Service is excellent. Staff is attentive, caring and well equipped to serve both humans and their furry family members. The only reason for the 9 is simple, I believe there is always room for improvement. As for my returning for services being a 10 it is because there is no doubt that I will return. Thank you.

I don't have an animal to take to the grooming, but goodness me do the animals scream bloody murder in there the times there were animals in for appointments. I've heard others complain about how it was run, but I don't have any input myself. Was just suggested to make a review. I'd read other comments before jumping the gun on servicing here. Good luck.

The reason for three stars is because the staff knew there were no more carts in the store and I am a disabled vet and needed to get cat litter. As soon as they found out that all of the carts were gone they should have went out for a collection.

Made his appointment very last minute Petco always find accommodations for my son. Truly cares about my fur kid and always listen to any concerned and always pay attention to things I asked him to pay attention Petco is my go for my fur kiddo

I take my fur baby to Tyler. Posie absolutely loves him even though she’s always a little bit nervous since other dogs are around. She never shakes when I hand her over to him which is a sign she likes him and seems perfectly relaxed when he hands her back to me. He has been so wonderful to me along with the rest of the staff who always makes sure Posie is greeted and they all act happy to see her. When I was there a few days ago to get a simple nail trim, another groomer greeted her client who was a larger breed dog who loved to give hugs. She was so happy to see him and it was the same level of kindness I always receive there. I subscribed to the Petco package recommended by Tyler so I save money on every visit along with other perks. If you’re getting groomed once a month you make your money back.I am always VERY happy with customer service there whenever I’ve been in, from the grooming staff to cashier staff who are happy to help and see Posie to ring up her 2 for $5 toys she gets for being a good girl for Tyler. We love him and the Lacey Petco staff! The pics are from a groom we got this Summer, beautiful cut that I asked for and she smelled sooo good. She is showing off her favorite toys she got that day in the 2 for $5 bin next to check out. I rescued her in spring and they were the first place I called that had availability, but their fun and friendly staff has kept us!

Staff was great and friendly. My dogs fur looks so much better after his bath and his nails look great too. But I paid extra for the haircut, and definitely didn't get what I asked for at all which is disappointing to say the least. I might go back for a bath, but will probably use some place else from now on for the haircut service.

My pet grooming experience was great! My pet's groomer Ky, was very good with my dog Clyde. It was Clyde's first visit to a groomer. He seemed very happy when I picked him up. He smelled and looked great.

Groomer was very snappy with me when I arrived and when I asked about leaving a little longer hair due to cold weather she immediately said he would need to be shaved completely due to excessive mats which was not accurate. She acted as if she was irritated by having to groom my dog. Although I felt uneasy, I left my dog to be groomed and when I returned to pick him up his face hair was cut poorly with half of his mustache cut and the other half left long. The groomer did not bring my dog out to me she had someone else bring him out. No one spoke of why the cut was done poorly.

Worst customer service ever! I drove 20 minutes to bring my dog to get groomed. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes while the groomer was in the back. She acknowledged me when I walked in but still made me stand there for 15 minutes. Then she came out, looked at my dog, noticed he had a black mark on his eye and walked away. Again, left me standing there for another 6-7 minutes. Came back with the Manager who then told me they couldn't groom my dog because of an "unknown health condition". I tried to talk to the groomer to let her know to cancel my appointment and she wouldn't even look at me or acknowledge me. I truly think she was trying to find any excuse to not groom my dog because she was busy. I am a long time customer of Petco but will NEVER shop here or have my dog groomed here again!!!

I really would like for a manager to contact me ASAP . I never had an issue at any petco in regards to my pet being groomed . He always got groomed at petco . We just recently moved here a month ago . Some pink hair girl turned us away for our appointment because his teeth wasn’t clean enough . Mind you , he just came from the Vet 2 days prior to this appointment and they said he was in great health conditions . Is this how you all treat your customers here at this store ? I am highly upset .

My pups had cuts all over them and the hair cut was uneven and awful on both dogs. They had them for barely a couple hours which initially I was beyond ecstatic about because the pups aren't a fan of growing day and it really seems to traumatize my boy. This time, I don't blame them. My poor babies had knocks and cuts everywhere and we're shaved to their skin where it took skin off. I will NEVER bring them to another petco again. Definitely not in Lacey/Hawks Prairie.

After 10+ years of bathing my Labrador Retriever they refuse to see him today because he is on a generic arthritis pill. They have been informed of this the last three years he’s been bathed there. Today they refuse. Took both of my dogs elsewhere.

I was asked if my Cavalier king Charles spaniel with left knee arthritis could jump up on to their grooming table, when I said no, they stated he would have to be able to jump up on to the grooming table. I was asked to see if he can walk. I also asked them not to cut the hair from inside of his ears. Which in turn they didn't groom his head at all. Was also charged 7 dollars for dematting even though he was shaved. Very dissatisfied.
