I wish I could give them 10 stars because they deserve every single one of them. And I’m so happy that we found Run dog run. I wish I would’ve found them years ago.Our dogs had been going to another location, but said they wouldn’t take them anymore because they were too playful. I have two golden retrievers, and one of them is a very happy golden retriever and loves to play.Run dog run knew exactly what to do and took very good care of both of my dogs. The place is amazing and the people are even better. Run dog run gets the highest approval I can possibly ever give and has my absolute strongest recommendation as the top dog Place in Kitsap county, and Washington state.Thank you run dog run for taking such good care of my beloved Pups!! Danny DeVito and Dakota Just love you guys.Update: when my dogs were spending the night there, they would send us report cards just about every day that included a small description of what they did and pictures of my dogs playing and having fun. These folks really go above and beyond and do that little extra to take care of our pups.

I have loved every experience I had at Run Dog Run. The owner has done an amazing job remodeling inside and out of the building. Not only is this a place to get EXCELLENT boarding, daycare, & grooming BUT they have the cutest store where you can get just about everything you would need for your dog! I was able to find the PERFECT jacket for my large boy.

Run Dog Run gets 10 stars!! We have been taking our white tornado (Golden Retriever), Cloud there for day care and grooming. He absolutely loves every second and every dog. The grommer had a tough time at first as Cloud was freaked out by the blow dryer but Kendal worked with him and he is fine now.The whole staff is great - we are giving RDR a 10 as they went way above and beyond. My husband and I were terribly sick and had them pick up Cloud for a day. That day found us both having to go to the ER and were admitted. I called RDR and they told me not to worry they they would board him, feed him make sure he had a toy and they would care for him as long as it took. After 4 days in the hospital we arrived home and they brought Cloud home for us.If Cloud ever got lost there is no doubt in our minds, he would run to RDR and ask to come in and play! Great place for daycare, boarding, and grooming!The staff truly loves what they do and all the pups! Staff is more than happy to work with your dog and accommodate any needs.Best part, grooming even dyes your puppers furr fun funky colors! My girl loves her spa days and both grooms are amazing.They have a cute shop also that changes with each season so be sure to check it out!

We love Run Dog Run! Our dog attends daycare there and we have boarded her there a few times. She always has a blast with the other dogs! The staff are so attentive and I never worry about her when she’s being taken care of by them. The grooming services are also great. Our dog is not a fan of having her nails clipped, but they have been going out of their way to work with her regularly and get her more comfortable with the process. They are the best!

Run Dog Run did a fantastic job of trimming my two dog’s toe nails.A Vizsla and a Lab that are not easy to trim nails on.They cut them nice and short, now I made a schedule to trim their nails once a month.

It's frustrating that this place has private rooms, but won't allow dogs that aren't spayed or neutered. Our dog can't be spayed even though she's over six months old as we're trying to fix a chronic skin condition she has that's not contagious (most likely a grass allergy), and her liver has been too delicate to handle additional medication right now. Multiple vets have advised that a spay could kill her. I really wish they had a policy that was more sensitive to dogs with special needs rather than a blanket policy that they won't budge on. Dogs can go into heat as young as 4 months old, so I really don't get why we can't just give them a letter from a few vets to show why she can't be spayed right now. It makes this place completely useless, and even though we live in the neighborhood we have to travel 30+ miles to board our dogs as the kennels in the city are always booked. If our dogs get out so far from home we'll probably never see them again, even though they could find their way home from this kennel.

As a former staff member that had to leave the company due to a personal move they truly set the bar for my expectations when working in this industry. The staff don't just LOVE dogs and treat them as their own but they are knowledgeable and educated in canine behaviour and health. They truly do prioritize health, safety, and wellness when running their business. Management and the owner also treat their employees well and they are constantly staying up to date on new studies and everything else canine related in this industry. Incidents are bound to happen but they take the most care ive personally seen in preventing them. The few that did happen first aid was immediately given and pet parents were informed. I highly recommend this location to anyone that needs to board or send their dogs to daycare. Usually I advocate against daycare and board places especially if they don't offer training since in my experience has almost always been a red flag but this place truly is phenomenal and I can't wait to see them grow and develop as a company! This to date is the best place I've worked entirely and also the best daycare and boarding facility I've had the pleasure of working at. They truly do set the bar for other companies similar and lead by example.

