer service, and well priced things also. But just a bit of a small space

Very friendly owners who assisted me. I have Dachshunds, and they hard to buy for due to their length. She found me just what I was looking for. Her products are quality. A little expensive, however, I got what I wanted and it has worked well. Never saw it anywhere else. For that , thank you.

A RIPOFF! The prices here are outrageous. I purchased a couple of ornaments and the exact same ones at a different store a block away are half the price. I also saw their coasters at $6.99 is $2.99 at the other store. Come on. Three times as expensive? My recommendation to you is to look elsewhere if you want to save some money. I felt like I just got robbed.

This is a place you must stop if you have dogs. There is just about anything you could ever want for you dog there, and reasonable prices too. Very helpful staff and dogs are welcome. We got a few things for our dogs that we haven't seen elsewhere.
