I ha a new puppy, and this place had great reviews! I met with Dr.Curtis who is very knowledgeable and patient. My pup has been coming here for months now and she is well taken care of. The staff are kind and friendly with all pets coming in. They also are prompt with check in and out as well as providing any needed paperwork. They also have a groomer as well as various pet goodies and health supplements available. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a vet that cares about the well-being of your pet!

Chambers Creek Veterinary Hospital has been the primary care provider for all of my pets for approximately 16 years. Despite the fact that I now live an hour away, I continue to participate in their "paw plans" (which ensure the best preventative care is provided at discounted prices) and have all of my pets medical needs attended to here. All of the doctors are kind, knowledgeable, and caring though Dr Annie is our favorite because she understands the value of a great backstory (IYKYK). I am confident that I am providing my pets with the best care by taking them to Chambers Creek and recommend it to anyone looking for a vet.

I would highly recommend Dr. Erickson at Chambers Creek Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Erickson is compassionate, skilled and very knowledgeable. I felt confident leaving our appointment that we had a solid and well thought out plan for our aging dog. Staff and Dr. Curtiss are very nice. They were very sweet to my Smeagol and handled him gently. They even gave him treats for being the most well behaved, and pretty, kitty. Definitely recommend taking your fur baby there.

Dr. Curtis was awesome! She arranged to see my cat, Loki for an xray of his leg that an implant was protruding out of his skin. She collaborated with Dr. Eric Hoots to arrange the surgical removal of the implant by the next day. Dr. Curtis was very professional and caring of Loki's situation. I would recommend her to anyone!

Initial visit for my wife's dog. The establishment is easy to find, plenty of parking, clean and well organized. The techs were knowledgeable and efficient. We were seen on time based on our appointment. Dr Erickson was knowledgeable, listened to all our concerns and took what time was needed to make sure we understood everything she was saying and answered all our questions. We received timely follow-up for lab reports by e-mail, which also explained the results with any follow-up instructions. Excellent place and care.

My sweet Rem got sick very suddenly and declined quicker than we all expected. Dr Erickson and Dr Houfek were two of the best vets I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. My fiance and I truly felt as though they treated us like family. The supportive staff were also nothing short of amazing. Losing a fur baby is never easy, but this team made the world of difference through the process. I would trust all of them with the care of my animals.

Dr. Erickson is a godsend. Truly a phenomenal veterinarian and human being. If I could write a review about just her, it would be 5 stars. She listened, was extremely knowledgeable, and it felt like she really cared. Rather than labeling my dog as a monster, she acknowledged that the vet is stressful and he needed more patience. Unfortunately our experiences with the rest of the facility were not so positive.Dr. Hicks has a severe lack of bedside manner and empathy. She barged into the treatment room the first time meeting my dog despite the warnings in his chart (my dog had been seen by another provider before and it was noted in his chart that he has behavioral concerns/anxiety while at the vet). My dog began to growl and she then shamed me, stating, “this is why we tell people to train their dogs.” We adopted him at 2 years old and put him through beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels of training but he unfortunately still has a lot of anxiety at the vet and requires a slow/calm approach. She was incredibly cold and judgmental. I hope she was just having a bad day and doesn’t actually treat everyone like this.On multiple occasions the facility prescribed my dog trazodone and gabapentin to try to help with the nerves, and I gave it to him as prescribed every time, but every time they would prescribe him the same dose that was already determined to be too low. This resulted in multiple instances of being told to come back and try again after already having to take time off of work.We encountered nice staff members, but the level of care is too inconsistent to be able to give 5 stars.

I absolutely love this place!! Everyone is always so nice and extremely understanding! You see I have a very hyper and energetic pitbull-terrier mix and she just wants everyone to love on her. It can get a little crazy at times but with everyone being so nice and understanding and definitely helps ease my anxiety because like I said, I’ve got a wild one 😂. But not the main reason is the staff!! They are all so wonderful regardless of what the visit is! Thank you all for always being wonderful and cheerful even when I know it get rough! I have a big dopey lab with an extreme phobia of the vet which they are fully aware of and have been incredibly accommodating. Yesterday my dog received an exam and vaccinations in the parking lot since the chances of him going into the building willingly were slim to none. They cared for him quickly without compromising care in the least and kept the mood light with humor because let's face it, these visits stress me out too! Grateful for y'all!

