I’ve had my dog, Barkley, groomed by Missy for a couple years now. He’s a cocker mix. Missy does such a good job every time. The staff there is so helpful when I buy dog food and treats. So glad we have this sweet pet shop locally. Thanks, Missy, for taking such good care of Barkley!

We have always taken our dogs here for grooming and nail trims. Our original groomer was so wonderful with our adopted pup who was found roaming the streets in California before we made him a member of our family. He has had difficulties and she was so patient with him. But alas she left. Yesterday he went in and I picked him up and heard he was difficult but I thanked the groomer. When we got home his coat was a mess upon examination. I called and complained. The owner offered for me to bring him back in. I said only if another groomer worked on him. She said she only had the one. I declined. As soon as I hung up with her the groomer called me and told me I had a bad and dangerous dog and he wasn't welcome there anymore. Needless to say I did not take kindly to this and that she said owner knew she was calling. All of her employees have left because of the management I have found out. Stay far away from here. Bad business and customer service for sure.

Great store with decent selection of products. They did a good job grooming my German Shepherd who usually won't let me brush her at all. Free parking, but the store can be kind of difficult to get in and out of depending on ferry traffic.

Louie, my little Ship Poo buddy has been groomed at Country Pet Shop since we moved to the area 4 1/2 years ago. He always looks great and never raises a stink about going. Great care and excellent grooming. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and quality products.

Impressed with the groomer, who obviously has extensive experience with dogs and had a naturally gentle manner in handling my old terrier who had never been in the shop previously. The shop is clean, and organized, and has no disagreeable odor. We now have an appointment for our other dog for a complete grooming.

We had to bring our standard poodle, Leo here in order to fix what another groomer messed up. We were only expecting someone to just check him out and make an appointment but Savannah went above and beyond and fixed the issue on the spot! Both Dan and Savannah we're incredibly helpful and we are incredibly grateful. We have now found a new grooming home for out boy! Cannot express enough how happy we are.

I just drove 46 miles from Grapeview Wa. to have my 3 dogs groomed. When we arrived for the appointment that was confirmed two days prior, I was told "Oh hey, guess we tried calling you this morning". Well, there was no calls made, I showed him my phone. "Well? Maybe she dialed wrong", he said. I will drive to the moon for a good groomer. But with a business run like this I have no more faith. Apologies go a long way, not just a "But hey, I have an opening Friday!".

I found a stray dog across the street from Country Pet and Feed Shoppe, and I am so thankful they were there. Erica came out of the store and helped me catch him, and then held him in the store and took care of him until we could track down his owner.Please support this store - they truly care about animals.

Has a wash-Fido-yourself and a grooming service. Top of then line pet food available, so fine, humans are not worthy of it. But it'll cost ya!
