I had horrible service here and the pharmacists take their time when they should be moving with a purpose. The pharmacy technician who was working at the front around 1700 was very lazy and just did not give any sense of customer service. People come here to get their prescriptions in a timely matter but here they are uncared for and certainly do not care about the customers.

If I could give zero stars I would, I JUST called to see if they had a photo booth kiosk that I could pick my photos to print and before I finished saying the work kiosk the worker cut me off "nope we sure don't", I've never called anywhere and been cut off when asking a question. Really great people you got at rite aid. I should've asked the mans name but I was just in disbelief and told him he didn't even let me finish my question, and he said "oh okay go ahead". Never doing business there. Smh.

Good for getting flu shots!!! Lots of other things that normal rute aids will have. Location is a bit difficult to get due to single entrances and exits. Other than that everything is decent at this location. Staff is decent, pharmacists are very polite and knowledge.

I love this Rite Aid... I switched from another pharmacy bc it's where my son goes, and I can finish the rest of my Rx errands tht i run on refill day as they're literally in the same shopping center... They're really nice and the quick service is amazing... My rx's were electronically sent at approx 8:45 this morning and I was home w my med's by 10:10... I mean, tht's impressive, to say the least... And, one month I couldn't find my keys, and I kept retracing my steps and each time, there were abt five of them, the staff would look around w me even though it was more than apparent tht they weren't in there... Not getting impatient w me whatsoever... Another customer actually found them in the cubby on the inside of my car door... She'd been in there whilst I was retracing my steps... Anyway, I can't give them any bigger of review... I highly doubt I'll EVER switch pharmacies again!!!

The cashier at this location is extremely rude, everytime I come she's extremely unpleasant as well as unprofessional. I won't come back and wouldn't recommend anyone else using this location until they have a better cashier with a better attitude.Today is Sunday, January 14, 2024.Anytime I come to this Rite Aid the cashier is absolutely rude as matter of fact I'd go as far as to say she's racist. If she has a problem helping customers with anything in the store she shouldn't be working in customer service. It's unfortunate that this is the closest Rite Aid to post. I won't come here again. She should really be ashamed of herself and so should the company for employing someone like that. I wish it was possible to leave no stars at all, I work in customer service and would never treat anyone the way that lady treats me it's absolutely despicable.

**EditThought I’d check to see if anyone else is STILL having the same problems as me and forgot I had done a review. It’s now March 2024 and I STILL CANT GET AHOLD OF THE PHARMACY!!!!! Just tried to call, 4 times being looped through, press three for the pharmacy… ring ring ring ring press 3 for pharmacy ring ring ring…And that’s after doing this yesterday too. I’m just beyond frustrated. I filled out the transfer of my prescriptions to somewhere else because this is crazy!Original post:No one in pharmacy answers the phone. Just in a never ending loop of press 3 for the pharmacy it rings approximately 4 times then sends me right back to the message to press 3 for the pharmacy. Couple times I called the actual store, they send me through and an hour later I hang up. My son is so sick right now. Needs his antibiotic. I can’t even call to find out if it’s ready. The drive thru is always closed. So I’m gonna have to drag my sick child with a fever inside of rite aid and just hope it’s ready.

I've been using the Pharmacy for 2 years now. They are great. I wish people would understand that Pharmacies are always busy and sometimes short of employees. It would be nice to see people give this Pharmacy a break from negatively. I appreciate all they do. If l've had a problem it was me being inpatient. Can't say enough good things.

I've called corperare so many times about the drive through not being open when it should be. And corperate calls and yells at them and they don't give one care. Tired of calling and wasting my time. No wonder rite aid is going bankrump and this rite aid is rhe exact example on why that is.and no it was NOT during their luck break

This place is sad. I understand that they have a heavy traffic of unfavorable individuals who may enter and cause much inconvenience, but they denied me the use of the bathroom. I’m sure the lady was irritated that I even asked her. I’m clean cut, polite, well dressed, and clean smelling, yet, the lady decided to tell me that the bathrooms are closed. In a state with a highway system like ours, it is very inconsiderate of any business to deny the use of the bathroom to any paying customers. What a lack of empathy. I was actually helping a member from my church get their vaccinations. There was a nice long wait, but not even a lick of compassion.

PHARMACISTS IS A AWFUL!!! DON’T GO TO THIS LOCATION!!Would give zero stars if I could. The pharmacist over there, Khan, is unprofessional and has no concept of what it’s like to be a patient with sever healthcare concerns and does not take the time to understand what’s going on with a patient.Though my doctor wrote a prescription for a non-controlled substance, my insurance company authorized the prescription, they refused to dispense the medication. The doctor wrote the prescription on 3/11 and as of 3/24, it will still not be filled.I have sat in the phone for over an hour waiting for someone in the pharmacy to pick up the phone, which happens consistently. My last conversation today with the pharmacist, Khan, whispered to me into the phone and it made me extremely uncomfortable and made me realize that he has control issues. I am very concerned that he has access to my personal information.I am appalled at how I was treated by the pharmacist and am shocked Khan still has a job there. I’ve been with Walgreens for over 20 years but after today have bad all my prescriptions filled elsewhere. The pharmacist is a total creep! For context, my prescriptions was submitted 3/11 and still not filled by 3/24. I went to a small mom & pop pharmacy, the authorization was approved and prescription filled within 2 hours. Just awful service at Walgreens.