Chambers Creek Veterinary Hospital is my everyday vet and my visit today was to have my 8 month old Cavapoo neutered. This appointment was set up for months and the reminders and communication was spot on. My pre-surgery instructions were very clear and the time of my visit was accurate . From the time I dropped of my puppy, the clinic handled us with compassion and professionalism. The doctor called me as soon as my dog was out of surgery to let me know he was ok and my post surgery instructions were gone over with patience and precision. The clinic followed up the next day to make sure everything was ok and this has been a positive experience. Thank you to the staff for realizing how important our pets are to us.

I have had issues with getting into a consistent vet post pandemic for my 3 dogs after relocating to the PNW in 2021. Almost 2.5 years of hearing " We aren't accepting new patients on the other end of the line." I have been using a vet shot clinic for my routine vaccinations or having to drive to the emergency vet, waiting for hours to get minor things addressed. Yesterday I had a true emergency. My blue tick had an abscess rupture at 7 am when she woke up and stretched her legs. One that came up pretty quickly on Monday and was told that I'd have to wait at other vets on Tuesday. When Wednesday came, we had a serious issue. Between my husband and I, we contacted several vets over the course of the hour trying to get her seen just to meet answering machines or being told no. When I called this clinic, not only was I answered promptly, but the receptionist could hear the panic and stress in my voice and got me straight in to see the vet by 0930. The vet and vet tech were exceptional. They listened to my concerns, allowed me to muzzle my own dog for her comfort and for the safety of the staff. The vet knew exactly what to do and as a wound care/ icu nurse for adults, I was immediately calmed knowing that she was getting the proper care. She was taken to surgery and back at home with me within 4 hours. The vet called immediately after her surgery with a thorough update. (She even trimmed my dogs nails while she was under) The 2nd vet tech who checked us out was thorough in the explanations of her meds and post op care. Scheduling follow up care was effortless and taken care of quickly at the front desk and realistically, the price for care was fair and honest. 10/10 recommend this place. Even if my doggie has a poor outcome, I know it wasn't for lack of care or attention to detail. I recieved a call this morning, as did my husband, to check on her progress over night. Compassionate people providing excellent care. I can't recommend them enough!

As a LVT from elsewhere I can give a honest 5 stars. Staff was friendly and efficient. They were able to get me in same day, by luck of design I am not sure. Thier pricing is lower than current standard. Only complaint is the lab work pricing, but people should know that this price isn't set by them. It is set by the laboratory, and is usually universal amongst clinics.

Every doctor here is kind and knowledgeable. I can feel that they truly care about my pets. They encourage regular checkups and monitoring, which are helpful for catching anything amiss as early as possible. They're good with communication - the doctors call or email when they say they will. The paw plan they offer also makes their care more affordable!

I started taking my animals here this year and it’s definitely the best vet I’ve ever been to! They are very caring about my babies and very patient in answering all questions. It means a lot that they actually care! I’ve been to several vets who annoy me because they seem rushed and uncaring. So glad to have found the best place for my fur family! All staff was really nice and considerate and caring. My cat was a new patient, and an urgent care appointment, and they were able to fit me in within 3 days (because of the holiday). My tabby is typical and can be "spicy", and they were very cautious and patient with him. They did ask for a semi-steep deposit, but it went straight towards the appointment everything was very reasonable in terms of pricing and accommodating. I would firmly recommend them ❤️

I showed up late for my appointment and asked if I could still wait and be seen and was told no. So I rescheduled the appointment for the next business day. Then I was told I need to pay an $88 missed appointment fee and I had to pay it now. I thought that was rude that I was not offered a choice of paying now or sent an invoice . Been a customer for over 15 years and have never treated like this before.
