The last 10 times or so I have gone here they have had exactly what I needed. Plus being smaller than a big box hardware store it is quicker to get in and out. All the people working there have been knowledgeable and eager to help. I have been coming for about 1 year, I feel bad for all the times I wasted driving father away to bigger hardware stores.Even the items they have on the way to the checkout are interesting and things I would consider getting. They don't waste any space with junk.

The Store still stocking 25lb bagsPeanuts.This Store cuts house and car Keys and stocks a limited number of replacement key Fobs.They'll cut a new key on fob key blank and you remove electronics module from your existing fob intothe new shell with newly cut key.This Westlake Ace Hardware has increased inventory over past couple years and a goto alternate Hardware store and closer than driving to Bellevue or Woodinville.Household Goods, Paint, Hardware Fasteners, some electrical components as well as plumbing as well as gardening supplies.Check them out before trekking down to the Big Box Stores.

A very eclectic hardware store. They have tools, nails, and landscaping supplies like you would expect. But they also have some odd Christmas supplies, jars of pickles, fashion hats, etc. The store feels like it is trying to find itself, but what the neighborhood really needs is a really good hardware store that has more of the basics.

I have always been able to find what I need here. The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. It's probably the best hardware store in the area.

This store is so convenient being in the neighborhood! I will go when I need a spur of the moment item. Sometimes the prices are good & sometimes I can get it for less on Amazon or at Home Depot. I do price check on some items. If you need right away go there!Plant items are high & I wish the stores would carry more pony packs, instead of just 4" size.I just purchased a rake for a great price, but probably not great quality. Should last long enough! For a sprinkler part, was very happy, they had exactly what I needed. Staff has always been friendly.

This is a terrific ACE location. They have an amazing selection of BBQ supplies. Have never seen B&B charcoal west of Texas so that was very cool to see. Many seasonings and BBQ accessories. They also have a nice selection of plants in the Spring time. I got a pepper plant here that grew very well.

Now, typically i wouldn't write a negative review, but after today's events I feel as if i have to share my experience. I went in earlier this morning to do a return for my husband, he shops there all the time, and accidentally purchased something that we already have at home. I explained this to the cashier, all seemed good, she just said a manager had to clear it because it was a bit more pricy than other items that they have. As I had already walked out the door, the cashier chased after me because apparently her manager needed a duplicate receipt. This was odd to me but I complied and thought nothing more of it until later when i had thought to just double check the balance of the card and to my surprise when I checked the balance was ZERO. I of course called the store, was told that I absolutely had to come in, couldn't call anyone, a bit frustrating, but I complied once again with their requests from me. WELL, of course when I got there I was told something completely different and was given a lady named Diana's number who worked in the LP department. Now I worked in retail for 10 years and not once have I sent a customer with the same issue to lp. When I called her she was extremely rude insinuating that my husband was a THIEF. We are honest, good, hardworking people who have worked so very hard all our life to work for what we have and to even think that someone could even consider insinuating something so wrong about my husband is infuriating. So now, Ace has not only insulted me and my husband, but has also STOLEN 132.00 dollars from me and my husband. To say I'm livid would be an understatement. They just lost two very long term customers

We came here to buy a electric mower because our other one died. The employee helping us out was very informative about the product and we felt we made the right choice. There was a miss communication regarding the price and after speeking with the store manager Renee we were able to get things cleared. She was very kind and worked with us. We have very happy with our purchase and will be returning to buy more products and support this local business. Thank you!

Ace Hardware is a relatively small neighborhood hardware store. This particular store carries more than just tools and hardware; they also have home goods (towels, plates, plastic wrap, etc) gardening/yard supplies, and seasonal supplies as well. Since this is a neighborhood hardware store then don't expect it to have everything you need or be as expansive as a Home Depot or Lowe's but do expect the store representatives to still be very friendly and helpful. They can even offer recommendations and substitutions with your home project! Ample parking in front.

Small store for a varied selection of garden necessities and household repair projects. Nice to run in for a quick item and a friendly atmosphere. Random holiday decor and hats, mittens, special soaps for giving a smalll gift. Sometimes the big box stores can be just too darn big and i put off going there cuz I don't want the hassle of the parking, crowds, lack of help, and it takes forever to find what i need. Ace always provides help.

