Very cute shop! Everything is affordable and the staff are really warm, welcoming and knowledgeable about their products. So pet friendly. My picky cat actually ate the freeze dried salmon samples and that's shocking considering she ran away from the pate (she does that to all wet food???) Definitely coming back to restock! I highly recommend the emerald pet feline dental treats!!

Every time I've come with my dog, I am instantly greeted and asked if I need any help. All the staff genuinely love their jobs and you can see that.They are knowledgeable and respectful of pet allergies. Though it is more spendy than traditional pet stores, the service and quality is unmatched!

I love Mudbay. And hope this review can just help employees w discrimination against customers body weight. I work on a farm and do physical labor for a job. I lift heavy things all day. I am tall and slender, and a woman. I carried the bag of chicken feed to the counter myself. No issues. When I was finished checking out the cashier asked (in a really concerned tone) "do you want help carrying that out?" I cheerfully said "No thank you, I got it." She then snickered at me and said "you sure? It's really heavy!" And her face was twisted as she stared at me, at my body. She was not looking at my face or the bag. I kindly smiled and said "No thanks." And carried the bag out myself. I know. They're just trying to help. But maybe don't laugh at me. Just bc I am a lower body weight, naturally from a lot of hard work, doesn't mean I'm weak. May come as a surprise to you but I am lean and toned, low body fat isn't a disorder. And I am at a healthy BMI. Please don't laugh at and judge your future customers when they politely refuse your help.

Went here for the first time a few months ago with my partner and realized that they were LGBTQ+ friendly. The environment from the moment you enter is just so warm and welcoming! The staff is very helpful and very nice. We even were given coupons and a goodie bag for our first visit! We only go here for our treats and toys when we go and their prices are very reasonable! We’ve never had an issue at all. We both highly suggest this place. Deserves every piece of love and positivity it gets. We need more locations like this store.

When our dog started refusing food I turned to Mud Bay for help in finding something new. The staff is very knowledgeable about their products. I explained what was going on with Lucy and they recommended a number of items to try. They sent me home with some samples so we could find a food she would eat.

I've been a customer from the time when most people referred to them as 'The Granary' in fact I was quite surprised when I found out that they had expanded across the state.They are certainly not the cheapest but I trust their products to meet both quality and ethical standards as well as deliver AAA customer service.An Oly original and my favorite place to buy treats and food for my four-legged friend.

Great cat toys! I'm so glad I stopped in! I've never seen my little fur gremlin so happy with anything that wasn't packing material out of Amazon boxes. He absolutely loves the real fur mouse toys, and they have lots of less expensive options aswell.

I always come to Mudbay for my dogs food and the staff are always friendly whenever I come in. The reason I’m giving 5 stars is because they are very inclusive. I went in to grab my dogs usual food and when I pulled up to park I saw they had a menorah displayed on their window still and a happy Hanukkah sign. As someone who celebrates Hanukkah it made me so happy seeing that and when I walked in I saw they had two Hanukkah toys. I know only two toys may not seem like a lot but it meant so much to me. Two staff members that worked that day made my night. The first one rang me up and let me know that the owner likes to be inclusive and wished there were more Hanukkah toys and the second let me know she did her research on how one should properly light the menorah. It just made me feel so happy that these two staff members took their time to appreciate Hanukkah and make those that celebrate Hanukkah feel welcomed. Hanukkah Sameach to those that celebrate!

this place is great.they offer an impressive selection of brands that other big-box pet supply stores do not. for our senior dog, we exclusively purchase raw food from mudbay, and we also find everything we need for our labradoodle pup. aside from their wide array of supplies and goods, they actively support nearby animal shelters and locally owned pet supply brands - which i love.the staff are also incredibly knowledgeable about the products they offer and will help if you have any questions!

We are literally here weekly. Love the food, the people that work there are sweet and knowledgeable! Honestly it feels like a second home. Thankful we discovered the one on the west side and then the one off Martin/by Costco! Would highly recommend shopping here for your pets and pet needs.

Incredible!! Between the staff and the options available for our cats as well is amazing, unlike some pet stores that really cater to dogs and have cats as an afterthought they have oodles of options. The staff- especially Chikori made us feel more then welcome and everyone is exceptionally knowledgeable- they even have events and goodie bags for your pets birthday and to welcome you to their store. Needless to say- I will be a lifelong supporter

My two dogs absolutely love coming here and the staff is so nice. They are generous with treat samples and love to spoil the visiting pets. Their treat bar is terrific. And when you consider that these are homemade treats without any artificial ingredients, it's amazing that the price is so reasonable. I can buy a whole pound in my reusable container for about the same price as an 8 oz bag from one of the big name stores. For grooming the MudRoom is terrific and the staff is very kind. I really appreciate how they give extra special care to my senior dogs, one of whom has a lot of medical issues. I won't go anywhere else.

There are pet stores, and then there are stores for pets run by people who love animals. Mud Bay is the latter, with great products and selection for a store this size. I also love the diversity and vibe when you walk in. Mud Bay is the quintessential Pacific Northwest spot for all your four legged fur baby needs

Amanda is a superstar!! She is so nice and patient with our big pup, Thor. Thor is very timid and shy when it comes to getting his nails trimmed, but Amanda has offered to take time out her busy work day to come out and say hi to him on lil spur of the moment visits so that he can get used to the place. We plan to only take him there for services from now on. The rest of the staff have been nothing but kind, always offering treats and pets. It’s a bit of a drive for us but totally worth it all even if it’s just a small visit for pets and love. I definitely suggest you consider this Mudroom for all of your future needs. The store and mudroom are always clean and well organized. We love our visits!!
