They did an excellent job tinting my car windows. I have stock glass on a 97 Ford Thunderbird LX, and note that it’s tinted I can drive in the sun without all that heat hitting me. 10/10 highly recommended. On top of that I only paid $333.00

The cut up my shutters windowsills caulked all the water release holes cute inside my windowsills inside and caulked like a 6 year old did it finger makers everywhere and had to come out 3 times and thank God my sliding glass door doesn’t leak anymore Don’t use this company unless you have time to babysit them and look over there workmanship because they will caulk everything to make sure you don’t see the bad cuts and use a lot of caulking to make sure it done not by customer service they Guarantee I have more if anyone need more show and tell guy the owner doesn’t give to cares about anything nor does Scott they gave me paint wow my expense new wood, new shutters new paint, spackle paint the inside of the windows were the got cut recaulked because it was a mess on all the windows the owner named guy never showed up to look because I wasn’t the million dollar contract help me and show them you read these reviews and don’t use there services God bless there are so many companies but you need to check everyone work because they don’t care about us it’s a 1 time deal my windows don't come out in my living room because there not straight and much more the owner called me a lair and the window company wrote a letter to them stating there installed wrong and he won't fix the problems dont use this company they dont do the job correctly and you have to sue them

Customer service is poor. I had somebody come out last week to take measurements, and they said that they would get ahold of me the next day with a quote. They did not. I've called twice, been transferred to somebody who never answers the phone or calls back. Shame, because they were recommended, and I was fully prepared to go with them to replace my broken window.

Gratitude: While traveling I-5 on our way to Portland my driver's side window shattered and we found our way to South Tacoma Glass Specialist. They were booked out for a replacement but cleaned all the glass out of the car and window frame, and closed up the hole with plastic and tape to get us on our way. Their service was very appreciated!

Not professional at all. They took almost a week to order a part for my car and then another 3 weeks so it can arrived so they can call saying it came damage! Horrible customer service! Go somewhere else and pay to get your service done better

Very good example how to be successful in business for a long period of time.I had a problem with windshield on my Mercedes. Called to dealer they referred me to them!! Dealer have some one who does it better! Called to this company, and worked with Kera. She was extremely professional and provided exceptional customer service. Very recommend.

My wife and I had our single pane windows replaced in 2014 by South Tacoma Glass through a Tacoma Public Utilities offering. Yesterday (9 years later), I called with a question concerning the replacement of the embedded dog door in one of the sliding glass patio doors. Today, Scott showed up to look at the door to determine what part I needed. He then contacted the manufacturer, who will have the part delivered in a few days (free of charge as there is a 15-year warranty). Scott was communicative, prompt, professional, polite, and a credit to his organization. NOW THAT IS FOLLOW-UP SERVICE!

Great service, called several places to get the right windshield replacement. This place had the one I needed, in and out in about two hours. The waiting area had coffee and TV. Plus the comfy couch in the waiting area made the wait comfortable.

I broke a pane of glass while resealing a boat window and brought another one in to be replicated. The quote they gave me over the phone was the same as what I was charged, they had the new pane ready just a few days later even though it was a custom job! Everyone there was super nice and professional. I took one star down because the color of the glass is definitely not the same, but I don't really care too much. Would definitely use them again but hopefully don't have to!!

I had to get a new windshield on my VW golf after a rock cracked it on the highway. Scheduling was easy to do, and I was able to get an appointment a week after I contacted them. Had windows measured and made to order. Once the windows came in, I was notified and was able to schedule the installation for the next day.Installers were here on time, any questions I had were answered to my satisfaction, everything was cleaned up as they worked. Since my windows were the original, it was a little more difficult to get them out and the house had settled so the square was off. The new windows look fabulous and work well. Very happy with them.Also had e-window panes in our kitchen replaced, the gas in the old window had leaked out and it started to streak. The new window was made, fits perfectly and it looks terrific.Very happy with the whole process and the work, will use this company again.Service: Window installation

Your crew spent the last week installing new windows in my whole house. They are so respectful, such as closing the door to the room they were working in as not to be too invasive with tool sounds. Their work is too notch and seamless. The windows are just beautiful and all of the work perfectly on open/shut testing. One thing I also deeply appreciated about this crew was that they took great time to sweep and clean up all residue on the floors. What a awesome team you have. Thanks so much for your hard work and the care you all put into what you do.

I’ve never needed a windshield replaced until recently. Called South Tacoma Glass and spoke with a person named Sherry. Since this was the first time I’ve ever needed my windshield replaced, I had some basic questions which were met with a very condescending tone from Sherry. It was then that I decided to go with another company.
