2/21/24Here is an update on my review. On top of the issue with the incorrect install, I found out that the shingles that was on my roof were not Gaf shingles, so upon notifying GAF on a Friday, the GAF rep reached out to Dabella and the week after I got a call from Project manager Kara with Dabella.Dabella now has new management and new Installer so those who were there before are no more and thank goodness because Kara was very helpful through it all and the team from Dabella.The Installer, Nick and his team was good at communicating with me and when the project would begin. That same week Nick was able to have his team fix my roof on Saturday and it was done by Sunday. He came on Monday and did a final walk through and correct some minor things and had his team come out to fix it. I appreciate his attention to the work and making sure it was done right. Thank you Kara the Project manager, so easy to work with and was very very easy to get a hold off. Thank you Kara for correcting this and making it right. Appreciate your time and help through all of this!!!!I had Dabella come out and give me an estimate in 2019 about a leak in one of our rooms. They gave me an estimate for GAF shingles said to be good shingles that will last me.Fast forward to now, I now have issues with mold/venting(roof)/insulation. Looks like the roof was not installed properly. I called Dabella several times and spoke to a rep for CS named Britney, she was not very helpful by the way. I told her that I needed to speak to her Supervisor and was asked why?, twice. I felt that I was being pushed off to be someone elses problem. I had a 2 year labor contract with Dabella and since that expired I had to refer to our Golden Pledge Lifetime warranty with GAF.Dabella hired a contractor who did a very poof job replacing our whole entire roof and charges us thousands of dollars for it. I tried filling a claim with GAF and they sent me a general copy/sample of a GAF warranty and highlighted what is not covered. Which was mold/damages to the shealthing/ventilation issues caused by the contractors who installed our roof incorrectly and did a very poor job on it.I called around and asked several companies to come out and provide me with an estimate for a brand new roof and when I gave the name Dabella they knew they are not a good company and have also heard bad things about them.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY!!! THERE IS NO INTEGRITY / HONESTY OR PROFESSIONALISM.They just want your money and leave you high and dry trying to fix their mistakes. I am very disappointed and stressed that we have spent so much money in hopes to fix our roof and 5 years later we are now having to pay more money again for a new roof that Dabella failed to install correctly in the first place.

Although none of the work has been started yet, and a further review will be forthcoming after the contracted work to replace my windows is completed, I was asked to submit a review based on your representatives skill and professionalism concerning the subject job. Annie and her assistant Riley sat down with me for a very professio al review and demonstration of available products and pricing which gave me a comfort level based on Annie's presentation skills and her thoughtful demeanor. She clearly explained things and answered my questions, and overcame some of my objections with patience and knowledgable information. Furthermore, her friendly nature and ability to stay focused on the subject at hand resulted in my signing a DaBella contract that I feel confident was the right decision (at this point, at least from an administrative point of view) that provides me with a comfort level that the product will be as advertised and the installers will also demonstrate the same level of professionalism, expertise and skill. I look forward to my next review as being positive once work has been completed.Update: my windows were installed right on schedule with a minimum of fuss by very professional installers. I am totally happy with my beautiful new windows and I will use DaBella again!

We recently worked with Riley and she did a wonderful job explaining all of the options, benefits and differences of all of Dabella's window options. She did an excellent job with a full display and presentation of their product. She worked with us and did multiple visits and changes to our window requests until we got exactly what we wanted. The price tag was still a little shocking, but she did her best to drop our payments to something we could afford. Our windows have not been installed yet, but I look forward to seeing the finished product. Regardless, of the installation Riley was a joy to work with.

3/01/23 Update:The work is complete (note, pics were taken before gutters were done): Roof, siding, gutters, removal of chimney, and a new shower. There were a few hiccups with the installs, but the Dabella team was responsive and all issues have been handled professionally and all is great now. My house had a lot of wood rot, so needed extra plywood and framing. They worked with me to help with the additional costs and have kept all the promises they made.Christina Durazo even made a special trip to my house, (an hour drive one way for her), to check and be sure everything was good. She took pictures and we did some paperwork. She is a wonderful person to work with. I'm now referring my neighbors to them should they need any work on their house.Over-all the experience has been a great one, despite a few snags along the way. I also have to give a special call-out to My Project Manager, Faith, and her assistant, Emily! They were an absolute pleasure to work with. Very responsive and professional.To the whole team, thank you so much for everything. I'm super happy and my neighbors have all said it's beautiful.Summary:Christina Durazo and Aaron Field took GREAT care of me and have continued to follow up with me as the projects continue. They were professional, thorough and extremely kind. I am glad that I said 'yes' to the free inspection!The whole story:One day a couple of months ago, a sweet person named Heather knocked on my door offering a free inspection of my roof. I signed up as I knew my roof was in bad shape and wanted to know if I could put off repairing it for another year. I also needed a leaky window replaced and a walk-in shower to replace my tub for my elderly Aunt to move in with me within the next year or two.A week later, Christina Durazo and Aaron Field showed up on time for their scheduled appointment to do the inspection. They spent the entire afternoon and evening answering all of my questions, working past their usual hours and doing everything they could to ensure I felt comfortable and confident. They took pictures of my roof and of my bathroom to show me the condition my roof was in and thoroughly explained all of the details about roofs that I never knew before!After discussing financing options (which, in hindsight, are great!) I signed up to get my roof done. About 3 weeks later, 10 guys pile out of a couple of vans and 8 hours later, I have a brand new roof! They did a great job and it feels so good not to have to worry about leaks any more!The gutters are next and are scheduled to be done later this week.Then, the bathroom and the windows will be scheduled once the fabrication of them are complete.I've even decided to ask DaBella to remove my fireplace and chimney and do my siding as another project because my experience has been so positive.Christina and Aaron - you two are the BEST. Wow, what an incredible experience I've had with Riley. I've never in my life met a sales rep with so much confidence in the product and someone with as much product knowledge. She not only was incredibly knowledgable but she was also so kind, caring, and trusting. Riley was the most amazing salesperson I have ever dealt with. Normally, I try my best to avoid salespeople, but Riley was so much fun and had such positive energy that my lady and I felt like she was a lifelong friend who was trying to get us the absolute best deal she could for a friend! She must have called her manager three different times telling him the price he needed to come in at to close the deal, and she made him listen. I was on the fence about potential construction costs and the headache that comes with it luckily I was greeted with a very professional consultation with one Mike Furlong , he not only answered all my questions but also took the time to understand what me and my wife were hoping to accomplish with our needs!
