While it’s nice to have a smaller specialty pet store closer to my new home, I am a bit sad since it seemed more focused on dogs than cats, and didn’t have the treats I like to buy my cat, nor the free treats my favorite other small store gives out. Some of the prices are also a bit higher, though I did find a good deal for dry kibble that she seems to like so far. The return policy is just not as flexible and they also don’t seem to sample out 3 free cans of wet food, which was a great unique service of my other store, especially when times were tight financially.

I highly recommend shopping here instead of other Pet Stores in Lake Stevens. Katie was outstanding. Her knowledge of their products and her customer service was superb. I will shop at Pet Pros from here on out.

first time shopping here and probably won’t be back. i’m a new kitten owner and this establishment wasn’t warm or welcoming very little toys for cats you have better luck at mudbay.

Thank you Pet Pros Lake Stevens for making my night tonight. Tonight was a stressful time, running around last minute to find a kennel for my dog to fly. But I found a kennel and amazing service thanks to the Pet Pros Manager who was amazing. She was so helpful and patient and took time to chat with me and was a real friend during a stressful time. I recommend them for their customer service and knowledgeable information.

Love this place almost as much as our dog does! The employees and very sweet, knowledgeable, and you can tell they love every animal that comes in. Our boy gets so excited when we pull up he can’t contain it. They have a good variety of pets stuff, not just dog and cat so we got our bird some treats this time too! It’s definitely a treat every time we visit

I've been a professional dog groomer for 20 years and will not go anywhere else for my pets needs. Highly recommend this place for their extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. They only sell trustworthy products and have a deep knowledge for everything in their store. In my opinion they are unmatched. Thank you PetPros!

Small store but always fully stocked of exactly what I need with plenty of treats behind the counter for the pup. Also, unlike the big box stores, this is the perfect place for higher quality foods and treats.

I was so excited to write a review that I am in the parking lot still! We went in there for the 1st time today and were amazed at the quality of customer service! Nicole helped us try and problem solve our dogs food allergy, and even offered a huge variety of samples to narrow the allergy down even more. She was so knowledgeable with both our dog and cat questions. You can tell they really care and only stock their shelves with products that are the best quality. We’ll definitely be making this our go to pet store from now on!

If you just need run of the mill stuff, this pet store might work for you. But every time I’ve come here they NEVER have what I need for my Rottweiler. Never turkey necks, chicken necks, bigger beef bones. Definitely not your go-to place for anything of a raw diet substance. But if you need kibble or dry food that is pretty generic then here ya go! I feel like as a smaller pet store they need to upgrade their inventory and get with the times. Flip side is, the staff is always REALLY nice! Only reason for the two stars.

My dog and cat food is always in supply. They have the ultimate pet treats for dogs who live to chew. And the owner is so knowledgeable and super passionate about her work and animals I learn so much talking to her all the time!

2021update, I only buy my supplies here now. I also donated food my dog would not eat for the shelter. They do all the work, just drop it off. They have a great return policy though I don't use it as I have been happy with everything I buy there. 3 beds for every occasion (car, home, camping) The owner is great with customers and pets! I just bought a Seresto Flea collar here but I buy a lot of my dog supplies here for the personal touch we get from the people who work here. They have rice bones which is the only kind I can give my dog and they have fresh dog food both in the bags and in the freezer. The prices are a little bit higher but not by much and they have things there I cannot find in the bigger box store.

They carry many of the high end pet food and treat products you'd expect in a pet boutique, plus many things that aren't as pricey.My dog enjoys picking his own treats out from their display. I highly recommend going and bringing your animal with you as they will enjoy the experience if they are social animals

A great little local pet store, so often there's very little cat stuff to choose from in pet stores, but they've got a decent selection and are always super friendly.

While stopping in today with my toddler, i literally had to go to the bathroom. The young gal helping me was super sweet and went to ask the owner. While i stood there with my kiddo the owner was like “ No Safeway has one.” WOW!!! I wanted to shop some more there as i like to support a local business but with that type of attitude and not willing to accommodate but willing to send some one to Safeway. I will not be back as the owner could have cared less that i was literally crossing my legs holding it. Ill stick with pet co in lake Stevens the staff there are way friendly.
