Being going to this place for our 1y old samoyed ever since we moved into the neighborhood. They did awesome jobs professionally, communication is in a timely manner for drop off and pick up. Special thanks to Madi who has just finished our puppy's latest bath, who came out like fragrant fluffy snowball! thanks Petco grooming @ Lake Stevens and all the wonderful groomers!

Megan did a wonderful job with bathing our 8-month Samoyed girl Lumi. Her white coat is shining brightly with glow and she is finished with a cute little flower accessory beside the ear. Lumi smells amazing and she looks so cute and pretty. Thanks for your wonderful job Megan!

Your team has done a great job in bathing, light grooming on our golden retriever. He is a hairy beast, sometimes getting matted behind his ears and hair in between his toes. They get it all cleaned up and he smells good when finished but not overpowering. I also love that he comes home completely dry. We’ve used other groomers that send him home damp and it just leaves me feeling like they were rushing through. Not to mention that golden are prone to hot spots, so leaving them damp underneath is not ideal. The Petco team is professional and does a great job! We will keep coming back!

Really sweet ladies working here, they were able to get my dog in for a walk in nail grind and did a great job with him. He was a little nervous because the last nail trim place we went to quicked him 3 times in one appointment, but they made him comfortable and did a wonderful job on the nails.

I took our boys, Church Oak and Brooks in for thier first professional grooming today.The staff had no problem taking on our 2 pitties and our rottie. They were excited to meet them and my boys were happy to be there.I will be making them our regular grooming spot!

I would highly recommend not going here. They do not clean/disinfect tools before and after use. We had been going here for a while for nail trimmings, until about a year ago, my dog got a really terrible nail infection after a clipping. He’s been on antibiotics for about 11 months now, still battling it today. Has cost me thousands of dollars in vet bills for antibiotics, testings, trying to find a treatment that worked, making sure his bone is okay despite the bad infection, etc… STAY AWAY. Just go to the vet even though it’s triple the cost, or a different reputable CLEAN groomer. You will regret coming here.

Preston looked perfect! Kelly did a wonderful job tidying up his hair. He smelled great and he was so happy at pick up, I know she must have loved on him the whole time. I can't speak highly enough at how great my little old man looks! Highly recommend.

Ren and I discussed in detail what needed to be done to Ivy. She came back thoroughly shaved..I should have been notified if they needed to take off more hair so that I could decide if I wanted them to continue grooming. Also her face is shaved and very choppy so that some parts are longer and choppier.

My pup has high anxiety. We are visiting from Portland and I brought my pup in to get a bath and her nails trimmed. I was worried that she wouldn't trust the groomers, the woman that took her back was so gentle and patient with her. I was extremely thankful
