The staff here is very accommodating. They always ask good questions about my dog 🐕. My dog is always happy to see her groomer when dropping her off. They trim her nails 💅 very well, too! Highly recommend the sevices, definitely a 5 star place to take your dog, big, medium and/or small.

Every visit, the associates are friendly and helpful. Today, Teryn exceeded my expectations by assisting me with my Petco Points. He is always nice and has an upbeat attitude. The staff takes really good care of my dog for grooming appointments as well.

I found my dog 5 months ago and he had dreads and the past owners attempted to groom him. It was awful. I waited for his fur to grow out a bit and then took him in. The groomer did her best with what she was working with, which she was upfront with. He looked much better. This time he looks fabulous. He has chronic ear infections and I have spent over 1,000 at the vet. The groomer cut back the fur on his ears, under the ear flap. So much fur I had no idea his ears were that small. He looks like a different dog. I can only imagine with so much fur gone from his ears that this will help. Amazing job!!

Very disappointed In the customer service in the grooming department. I was told they only take walk ins for nail trims for dogs. I went yesterday at4 and was told 2 people are on break and that I could makeappointment for the next day. I make appointment and tell them I will try to get there on my lunch break. I got there 14 minutes late and texted to tell them. When I got there the girl said she had to go to lunch and could not take me. .We will be taking our business elsewhere. We have spent a lot of money in the store and they need to figure out if they take walk inns or not. Grrrrrrrr

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a joke. First and foremost, don’t buy animals if you aren’t planning on properly caring for them, INCLUDING fish. Secondly, don’t sell animals if you are going to give completely incorrect information about caring for them.Had an associate recommend to a mom and her teenager that they buy a specific fish to keep in a small bowl with no filter or heating. I politely corrected this, as a fish caretaker of 15+ years, with proper information and in response she acted childish with an attitude and proceeded to provide false information and the mom bought the fish anyways (probably assuming the person selling animals knew anything about animals. WRONG.). After that I got left standing there and didn’t receive any help. I walked out and didn’t spend a penny. Completely unprofessional and rude. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I took my goldendoodle here for grooming two days ago and he came back in pain from either razor burn or rough anal gland expression. I have to take him to the vet to get checked out now. If you value your pet’s safety please do not come here and go literally anywhere else.

We take Zeke here or any other Petco all the time and they really do a great job. Thankfully we have always been fortunate to have excellent care givers and people who treat him kindly. Only thing i don’t like is that i can’t see my dog once he’s in the back room and i always wondered if there’s cameras back there for their safety in case god forbid something happens. Anyway, today i wanted to say that whoever groomed him last time did such an amazing job. His furr is so shiny and soft and his nails are perfect. Thank you. Watched a panicked employee chase around a loose parakeet for a solid 10 minutes. They were freaking out and trying to act like they weren't. Honestly, they got all the pet crao you're there for but the entertainment makes it an experience.

They had multiple baby bearded dragons in 1 tank, and the cut greens they gave them were bigger than their heads so they weren’t able to eat them. There was one that was so emaciated it could hardly move and was having trouble breathing. I let one of the employees know and she seemed irritated with me for telling her one of them was sick and that the greens were cut too big. She said she would put the baby in quarantine but argued the greens didn’t matter anyways because they got bugs in the morning. This is not true bearded dragons require both greens and bugs in their diet. This baby was clearly starving and not being properly taken care of. I hope this store will start educating their employees on basic reptile care because letting them suffer like this is abuse.

Store is clean and has an adequate selection of products. Isles could be larger, but they're limited by the size of the building (it's not very big).Service can be hit-or-miss. Sometimes the staff is really friendly: smiling and complimenting my dog. Other times they seem very task-focused (which is fine). This evening however, was the first interaction I had that was actively rude. I was purchasing some supplies in preparation for a dog walk and my experience with the cashier really set a bad tone for the rest of my evening (in addition to ruining my walk). I will not be returning to this Petco location.My interaction with the cashier (James) went as follows:Cashier: "Do you have a phone number?"Me: "No"Cashier: "You don't have a phone number?"Me: "No thanks, I don't want to sign up for anything."Cashier: "Alright, I was just try to save you money. I see your paying with your credit card anyway so they already have all your information."[Cashier places the receipt on the counter]Cashier: "You could have saved 5 dollars."Me: "Thank you"[Cashier remains silent. Does not offer a bag even though I clearly needed one]

I took my dog here for a bath, nail trim and teeth brushing. When we arrived she was very nervous. Her whole hind quarters were shaking nervously before going back for her grooming.When I came to pick her up she was calm and smiling. After the bath her coat was shiny and free of her remaining winter coat. Her breath was noticeably better than before.The price was very reasonable for everything that they do. Plus this Petco is next to a great bbq restaurant if you need a place to hangout while your pet is being groomed.

Meh, it's Petco. We were greeted as we entered. Asked if we needed help with anything. We were allowed to test fit (limited selection of) dog harnesses before purchase. Much better selection of foodstuffs. Prices are reasonable.

2024 Incredibly nice people. I just stopped in for dog food and ended up having her nails done as there was another couple who came after me and said they didn't take their dog anywhere else. Mine is sooo hard to handle I decided to stay and watch and the girl was great with her, even said she flinched on the back leg so was more careful and sure enough she had jumped wrong the day before and I forgot to tell her but she was still careful and suggested she might be injured. And this girl is a new groomer and under the tutelage of another woman there who was right next to her so even if she had a problem she had help if needed. I really liked it. And the cashier ladies helped me out to my car with my dog food. ( A year later and I promise! Almost the same thing happened! Great store.

First time customer today, and could not have been more impressed!! The store is clean, no sticker-shock pricing, and has very kind staff. Anna at the Lake Stevens location went above & beyond any & all expectations! She was incredibly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable & offered all sorts of support for our doggie. I will never go to this Petco again. Made a grooming appointment. But they refused to take my dog because she might be pregnant. I get that when they're in heat they can't get groomed. However what's the harm if she's not that far along in pregnancy? She had never been refused in the past. Her groomer was happy to clean her up before she went into whelping. The clerk was rude and suggested I take her to a private groomer. I assured her I would and will never go back. Unacceptable! I think I will be going to Dog Day Grooming. I heard they were amazing and really nice.

I came here because it's convienent and has the basics, I will continue to come here because of Anna. My child just face planted in front of the store and knocked out a tooth, Anna brought us a towel, an ice pack, and left the first aid kit for us while she refilled my litter jugs for me. She went above and beyond making sure we were okay and taken care of.She made a highly stressful situation tolerable. Thanks Anna.