I normally adore this place and it's employees and I want to make it clear that the pharmacy techs are amazing and sweet and wonderful <3 , but Andy was super rude and this wasn't the first time. I called once this morning to get an idea of pickup time he said 3 hours which was totally fine. I hadn't heard anything almost 7 hours later so I gave a quick call just to see if I'd have time to pick them up before my work tonight since my surgery is tomorrow, and he told me he was unable to fill anyones prescriptions because of inconsiderate people like me calling "nonstop" (2 times in 7 hours). I asked if it would still be ready today, and he said "I don't know that's why you have text setup".Look, I work customer service, I get that phones can be annoying. But I was kind and simply asked a question about my prescription. No need to take the days frustrations out on me 🙃. If he had been kind and just said they were busy, I'd have totally understood. Kindness is contagious, but so is crappiness. A stress management seminar might be really beneficial in this case.My family will be going to Safeway from here on out. That's where we get our vaccines, and that pharmacist was incredibly kind even though he was clearly slammed. Kindness brings in customers .

I went to have a prescription filled and the lady told me it would be between 1-2 hours before it’s ready. I waited over 3 and sent my daughter to pick it up. Well she finally gets to the front, just to be told that there was an issue with their printer. I should have been given a call or text. They definitely were not that busy when I walked in to have it filled. Over 3 hours and still no prescription. I would never return to this location or a rite aid again. You are better off getting better and faster service at Walmart.

Extremely long weights do you get your prescription filled the last one took three days after my doctor faxed in my prescription. I just had surgery I needed the pain pills I went through the drive up window and there was a sign in the window that said drive up is closed which happens quite frequently this past few months. I called the pharmacy and hit extension number three and I actually went back and Pet punched number 3 4times I hung up and called the store and the same problem occurred. Apparently they do not consider the people on the telephone as customers. When the pharmacy is busy and filling prescriptions I feel that they can stop for a moment and answer calls and then get back to whatever it is they were doing.Rite Aid and Lakewood is extremely short staffed both in the store and the pharmacy. I’ve been a customer at Rite Aid since 1991. This last episode was the final episode for me. I transferred all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy that does not have trouble opening the drive up window. I’m a senior citizen and disabled and I desperately need the convenience of a drive up window. I’m unable to send some one else to pick up my prescriptions because some of them the pharmacy won’t allow it

Worst pharmacy on a consistent basis. Take ridiculous amounts of time to fill prescriptions; I called to fill around noon; they told me it would be ready around 3:15 pm; get there at nearly 7pm and get told it’ll be at least 30 minutes. What’s the point of using the phone line to refill prescriptions when you don’t start working on them until the person comes in to pick up? Then the staff have an attitude with you like you’re the issue. Going to look for a more efficient and friendlier pharmacy.

This Store probably has the worst customer service I have experience from any business in quite a while. Worst of all I ask to speak to a manager and the person I was in countering with the manager… if I could give these guys negative stars, I would

I really hate this Rite Aid. The few times my kids prescription have been submitted here for pick up. The staff will end up taking the entire day to get it ready. When I call they say it will be ready in 30 mins. Which is never the truth. This Rite Aid staff sucks.

Staff is friendly and helpful, however the pharmacy drive through being constantly closed is irritating. I have a newborn and have had to haul him inside to pick items up every time I place an order. Seems like this is a major complaint from quite a few customers. I also feel sorry for those who are handicap, ill, etc that have to go inside.

I love this location, I have all my scripts filled here and as a cancer survivor I have to maintain my medicine schedules. The staff's dedication to customer satisfaction is a big draw for me. The drive through can be a bit of a wait but honestly, being right on Bridge port way will do that. Also from what I understand there is a large shortage of pharmacy Techs and Pharmacists, so the fact that they have been so quick (after I get to the window) these last few months at prepping and filling my medicines. They also have lots of goods and some cool organic and alternative medicine things. Lots of cosmetics of varying quality as well, but a few solid brands that will get you by if you don't want to make another stop on the way home from work!Thank you SEAN for all your help and speedy service

This pharmacy doesn’t answer their phone at all, EVER. The staff is extremely rude to you even if you’re super friendly and understanding to them. They will waste your time and make you wait for extended periods of time for your medicine instead of just telling you that they don’t know how to do their job correctly to explain why it’s taking so long and then make you come back another day for your medication. Horrible customer service, don’t use this pharmacy!

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. Never answers the phone, long lines, and they take a really long time to fill prescriptions. These issues are consistent. The only “bright” side is that the people who work there are so nice!

