Eduard did an incredible job installing our hardwood floors, despite Home Depot’s many mistakes in arranging the job. Eduard was prepared with the correct underlayment, and made install look easy. He left everything in perfect condition, with no dust or mess in sight.We’ll definitely use Romanoff again for future projects.

I had all of the existing carpet replaced in my house and they did an amazing job! I was expecting the job to take longer but finished it all in 1/2 a day. The workers were kind and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done.

I recently had vinyl installed in my livingroom, dining room kitchen and hallway. It was approximately 500 square feet. I had a pet issue in the dining room and I was afraid the installation wouldn't be possible in that area. The Romanoff team fixed my unpleasant issue and was able to install the flooring.My home is close to 50 years old and I was also concerned about the levelness of my kitchen floor. My kitchen has the washer, dryer and dishwasher and given the age of my home I was positive there would be issues. I anticipated an additional cost to make the floor level. The Romanoff team had no issues and completed my flooring project on time and with no additional costs.I am very happy with my floors! Romanoff renovation team that came to our home was absolutely the greatest. They were here on time and went straight to work they were respectful kind and very professional. The lead m as n for our job was Danilo and he found a problem with our front entry and after showing it to me offered to fix without any other charges. They did a great job and were in and out in 2 hours. They cleaned up so well that you would never have known they were here except for the new floor.I would use them for anything it’s so nice to see a family working together so well.Gina works in the office and is who I dealt with on the phone, she was also a delight to work with.Thank you RomanoffsService: Install flooring

This company has terrible reviews online for a good reason. I had to reschedule an appointment in April because I was not aware that they only install and do not repair. They chose May 20th for the reschedule date, and called me on that day to say they did not order the carpet and had to reschedule my reschedule. They chose June 2nd and told me the arrival window was 8am to 11am. I called them on June 2nd at 7am to confirm arrival time because I had a previous appointment at 5pm and didn't want the install to conflict. Cindy (who answered the phone) said the arrival time had changed to 12pm to 3pm and the install would take 2 hours and 5 minutes. I voiced my concern about the install conflicting with my 5pm appointment but Cindy did not care. Cindy did offer to speak with the installer and call me back to provide a better arrival window, but I called then at 12:30pm when Cindy didn't call. Sheila answered and during the course of conversation blamed me for the repeat rescheduling of the carpet install, then after an extended hold, informed me that the installer was 30 minutes from me, had 30 minutes of work to complete but wouldn't arrive at my residence for an hour and half (3pm) to do the 2 hour install which would put them in direct conflict with my previous engagement. All of this would've been avoided if they had ordered the carpet back in May, or if they had stuck to the original arrival time of 8am to 11am, like I was promised. Seriously, with so many install companies out there, it's not worth it to pay a company to be treated like this. GO ANY WHERE else to get flooring/carpet installation. You'll get actual service, honesty from the staff and they won't cost you several days of work just to get a new carpet.

We are extremely pleased with the carpet installation. Juan was very professional and efficient. All 3 rooms were done in the matter of an afternoon. Juan answered any questions. He kept the mess isolated and cleared quickly. The seams and edges were done perfectly. There is not one lump or bubble to be found. Thanks for being such a professional Juan. First, I am actually shocked to be writing this review as I was honestly not expeciting a great outcome from our 2 installs (Carpet and Laminate) after seeing reviews.Romoanoff Renovations Lacey, did an amazing job, really! Staff and installers we friendly, polite as well as neat.Though the carpet turned out so nice, the installer really did a great job, it was the laminate installers that really impressed.Not only did installers arrive in a timely manner, they were, clean, careful, polite and did a perfect job on the laminate install all the way down to reinstalling our existing baseboard, to the beautiful job they did finishing around our fireplace hearth as well as the gas shutoff to the transition pieces they did from laminate to our tile bathrooms as well as the piece from laminate to the carpet on our stairs.If I have a flooring install again from Home Depot If I could have the same 2 flooring installers and the same carpet installer I would do it in heartbeat!

Job was supposed to be done in two days. First day the installer arrived late and only worked five hours. Second day installer arrived late again after saying he'd arrive earlier, this time he worked right hours but did not finish the job, which was a huge inconvenience for us. Installer said he would be back by 10:00 am on Sunday to finish the job, well here we are on Sunday at 11:45 am and he still isn't here. This is a very unprofessional company. Replacing old with new carpet was done efficiently and professionally. One of the two rooms had some complicated twists and turns. The installers worked it with no problem! Looks very nice.

Installed carpet on stairs wrong! Company came out took pictures and agreed that it needed to be fixed installer returned and said there was nothing wrong with it and didn’t fix it. My advise to you if you purchase carpet from Home Depot that you don’t get this company. Just look at the BBB complaints against this company!!!!!!!