Run Dog Run is fantastic, our Corgis love them! They play all day and come home tired. Boarding them for trips is sooo easy, they even have a pet taxi to pick them up! Their groomer is amazing, our boys stay clean for a week at least, which is quite the feat for the low riders. The are all truly compassionate pet caregivers and really nice people.

We have two small elderly dogs that we board at Run Dog Run several times in 2022. RDR takes such good care of my pups, this is one of the overnight boarding places for dogs that really goes above and beyond. Recently, we were boarding the dogs over the holidays and we were not able to make it back to Kingston due to our flight being cancelled and rescheduled for a whole day later. RDR was very understanding and allowed our pups to stay an extra 2 days over the holidays for us to get home. They truly care, which is why I will be taking my pups to RDR always!

The best place for day care and boarding in North Kitsap!We have two very small 14 and 12yr Chihuahua/Terrier mix with two completely different personalities (Nervous-energy and chicken-little). The smallest (chicken-little) -5lbs- was suffering from separation anxieties as the household started to go back into the office, get a bit more social outside (w/o pets) and so we were nervous using RDR since we had behavioral challenges. The team/family at RDR took on the challenge and in a matter of a week or two, converted our once, scared - sky is falling- little bossy princess into a confident, calm little bossy princess. She's so much better than before and all this without training, just love and caring.We are so grateful to the entire team at RDR for opening the doors for us and our little family and highly recommend them for small and super small dogs, absolutely the best!And our high-energy baby, well, she's still has nervous-energy but now comes home exhausted which gives us quite a break at the end of our people day.

I love this doggie daycare. The women that run it are very kind and compassionate. I can tell they love all the dogs that come thru the door. It is always clean and the dogs have lots of fun together. They even sleep with the dogs in a bed room for the overnight stays. I would highly recommend it if you need a place for your pup for the day or longer.

I'm not one to offer many one star reviews. I would rather vote with my wallet than to blast people online and impact their business. However, after our most recent visit, I feel compelled to share my experiences.RDR does not allow you to tour their space. It would be nice to see how my dog will spend his day. Not once have we been allowed past the front counter. Some visits, we are not even let inside the building with our dog.Yesterday, we picked up our Golden Retriever from daycare with three of his paws bloodied, with several pads torn off completely; others flapping off. We have never once had an issue of pad loss before. Our 2 year old is a big player. I cant even imagine how long he was allowed to run around on concrete unattended before a staff member noticed blood pooling on their concrete.Today, I am carrying my 85 pound dog outside to pee, as he cannot comfortably walk on his own. We have him in an Elizabethan collar, and are applying ointments to his feet, while we wait to be seen by our vet.While I know his injuries will heal, it is obvious that a lack of care and attention was given.

They obviously really love all the doggies here. They really went out of the way for me and Lucky when I ran late. The best part of having your dog here is that you take them home and they've had their exercise and are ready to chill with you after work. A tired dog is a happy dog, and a happy Doggy momma.

Fantastic staff, willing to even take your dog home if they're having trouble. Our dog god dangerously sick one evening they were watching her and they couldn't get a hold of us. They took such great care of her and getting her to the vet and all the meds she needed. Of course we paid for the vet fees and meds when we picked her up, but it's the effort and love they showed our dog that mattered to us.

RDR is not a suitable place to take your dog if you care for their wellbeing. I am disgusted by their lack of professionalism and knowledge of how to work with dogs and dog owners.I have taken my dog, an American Bully, to this place for a few months. I liked that they were a no-kennel place because my boy has anxiety being locked up.Unfortunately, the employees who work in the dog yard admitted to being afraid of my dog because of his breed and they would lock him in a room by himself for hours. The employees also admitted to the owner that if he was a different breed, they would never do such a thing, but because he looks like a “pit,” he was thrown in a room. I had to call to find out what was happening to my dog, they would not tell me that this was occurring when he was picked up.I would not trust this place to care for your dog, as I have found out the hard way, that they are not truthful in their promise to care for your loved one.A red flag should have been that they don’t allow any owners to go into the building and to see where the dogs will be playing.Alas, I will never go back.

Beautiful establishment... they definitely had fun decorating their new digs but think they bit off more than they could chew ....lol..... owners seem more like 'latest style doggie clothing' vs 'healthy pack mentality' type dog people. Just not the environment for my balanced dog.
