Great store, really kind and knowledgeable staff. I came in looking for some calming aides for my elderly dog. The staff was so helpful and caring. They even gave me some fresh pet food samples for my dog. He loves them! They went as far as suggesting supplements and items they don’t even carry. They just truly care. I’m basically only ever buying pet products from here!

Every caring pet owner should consider looking into raw foods and ask the experts at Natural Pet Pantry how you can improve the quality of food selection for your pets.We have a trio of kitties and all eat the Natural Pet Pantry raw foods and healthy treats. Mayberry, Mango and Mochi are at healthy weights with lots of energy and smooth coats. Mochi’s favorite is the raw chicken, but the two older cats will eat any of the flavors. We try to stick with the boneless options as it’s better for Mayberry, given she’s now a senior cat. We also add a little water with the food to help keep them hydrated. They all enthusiastically eat at mealtimes!We receive convenient monthly deliveries which makes it easy to keep our freezer stocked with nutritious, protein-rich foods. I occasionally stop in to the store to pick up natural cat treats and a new toy. It’s always great to chat with their knowledgeable staff who are quick to answer questions or offer advice on ways to keep your kitties healthy and happy.Our family loves Natural Pet Pantry! Thank you for your commitment to keeping our pets healthy. We will continue feeding our kitties raw food for many happy years to come!

They have the best products and best CBD cream made my Jill and Jones for both pets and humans. I love the knowledge everyone in the store has regarding animal and dietary needs. The frozen dinners for dogs are some of my dogs top favorites. The dry food is such high quality. Thanks to the natural pet pantry my German Shepard is able to have food and not get food algeries like other dog foods.

We switched Gooses Food over to the Cooked Stew and he absolutely gobbles it up! We love their products and trust their advice. They have greatly quality everything. It is on the more expensive side but I will say that it is worth it. 100% quality. We get the turkey and chicken mostly, sometimes bison stew as well.

Just discovered them after they’re location moved to 2 minutes away from my home. Was pleasantly surprised to discover they only say locally made raw diets for dogs and cats! The gal there was super friendly (I’m so sorry I don’t catch her name!) and gave great advice on why we’re missing for our pups diet. Also, super great recommendation on using goats milk for lickmats!

What an amazing pet store! I was just wandering by, and I saw this awesome handmade cat tree that cat my eye. I entered the store, and I was warmly greeted. After asking if I had any pets, which I have a dog and cat, the employee explained to me what kind of food products they offer with such depth of knowledge. Their products are phenomenal! USDA human-grade, whole natural ingredients. I was given some samples to take with me, and my pets love them! I highly recommend this store.

Natural Pet Pantry has been like a second home to me over the past couple years. This is an exceptionally rare business where everyone who works there is so knowledgeable, kind, generous and compassionate. They know their stuff. I haven’t been to the vet in over a year. No reason to as so many small things that come up can be resolved with natural products, prevention and information. They know so much about nutrition and pet care. Highly recommend this family-like business for all your pet care needs

While I used to make my dog's raw diet myself, it's far more covenient and just about as cost-effective to buy from Pet Pantry in Kirkland (across from Metro Market). The staff is super friendly, and they'll deliver with a minimum $100 order.

I have been shopping there for a number of years, spending an average of $700/mo. The staff is mostly wonderful, there are a couple of curmudgeony types, but mostly great. The prices, however, have skyrocketed over he past two years. I keep hearing that “ it’s not to make money!” But, of course, it is to make money. I will be looking into alternatives for raw food for my dog.P.S.Thank you for your response. I do have a few comments about what you stated.The price increases have been well over the stated 3%. For example, two years ago, 5 lb bag of duck or turkey was $20.50. Now it’s 23.50. So, about 15%, not 3%.While providing health insurance for your employees is very admirable and good, you are not the one paying for it, your customers are. Thanks again.

Lovely workers and place! They walked me through their raw food and explained where they sourced there meat and veggies and emphasized all of their treats and food are made in America and with great quality and standards plus they gave me plenty of samples for raw food which I've never seen before so would highly reccomend! Plus bring your pet if you can, they give out treats!
