Customer service second to none. Very polite well spoken staff. Very patient with seniors that can't decide in a hurry. And or hard of hearing / disabled. The (deli is fantastic) fresh goods and very clean . $ Pay a little more at QFC, yes but a higher quality is noticeable across the board on all Kroger brand goods.

Excellent customer service. I was in the field of customer service for 15 years for a large telecom company. I don't shop at this store much. However, when I do, the staff is eager to help you out. I do not have a club card, but they hook me up with an in store one. Great job crew.

The fact that you charge a fee for cash back at the register when I’m already buying stuff has ensured that I will never shop with you again. I’ll drive the extra two minutes to go elsewhere.

Nicely laid out. The same Kroger items as Fred Meyer. Not a big department store type like Fred Meyer, but they have an actual catering section which I ordered for a party once. Very few customers there on Friday afternoon. The bakery cookies I bought were surprisingly stale (both different boxes dated as made the day before). The same type at Fred Meyer doesn’t taste stale like that. Everything else is great there.

We shop here often. Prices seem to be competitive on most items. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend if you like a personal feel to your weekly trip.

I have been coming here for years and recently had my schedule changed to where I have to shop in the evenings.During the day there are always wonderful people to help me out if needed.I have to say that the store at night has next to nobody there to even ask a question. The first few people in the store seemed too busy to acknowledge a lost old man. Luckily there was a lady who seemed extremely busy but was so absolutely wonderful in helping me with my search. She was polite and knew where everything in the store seemed to be.Feels good to know I can rely on someone in the evenings too.Thank you Michelle

Have been shopping here for 3 years and when you first walk in you feel the really cold air you have to wear a coat in the store. The meat department guy Mark is EXTREMELY RUDE he yells at his own employees. No customer service. Raises his voice at customers too. The ladies in the bakery are nice to deal with.

I was just in the store. 8/21/2023 before 10am. The self check out machine was having an issue. Lois the self check out attendant was very rude and refused to help me. I asked: if the machine continues to have issues I’ll need you to ring it up. Lois responded with “It’s called self check out” and disappeared from her work station. I continued to have issues with the system. No other store personnel was willing to come assist me. The ponytail guy got confused and walked away from me. Only self check out was open. The manager was “unavailable”. 2 employees other than Lois stood around staring at me.I called when I got home. Jada the “manager” was quite rude and refused to answer my questions of if anything is being done about the machine or how to contact corporate. Not interested in client retention she hung up the phone and never heard my complaint about Lois. She was interrupting me every time I spoke. Clearly an unhappy work environment. I will be returning just to mess with the employees.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!They leave expired food on the shelves. I bought yogurt on 7/25 and the it expired 7/18. If you don’t want to get sick and don’t want to waste your money, do not shop here! Period

Our favorite grocery store in Olympia. The produce section always looks fresh and appetizing. Very clean inside, even the bathrooms. Good folks on staff who are helpful and friendly.

Forced self checkout at night is stupid. Just get scan bag go again, that was a much better system. The machines a really terrible and barely work. At least with scan bag go I only had to use it to pay. You should give a discount for me bagging my groceries, treating me the an employee anyway. While your actual employees are standing around talking about how racist they are. I guess paying them to chat is more important than them actually working.

This is my favorite grocer in America, and definitely Lacey. I get it all here- incredible value, excellent service, and friendly interactions with staff and community members.QFC has the best meats and vegetables in the area. They may not always be the most inexpensive, but they often ARE the best price and ALWAYS stock the best product.The customer service and friendly staff members are what makes this store great. These guys are working hard, dealing with shortages in stock and staff, but you’d never know it - the store is immaculate and well merchandised. The team is always friendly and helpful.Special shout-outs around the store for exceptional service and friendliness - Penelope, Tommy and Tom, Lilly (autocorrect 🙄), and the whole gang. Tommy is literally my Christmas Hero. Tom=legend. Thank you so much.In closing, thank you to the QFC team and management for everything you do. Don’t everyone shop here though, or my favorite store will get too busy! 💚😇

Everytime I’ve gone there to do instacart it’s a bad experience. First time I ever went there I guess I was taking too long looking for an item and two managers rushed to me like somebody was dying and asked “ can we help you”.Every other time I’ve gone right at opening I’m always forced to use the self check out and the middle aged white lady that works it literally stood right next to me with her arms crossed watching me scan every item , it was to the point I said to her “ you think I’m going to steal don’t you” knowing I’m doing instacart she watches me everytime , and ignores everybody else at their self check outs , who are the complexion for the protection. She ofcourse got really defensive.

I went into your store yesterday Monday August 10th to do some shopping and grab some meat for a big family dinner. When I went back to the meat department it took a couple minutes to get acknowledged, when I was noticed I was directed to a young man. I asked him if he had any more “Petite Sirloins” he showed me a few 2 packs and I said I need enough for 15 people, could you possibly make me 1 with 10 steaks? He proceeded to literally whine and said “ Well that makes more work for me, and then I have to figure out what to do with the other steaks, and I need to call my manager, and that’s extra time and work” no joke, my daughter was right there with me. I was so shocked and speechless, I literally walked away with my full cart there, he didn’t care he just walked away as well. I told a very nice manager lady up by the self checkout registers. She apologized. I called once I got out to my car and got the nice manager lady again who asked me to hold so I could speak to the head manager person, but instead of being put on hold I was hung up on. Was beyond livid at that moment so didn’t think it best to call back. If the Managers see this please respond. I came to your store because your customer service is usually amazing. The kid with the rude whiny I don’t want to be nice and do my job and help, needs to have a huge lesson in kindness and work ethics. So because I don’t want to be treated like this in the future, I am not sure I will be back. Every other butcher shop in every other grocery store has never had a problem making me an eight pack. And I’m too nervous if I go back in there and ask him in a be treated the same way again. Like I said usually your customer service is amazing yesterday it was horrible and really made me change my mind about being a customer in your store

Management has floor presence and they are always very nice, and cheery to everyone. They are all really awesome. I could pick out at least 3 more great workers who have great customer service. QFC groceries are high quality, service is excellent - especially the checkout clerks. The pharmacy is the absolute best! I take many prescription drugs. Pharmacists Dave and Michelle take excellent care of me! Their home delivery is terrific. I have nothing but praise for this establishment!

Since first trying this store we refuse to shop anywhere else. For those who miss the tradition of the good old days, look no further.