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff and small town feel. I’ve done my time in hardware stores and know how difficult it can be to find someone to talk to in a big box hardware store. No so here. I bought a ladder here and was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable price and free delivery

I would look online for much more fair prices. And go to Hi ok me Depot for screws or other hardware sections. They have some garden supplies and boots here. Things for basic home repair. They have a surprising amount of snacks.

Best neighborhood hardware store with a classic small town feel. Always well stocked and has the most friendly staff that is always willing to help. Been around a Long time, glad they are still there. Kirkland is lucky to have them!

I have been to this location countless times in the last few months for a variety of items: plants, kitchen gadgets, bathroom supplies, and painting materials! I cannot thank Renee enough for all of her help with the paint mixing. I came in with a paint chip to be matched and she exceeded all of my expectations for the match!! It blended perfectly and the quality was excellent. I can't wait til my next trip there. Thank you so much, Renee and Town Center Hardware! :)

This used to be a place where people help you right when you walk in. That’s why they can up charge on their items.This time I had a simple one item order. Nobody helped me and I spent 10 minutes trying to find what I need. Then walked up to the back registers (there’s 2 of them) where 3 women were standing around doing nothing and I asked if they could check me out. Got a resounding “go deal with it up front”. It was extremely rude and completely unprofessional. The other ladies seemed happy to help but, what I assume was the manager, basically shut down helping a customer.The lady up front was busy restocking. She had to stop being productive to check me out while the other 3 women laughed and told jokes at the back register.You’ve lost our business and should fire that manager. We’ve been local customers for 40+ years. It’s a shame.

Update: The Owner responded quickly and fixed the issue. Unlike stores like Home Depot, they are not able to keep credit card charge history to credit back without a receipt. But they did allow me to replace without the receipt. Will keep Ace receipts for several weeks for future purchases like this. Also signed up for their Ace Rewards program, as that allows for returns.We have bought probably $100 of products each month from this local hardware store since there were new owners a few years ago. The help has always been friendly and cooperative. But an experience today will probably stop me from shopping there again due to poor customer service. A couple weeks ago I bout a 100' flexible garden hose there. A had purchased a similar hose from there last year. I took it out of the packaging and used it for the very first time this week-end. It had a leak in the new hose that kept spraying me and getting me we as it was near the end by the spray nozzle. I immediately put it back into the packaging to return to the store to replace with one that should not be defective. But I was told that without the receipt from a few weeks ago (that I did not keep) they would not replace it with a new hose. Even with the credit card I had used to purchase. Now, even Home Depot takes returns without the receipt as they can look up the purchase using the credit card. Stores like Costco and REI also take these returns without question. It seems that they are questioning my honesty. I guess I will just stop my local loyalty to this local owner and buy online the products I got there before or go to Home Depot. I tell my neighbors as well about this experience. Maybe the owner will wake up and do better customer service.

Driving to the store to purchase a product labeled in stock just to be told I cannot buy until special sale. It's for pests. I won't wait for you sale. Waste of gas and time.

Great hardware store. Nice open layout makes it easy to find things. Good selection of items, I've been in there a few times and haven't come up empty handed yet.Very knowledgeable and friendly staff as well. They really know their stuff and will take time figure out how to do something.

So I used to love this small towny feel of this place until I needed to return something ONCE and the manager was really tacky about it. We used to shop there all the time but will go back to buying the same stuff on Amazon since their return policy is much easier 👎

I tried to call to see if they have something I’m looking for. During business hours and I was directed to a voicemail box that was full. Talk about inconvenient. One star folks.No public restrooms. Half the time Apple Pay is broken or doesn’t work.

Nice, surprisingly large hardware store. It seems to be well stocked with common electrical parts and ductwork items, from what I was seeking. Easy parking and friendly staff. Definitely less hassle than a home giant store, but obviously a lot fewer choices and often higher prices.

What a difference a neighborhood hardware store can make. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, a great variety of useful tools, hardware and garden things. No Big Box pressure to overcharge and credit card spiral. My new GO TO place 😁
