Went in looking for new food for a newly adopted 13 year old chihuahua with some health issues. Helped me find what I needed and turns out the dog loved the food as well.Definitely happy with the help and service provided.

This is my go-to location!! Always take my girl to the park down the street first to tire her out and then head to Mud Bay. She knows when we turn down the road close to Mud Bay and the park where she's going. Everyone at this location is super nice and helpful. The BEST customer service. I always bring my pom inside in her pink stroller and she can get quite mouthy when she sees other dogs { only cause she wants to say hi} and the staff is always courteous and understanding and never get irritated with us!! I really appreciate that!! This is the best pet store in Washington. They have so many healthy options of not just food and treats but everything you can think of. My only suggestion is I wish they had more items for UTI incontinence issues and other digestive enzymes not just the two plant-based ones they carry and some sort of mushrooms products.

Our favorite Mud Bay location. They're always turning us on to new treats, and when a favorite treat got cancelled company-wide due to low sales, they set us up to continue ordering them. I adore the staff, they take pet love and helpfulness to a new level. I don't bother ordering dog supplies online anymore because I have these amazing people. Plus they have an entire line of toys for destructive doggies! If you haven't been here yet, I highly recommend you check them out.

I love this Mud Bay the most! I bring my shy rescue pup here who I’ve only had for about a month. The first time I brought him in everyone was very respectful of how shy he was, and didn’t push his boundaries. I take him here now every pay check and each time he comes out of his shell more, the staff giving him treats while being low to the ground and not looking at him. Slowly but surely he’s opening up and gets excited every time I pull up to the shop now, and that’s all thanks to the staff!Great staff, great selection! Couldn’t ask for a better place to take my pup!

My pup and I love Mud Bay! I get her food and toys here. We love supporting local shops. Going to Mud Bay is much more preferable than going to Petco or Petsmart because of the kind and helpful employees and cleanliness of the stores. My pup is a shy girl but she’s always greeted with respect and warmth.

Me and my friend went in today to practice socializing and training some puppies and the staff were amazing! Very considerate of our training and extremely kind. They made sure to ask to pet the puppies and responded really well to our training requests with it. Talk about going the extra mile! :) Will come again.

Use to leave with treats, snacks, something extra.. now I feel weird even bringing up the sample wall behind them. Kinda just like another big petstore now. Still great items but lost the ‘extra’. loved trying new snacks without buying a new bag of them.

My cat loved only the toys from this store. She preferred the cigar catnip toy and the little catnip pillows. I must have bought over 100! She didn't like any other catnip toys I bought her. I had to put her down in November, but I know I gave her the best life I could while she was here. Mudbay has the best food, the best toys, and the greatest and most helpful employees. I want to thank them for all their help with her over the years.

I have visited 3 of their locations, and the experience is consistently top notch. Emmy even sketched a lovely drawing of the cats I inherited when a dear friend passed away. It brought me to tears. Competitive or better prices compared to chains or Chewy, and the best service anywhere. If you have pets, go to Mud Bay.

This was the best experience I've ever had in a pet store. Which is saying a lot because I work in a local chain at a petsore inthe same town. Lol. Drew who I got to know very well, was amazing with his customer service and attention to the customers and store's needs.When something I was looking for wasn't available he was able to get me an answer to when it would be, and was overall so friendly. He even gave me a pet portrait of my dog Olive I brought in as it was one ofy first times in!!!

This location has been my go-to for the last four years. Every staff member is helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I feel like I'm not the only one looking after my dog or cat when I'm shopping here. They have a great selection of foods that are high quality. Some pet accessories are a little high priced for what they are, but I use them primarily for food or general well-being products.

I used to avoid Mud Bay as I saw them as exclusively a "luxury" pet store and thought that I couldn't afford it. I couldn't have been more wrong! While they do carry high end pet food brands the prices are right in line with big box pet stores and sometimes they even beat Chewy pricing.The pet toys are top notch quality and I highly recommend one of the real fur mice toys if you own a cat. Ours go absolutely nuts for the things, and they're soft enough if your feline places them in odd locations they don't hurt to step on.Pet food variety is amazing, Mud Bay carries lots of items I can't find anywhere else such as frozen broths, freeze dried toppings, and supplements.All in all a very cozy, well stocked and well informed pet store.
