This is my pup's favorite store! The store really lives up to it's name. They have an the best collection of treats and pet food. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and caring. They make it so much easier for you to talk to them about anything your pet might be experiencing.If your pet has allergies, talk to Claire! She has given me better advice than my vet and it's really helped my pup's allergy symptoms.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Kaycee, Allen, Claire, Lynn, Taylor, Jared and Kyle I apologize for not getting all the staff names because so many of your stand out as being excellent. Claire has given wonderful advice. Don’t miss out on discounts on chews when you buy 5 or more. Marmalade loves the free cuddles and treats I always buy bully sticks and rings. And there is customer rewards, it’s such a treat to find out you have a discount. Get on the mailing list for more rewards. Thank you ALL !!

very emotional! All The Best has helped me with so much. My coworker and friend Randi would speak so highly of them and I understand why. A few months ago my cat had to be rushed to the emergency vet because she had something clogging her abdomen. Randi called All The Best and they provided me with so many good things to help her feel better and actually be able to eat. She finally started eating and it brought me so much relief. A few days ago my families apartment caught on fire and my cats were in there. We were able to get one out but the other one was hiding. After many failed attempts my mom was finally able to get her out. She was scared and honestly probably traumatized. Randi again called all the best and with the help of all the best they were able to set me up with so many new things for my cats. Food, littler, toys, and treats some things that will hopefully make this terrible experience better for them. Thank you so much All The Best

I’ve been coming to this store since I first got my pup, she’s now 4!! Taylor was one of the first people to educate me on her needs and spent so much 1on1 time with me fitting her harness, we’ve bought 4 ruffwear harnesses because of him now!! Lynn is also nothing short of wonderful, she remembers my pups name always, and recognizes me by voice. She’s outstanding, offers so much wisdoms without judgement. The store is lucky to have her! I will keep coming back solely for these two. Little expensive but they always have ranges! they have the best return policies and everything there is quality stuff<3 can’t say more amazing things about Lynn + Taylor plus the whole store! 💛💛💛

Penny loves visiting her Pals here. Dakotah is her favorite and he gives her the best high fives and yummy treats. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, especially Lynn, Taylor and Aleen that we met today. This place is a must visit every time we come to the totem lake village!

Oh my gosh! I loved this store!! Went in because we were out of town and I needed waterless shampoo for my girl. Beauty and smelling good is important even when we're out of town. The store had only 1 shampoo that would work but it wasn't for sensitive skin. I did find a deoterzer that also was good for itchy skin. And as a plus it smells great. But that was just the beginning. The employees kept offering her treats which she loved. I wanted to try a yak chew which Jordan guided me to. But we night other chews as well because he was so knowledgeable. He was so interested in Boba and after a but asked how old she was which brought up her birthday being a few days away. With that info he signed us up for their loyalty program which gave fit Boba a birthday bag full of wonderful items. Jordan even gave Boba a birthday hat and yet another yummy healthy treat. Jordan is a HUGE asset to this store and a new friend to Boba. If we lived in this area this would be our go to pet store.

Milo and Nami and myself absolutely adore Aleen! She is an amazing person and very knowledgeable. I came in as a new cat momma and needed so much guidance. Aleen was perfect for the job. She is very patient and kind and always had an answer for anything I needed. I would not me as good of a cat mom if I had not have met Aleen. I had never been to any other pet stor besides petsmart but after the service I get at the kirkland All the Best I will never go anywhere else as long as Aleen works there! Aleen is usually there when I stop in. She gives great pet advise and always recommends the best dog food that our dogs LOVE. Two of our dogs are super crazy and sometimes don’t agree with each other so Aleen recommend CBD oil which has tremendously help both of our dogs stinky attitudes.It’s nice to know someone in this field to help ensure our dogs are the healthiest they can be. I love this location of All The Best! All the staff has been incredibly kind and a wonderful resource when it comes to picking out products to help your pet. My dog, Tobi, is an anxious old pup and when we moved to the area, he was very shy and timid. But after building a relationship with Aleen, he now considers her his best friend. He'll run up to her with no hesitation and it's incredibly heartwarming to see him come out of his shell. Highly recommend stopping by!

