Best pet store with the best owner! He is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me with numerous products for my 3 pups over the last several years. He carries Fromm, which is great quality but difficult to find. He has a lot of unique, high quality treats from bones to doggie egg nog. This store is great!! The brands carried are all responsible, and the quality of the products is excellent. I bought a carrier here, and regularly get all my litter and food here as well. Everything I buy here is competitively priced, especially compared with the big name suppliers. The owner is very kind and always offers help/advice.

I've been visiting this store periodically for years. The owner was very helpful getting me a product that actually works for my dogs bad breath after many other product attempts from other stores. I also switched to Pro Vita which the owner carries and my groomer recommended. My dog loves it!

Good selection of mid to high end dog and cat food, along with some toys, bones, and other random pet stuff. We're regulars and our dog Boomer is known by name here. Consistently friendly staff, almost a small town feel to the place, which keeps us coming back.

Jeff is a very nice man who cares deeply for his as well as his customers' pets. He opened the store because of his devotion to providing good nutrition to animals, and he does just that. I trust him and like him a great deal.

Stay far away. The owner is unbelievably rude. After I shopped at the grocery store next door I headed back to my car to get my dog to bring into this pet store, but before I made it to my car the owner had come out of his store and was screaming at me from across the parking lot for putting a shopping cart in front of his sign. It was quite a weird and unpleasant experience. Maybe he was having a bad day? Maybe he wouldn't have been so rude had he realized I was about to come shop at his store? I don't know but my friend told me he was rude to her too and their prices are ridiculously high. I believe she will be posting her bad review here soon. Avoid this place. Shop elsewhere, you'll save your money and you won't have to deal with the crazy owner.

We haven't loved the customer service, but there are often coupons in their enewsletter or local coupon mailers. So if you know what you want, you can save a few dollars. If you don't know, you'll have to rely on the opinions of the staff.

The owners of this place are very helpful in picking out food for picky eaters. They have a couple of friendly dogs that hang out and liven the place up. The prices are fair.
