It's a bummer the larger Kirkland location closed. I've had to use this one as my new spot. Unavoidable, but worth it for day-to-day supplies.Despite being a smaller store the staff is always helpful. Doesn't have much of what I look for in stock, outside the usual stuff like food and litter. They told me about the Petco Membership and I'm saving so much on cat supplies each month. I'm getting more out than I put in! I just paid $0.21 (normally $20) for a 28lb container of litter because of it.

They are doing online orders through India. I place order, they receive it and then I get cancelled. Call customer support and they can't find a problem but anything going through them because they are in India is a 4 hour delay.

I took my dog to the self wash stations at Petco.They supply everything for you. You just bring your dog. Plus, it's only 20 dollars, even for my 80 lb. Husky.

I used to have more friendly experiences at this place. Manager Ted was not very friendly when we showed up with our dogs for a self wash - that’s despite us calling in advance. We were told it took an hour to clean the stations after we were finished and we barely were allowed to proceed. Both the stations that we were using were certainly not clean from previous wash. Lots of dog hair in the bay. Even after we thanked the staff the manager could barely afford us any courtesy. Disappointed in the customer service - and as said it wasn’t always like this here.

I called at early afternoon today and asked if they have self-serve dog wash stations. Spoke with the Manager Courtney who was quite friendly on the phone, gave me all of the info. I asked how late they’re open and she told me 7pm. I show up at 6:17 and she tells me they closed them early because they’re “short staffed”. I find that hard to believe since the store was empty and two employees are sitting (literally) and doing absolutely nothing. I said that I called earlier and asked how late I could come in and was told they’re there until 7. She said “that was me that you talked to, we close the wash stations at 6:30”. First of all, she never said anything about 6:30. Second I said it isn’t even 6:30 yet. She goes “yes like I said we closed them early because we’re short staffed.” It’s a self-serve dog wash so first of all what does stuff have anything to do with it? It’s a small store with absolutely no customers, between two employees who have time to sit there and do absolutely nothing I’m sure one of them could charge me the fee and hand me the bucket of shampoo. I’ve been in this location once and wasn’t too pleased with it. This is the first time I’ve come for dog washing and it will be the absolute last.

Standard Petco. Its small but still had most of the products we get. Nice employees. Mostly we come here for the self wash. $15 for each dog. There were only two tubs when we went and one was occupied. Our pups are about 50 lb each and we washed them together in one of the tubs. We bought our own shampoo, but they also let you use some with towels in a basket when you pay. There are two dryers, but only one stand to dry them off on. Since the store is small, it's also not super busy so that's pretty nice.

The staff were great! Friendly and helpful.Update: my dog wound-up vomiting multiple times that night. I can only guess it was the shampoo... and we somehow managed to sprain her tail? I'm not placing blame on the facility for that, other than to say that she fought and cried harder than usual and I think she must've hit it inside the tub.The scent of their shampoo is *completely* overwhelming and nauseating! Still, it took me a few minutes to notice, and by then it was too late! I am absolutely not one of those people who is normally sensitive to smells, but this is awful.I am now stuck in Is traffic, in the car with my dog, I'm pretty sure we both feel sick. She was whining and shaky… has now passed out (asleep). But not before rejecting her favorite treats. I would highly recommend bringing your own shampoo, or smelling what they have on hand at the very least.... Before you start using it!

Please don't advertise that you are open until 7pm and then have your staff hide when you arrive at 6:50pm after the door is locked. I understand it's hard to find staff currently, but some appreciation of return customers would be appreciated

Do not shop here. Selfwash violates health department standards if you look under the tubs, there is mold and surfaces that have been unsanitized in months. Selfwash floor is rarely sanitized to the point, a guest should be concerned for their pets health in a manner that pertains to bacterial infections, virus spread, and pathogens. If you look inside the treat bins and scoop to the bottom, you'll find wivel larve commonly. The floor is not sanitary due to the broken floor cleaner and the lack of operating procedure at this location. During Covid and concurrently, regular disinfection and cleaning was not completed, causing risk to the public district wide. Rotation of productions to prevent loss and the selling of expired food is not commonly done, which has also resulted in the selling of expired over the counter medications and flea treatments. Due to the limited space, it's more likely the're out of stock on your regular food, and it's sitting in backstock waiting for someone to put it on the shelf. Due to upper management, district manager Paul Murry's oversight, the general managment at this location not held to a national Petco stardard. The mentality is that of marginalizing the store and its staff due to its size and output. Its result creates a workplace that feels isolated from its sister stores, in turn making employment at this location a dead end, and because of the lack the experience given by the complete stores, you will be treated as lesser by your leadership. The pay is low in comparison with neighboring districts, there is no room to move up, and the best promotion avaliable will be a lateral move to the same position at another location to prove you can do the job again. The benefits are that you don't actually have to show up for work cause they don't point or have an attendance system in place. If you're a customer, and if you're wondering why there are staffing issues, that's the correlation most times. I loved working for Petco for the people, and I was told I quit by Paul Murry for standing up for what was right and what upholds company policy. Do not shop here. That being said Petco is a great company to work for, but the great locations are out of this district, and what makes them great is competent leaders that bring Petcos values to the forefront by understanding that staying close to the company's vision of changing pet lives and caring about people in a genuine way will be the driving force behind successful bussiness model. Come visit this store and you will get a different face of the company than intended.

I really like this store. Went there for dog bowls and a mat to put under them, and they had a much better selection than the other giant big-box stores. Great return policy, and very friendly and helpful people.