I love All the Best. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. My pups always love the treats they get. Their food selection is awesome. Their toys and treats are healthy and the dogs are always happy with something from All the Best. Customer loyalty rewards and pup birthday celebrations are the icing on the cake.

I cannot say enough great things about All The Best in Totem Lake. It’s where I shop for my two dogs’ raw food and nutritional treats, where I go when I have any questions and now where I have their teeth cleaned! I especially love Aleen and Claire! Our favorite All The Best store in the area! The staff is always very friendly, and knows how to bribe our pup. The selection is plenty and the baked treats are always fresh and yummy (according to our dog).Our favorite is each year during the pet's birthday, they will give you a goodie bag with a lot of treats and toys. Definitely a wonderful treat for both the humans and pets.They also have a scale where you can weight your pet after he had all the treats....

Nice store with lots of items to choose . Visited few times with my dogs and without . Always super friendly associates and they do offer help and pay attention to you , your dog and recommend good product . Last time Logan was helping us. We left with great summer cooling shirt and great harness so Kashtan is ready for summer activities . Logan was friendly, calm and professional. He did not rush with our shopping . Thank you. The staff here has always been very willing to help, but just wanted to say that on Thursday 8/18, Taylor was particularly great. I came in right around when they were closing (sorry guys!) feeling particularly stressed due to a recent cancer diagnosis for my dog Finn. I needed to find something both low-carb and good for possible allergies, and Taylor really took his time helping me. Unfortunately, my boy passed away just the next day, but I’ll be thankful that Taylor helped me choose what was to be his last meal, and one that he very much loved. The girl who helped me with my return on Monday (apologies, did not catch her name) was also very kind. I will definitely be back.

I absolutely love this Pet Store! Especially Aleen! She was so compassionate about my sick cat Whesker and helped me choose foods that he would be more likely to eat and nutritional. I can’t say enough about this place! If you care about your pet’s optimal health, starting with the nutrition you give him/her, this is the place for you! The staff are very well-trained in pet nutrition and behavioral information as well. Lynn is the resident “pet nutrition guru”, and Taylor and Aline are also very knowledgeable. Everyone there is warm, welcoming and caring.Trust me, you and your pet are in very good hands there.My senior kitty was diagnosed with advanced kidney disease, and with their help, even my vet was impressed with her remarkable improvement after we changed her diet! Check it out!

Small local store. They have all the different foods for your pets but not the place if you just want Purina. I feel like Blue Buf is the "lowest" price point brand here. Lots of snacks and toys to get the kids. They have a birthday program with a gift bag for the furbaby and encourage you sending a photo to share. They always offer treat samples as well so don't be afraid to ask if you even need to that is. They will ask if they can hold your stuff at the counter to allow for better browsing.

Went to walk in and I guess they were closing. Rather than tell me that, one associate ran to the back and the other ran and turned the closed sign in my face and quickly turned the lights off. Made me feel like an idiot. Would have happily left if they told me they were closing. Was very rude.

One of the friendliest, most knowledgeable pet stores I've been to. They're always happy to answer questions and give advice. They have a good selection for a small space. It's not as extensive as the big box stores, but it's full of high quality food and toys. The staff are all pet owners and often have personal experience with products.

I changed the food for my best friend and the staff truly know what they are doing. They gave me recommendations and free samples to try at home. Kaycee, Lynn, Aleen and Claire are so charming with my dog and they answer all my questions about the new food. We also tried a digestive supplement and it helped a lot.Thank you to Dakotah, Kyle and Taylor for the treats and pets. They gave me advice for their own pet experiences and preferences. I went in just before Halloween, looking for a few goodies for the pets in my family as I was making Día de muertos baskets to gift my family! Of course, this included all the fur babies too🐶🐱Aleen and Taylor were not only helpful, but so sweet. Aleen added a few extra cute furries for the kitties to enjoy and they made all the difference!