This pharmacy is incredibly mismanaged. They are often out of medications and force us to call around for them.Tonight was the worst. After my pharmacy purchase I earned a $5 off coupon so I grabbed a few things a d headed to the front. After 10 minutes of waiting with No Sales Associates to be seen, I called the pharmacy to tell them nearly 10 of us were waiting at the front but no sales associates were around. Another 5 minutes later a lady came up and helped me at one register and another guy at the register next to me only to jump back forth 4 or 5 times making that process take even longer and she gave no reason for the long wait nor apology. I wasn't looking for blood, but a quick "I'm sorry for your wait." would have gone a long way.I'm not angry about this last visit it just pushed me into finally writing a review about this incredibly mismanaged pharmacy. For years it's been bad. My husband and I have been patronizing this RiteAid for over a decade and it's getting close to bad enough for us to have our meds switched to some place, any place else.

I don’t normally write reviews but I am so frustrated. One, I was told they needed to fax my doctor for a refill, and I never heard back from them, I had to call back and ask about it , only to be told oh yeah it’s been ready for a while. Then when I went to pick it up, it was way more than an hour long wait. I’m still here waiting, and it’s been an hour and fifteen minutes. I’m pregnant, with a toddler in the car, who is now crying. This is not the first time I’ve had an hour plus wait either. This is completely unacceptable.

This pharmacy has problems. It doesn't matter if you go inside or to the drive through to pick up prescriptions you will ALWAYS have a long wait time. I waited in the drive through for 15 minutes yesterday with only 2 cars in front of me. I have waited at the I side register for 15 to 20 minutes before. The man with the facial piercings gives the best customer service but he is over worked having to work the register at the drive through and the front counter. I have spoken with the district manager in several occasions and he tells me that they are working to improve and has said so for over a year with little result. This pharmacy is always short staffed and the employees are over worked, I have even had a couple mistakes made because of it. I recommend people go to a different pharmacy since Riteaide has not demonstrated a good faith effort to solve their customer service on the corporate level. The Employees are so over worked perhaps we should give them a break and everyone take their business elseware. Maybe corporate will take the hint and finally do something different.

I first was called that my pharmacy order was ready as I was a customer transfer from the DuPont Health Mart to this Rite Aid location in Lakewood. I went to go pick up my order, and the guy with metal studs all over his face first told me to wait behind an open cash register, but I saw he was still helping another pharmacy customer next to the open register so I waited behind the sign to protect her privacy. He then yelled for me to wait directly at the other open register, and I then proceeded to hear the other ladies entire Pharmacy transaction and broke HIPAA privacy rules because of him. He then finished and asked for my information and I told him I was picking up my new pharmacy order for a new Glucose meter, test strips, and hand braces for carpel tunnel. He proceeded to chuckle, then said there was a problem with my order. But if I had a seat he would call me when he sorted it out. So I sat for 30 minutes waiting with no further word from him. I finally asked another person about my order and he then proceeded to tell me that my glucose meter was not in stock but the test strips were. Also, that my hand braces were a "medical device" and not a medication and needed a separate form filled out when I had dropped off my prescriptions initially the day before. Further the initial worker who took my information and looked up my order could have told me this at first rather than having me sit and waste my time. They knew full well my items were either not in-stock or needed additional paperwork, and yet they literally chucked at me and proceeded to waste my time! The other co-worker tried to make an excuse but when pressed he could not give me an actual answer as to why I was not told this when I first tried to get my order. He then went to go talk to a pharmacist who told him that it was not entirely true about my wrist braces, and he could go and grab them off the self for me to fulfill my prescription and assist with the paperwork asap. The guy who helped me didn't bother to do this after I HEARD the entire conversation! I then proceeded to tell everyone that I refused to be a customer of Rite Aid, bought the test strips (with no glucose meter...thanks!), and then proceeded to immediately go to CVS who had everything IN STOCK and ready within the hour of my transfer. If you are a former customer of DuPont Health Mart, then BE WARNED! Transfer your prescriptions as soon as possible or else you will be laughed at and treated like total trash by this location. The Pharmacy staff was terrible, inconsiderate, and downright MEAN in how they treated me. I will NEVER step foot in a Rite Aid ever again. Period!

Worst Pharmacy ever!! They never answer the phone or it's busy so I can't fill my prescription. I wish my insurance didn't switch from Walgreens to Rite Aid. Walgreens has a way better phone system for refills.

This place needs management intervention and possibly their franchise revoked. You can order ahead for a scheduled time your order will be filled and not show up until the next day and that prescription is still not filled. When you do show up, they say that your order will be ready in 20 minutes and usually takes an hour or more. While you wait, you will probably need to check in with them periodically because you cannot count on them to call your name when your prescription is ready. I have never made it out of there in less than an hour and I shudder to think how much longer it would be if I didn't call in ahead. The Rite Aid about 2 miles away is great and will call you when your prescription is ready. I wish my insurance was still taken there.

How about you guys answer your phone? Or allow people to leave messages & then have someone get back to them at the end of the day? How are doctors meant to call in? Fortunately for me, I only live down the street so I can walk in but my doctor needs to reach someone about my prescription that is normally filled by now - but I can’t reach anyone!! You think a recorded message from the CEO that explains your short staffed is an excuse to not answer the phone? This is peoples medications - not dinner reservations
