PetSmart has wonderful helpful staff at this location and will go out of their way to check inventory for anything you need! Thank you all! Found the only doggo kibble that my big guy can eat and it not bother his stomach. They also have an excellent return policy!

I've brought both of my dogs here before to get groomed and washed and never had an issue. Today I took my HUSKY there for a bath and brush. THEY SHAVED HIS 🍆! They didn't ask and they obviously didn't know you DONT SHAVE HUSKIES!Never going here again. Had I noticed before I took him home I wouldn't have paid.

I went in to get a 40 pound bag of dry dog food for my dog. Simply Nourish is the brand we use. I did not see 40 pound bags of food on the shelf so I went and asked the manager of the store if they had 40 pound bags of the food in the back and he initially responded that no they did not. They only carry 30 pound bags of the food in the store. When I let him know that the online services said that I could pick up a 40 pound bag of dog food from this location, he immediately changed his answer to that they might have ONE bag of 40 pound food in that brand in the back. He had someone check and came back and told me that they only had large breed which was not what I wanted. So I thanked him and went back to the dog food aisle to get a 30 pound bag instead only to find that there were in fact 40 pound bags of the dry food on the shelf. My question is this: if you’re going to get into a customer service position, ESPECIALLY one in management, why would your goal not be to actually help the customer? Please, in the future, DO BETTER

I enjoy this store because it is clean, organized and there are employees around who can answer questions if you have them. I'm usually in and out pretty quickly but if the line ever backs up, please be patient. I'll always come here to grab my pet's necessities, toys and treats!

Great selection of quality pet foods. Easy check out. My dog loves the smoked cut femurs, and prices are very reasonable. Parking can be a bit tight, but street spots are usually there for quick stops.

This store was great, Organized and has thousands of products for all kinds of animals. We were there for puppy food. There was a gentleman helping us transition to another brand puppy food. He was very knowledgeable with the store products and foods. We will definitely return for our new puppy's food and future necessities.

Lady with the snakebite piercings was rude and unprofessional. Purchased a fish here tried to return and was met with all sorts of unnecessary jargon and interruptions. Just trying to give the fish back free and was basically sent away. Won’t be shopping here again

I changed from a 4 star to a 1 star because I've been bringing my dog to this groomers for years and I will no longer be bringing her here.A few groomings ago, Dani made a false report that my dog bit her on the hand while trying to trim her nails and when I asked to see the mark she said she couldn't show me and when I was looking at her hands while she was doing stuff, there wasn't even a red mark. My dog is part husky so she is loud and dramatic and tries to nudge people hands away from her paws when they are touched but she's NEVER bitten anyone. Then the next grooming appointment after that, Dani was the groomer again and said "She did great for me and I had no problems with her. She's always done great for me" and told me she had NO problems when doing her nails but obviouslyrememberedmy dog. These comments blew me away as she contradicted herself from the previous appointment. But I was happy to hear all went well and even with the false accusation, Dani always got the job done.Today I went in and I was talking to a groomer and the transgender groomer (I didn't get a name) stopped helping the customer they was working with and interrupted me and threatened me with a "brushing fee" and I informed them I've been coming for years and my dog has come I'm worse condition and I've never had a brushing fee. Then on top of that, Katherine the groomer who did my dog, didn't even do the full service but they made me pay full service. Katherine did not trim her nails because she was too reactive. I've been coming here for several years and yes it's known my dog is dramatic when her paws are touched but not once have they not trimmed her nails.Thankfully, I met someone today who suggested greatful dogs grooming after they heard I went to petsmart.I have never been so upset with my services as I was today.

I have always been impressed with this Petsmart location, along with the Banfield vet clinic within it. However, today I would like to recommend the grooming salon, specifically Ethan.Today was my Australian Shepherd (Maximus) pup's first grooming (beyond a basic bath and sanitary trim), and I was apprehensive about it due to all of the horror stories I've read online about how easy it is to ruin an Aussie's fur (for example, how shaving can ruin a double coat). Ethan was very friendly, had an excellent demeanor, and Maximus adored him right away. He performed a full assessment on Max, and discussed his recommendations with me. My Maximus is an anxious boy, and Ethan exuded nothing but patience with him. The results were astounding, the cut was perfect: not too much or too little taken off... and Maximus has never looked more handsome! Thank you, Ethan... it means a lot to me that you really listened and invested your time and energy into making this a wonderful experience for both me and Max. We look forward to seeing you next time!

Have never been more appalled by my treatment as a disabled person by a store. I have been a frequent customer for years at this PetSmart but NOT any longer. While going to purchase my regular monthly dog food, an employee who I believe to be the manager asked me "what was going on here." I asked him what he meant and he pointed at my prosthetics. I told him I didn't understand what he meant. He then insisted I was stealing or in his words "putting things in my pants" and demanded I either TAKE OFF MY PANTS or leave before he called the police. Didn't even give him the time of day after my first attempted explanation. Do better and if you are a person with a disability, take your business elsewhere. Shopped at Petco after with no problems and was able to purchase my same dog food with *0* issues. If I could give less than one star, I would, gladly. Incredibly disappointed as I drive quite far to go to this PetSmart because I have always appreciated friendly staff and affordable kibble. No longer.

I dud not feel as though the employees knew anything about the beta fish. They also did not offer to get someone else over to answer questions. I did buy a fish...he ended up jumping to his death out the tank...maybe that's just a coincidence.

Got a bath and brush for my 7lb dog Jimmy. When I was dropping off I was told it would be 2-4 hours. 3+ hours later he was finished. I don't like leaving my dog alone and that much time for a bath and brush is way too long. I will not be returning because of this.

Petsmart has much better prices than Petco. And our Prefered food is almost $15 less a bag here. They are always pleasant and helpful. And will answer best they can, the questions you may have. I just wish they had a store closer to us.

Let me do you a favor. Stay away from petsmart and petco. Everything is overpriced. Their return policies are ridiculous. If you go down the road 5 min there is this store called MUD BAY. It is family owned and the best dog/cat store I have ever been too. They actually care about your animal and their prices are WAYYYYYYY better. Glad I found mud Bay so I never have to go to Petsmart again

Stopped in for Puppy food an ended up leaving with that an several other items for my new puppy as the prices an selection were really good. Will be my go to store over Petco anyday. Oh an they have Banfield Pet Hospital locations connected or located in side.

Even though I really like PetSmart the last time I was there I was not very impressed by the very small selection they have of pet clothes and outfits. Also unfortunately Banfield charges way too much to be able to afford to take your pet there

I can take Mikey my shih tzu inside of course he loves it. Prices are not cheap but Mikey likes it. Mikey's groomer and vet all in one place. Did I say Mikey likes it.
