Rang bell at register young skinny kid with long blonde hair comes out of office area with large mouth full of food. I understand you need to eat but at least chew with your mouth closed or cover it with your hand. Picked up about 5 receipts off of floor for him to throw away told him someone is going to fall on these his exact words....that would be hilarious. Told him no that's called a law suit. I understand he is a young kid but use common sense .

The sales people are great. She was patient and kind to me even though I asked a lot of "where is this" and "how much is that" questions.The sale prices are better than any of the other similar stores around the valley. But you have to watch out for the not sale prices, being a little higher on a few things. Just like any other retail store. I love shopping in a clean store!! Keep up the good work!

Love going to DG the Kittitas store is very clean and organized. Workers are very outgoing. They are ready to help when needed. If you want to have a fun time shopping and be treated with respect then this is the store you need to shop at. The manager is doing great with her employees and displaying of her store.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had tonight. The skinny blond guy with the lisp was so rude to me I left in tears. And the Hispanic male was very rude also. The skinny blonde was slamming things down, throwing things around, being rude to all the customers for coming in 15 minutes BEFORE CLOSING. Because they said they needed to close early to get the store ready for inventory in the morning! ! ! AND HE GOT UPSET WITH ME BECAUSE I ONLY HAD MY EBT CARD AND FORGOT MY DEBIT CARD SO I COULDNT PAY FOR THREE ITEMS AND THE TWO OF THEM DIDNT KNOW HOW TO FIX THE TRANSACTION. AND DEMANDED THAT I PAY FOR IT! THEY EMBARRASSED ME AND TREATED ME SO BADLY. these two guys should NOT be working in customer service. PERIOD. I will be calling corporate tomorrow. I have worked in customer service my entire life and I have NEVER seen something this bad. Management needs to get rid of them.

Not good service at all I placed 2 online orders and schedule for pick up I received a message saying my order was ready for pick up..and when I get to the store to pick up my orders they were cancelled and they said it might had been cancelled because items ordered were out of stock .... really after they sent a message saying it was ready for pick ... my question is why schedule a time pick up if they will cancel it minutes before I arrive...these store is and will never come back on my way home that's why I order from here ..I have never been to these store and my first time
