We arrived at 6:20pm to refill our propane tank. We walked in and asked the cashier to have someone meet us to fill the propane. She replied, “Sure, I’ll have someone right out there.” We then sat in our car waiting for someone. Finally at 6:32pm someone came out to tell us they close propane 30 minutes before closing. (Which would have been 6:30pm) Mind you we talked to the cashier at 6:20pm and it’s only two minutes past at this point. When we tried to explain that we did arrive before 6:30pm he didn’t care. He was unsympathetic. It’s sad when a company doesn’t care about customer service anymore. We won’t be back.

Great location with friendly helpful staff and a laid back, down-to-earth atmosphere. I do wish there was a wider selection of a few items, but that is far from a deal-breaker and is definitely made up for by the availability of other important items you can't generally find elsewhere. Highly recommend and will return!

I just found out today where is the best place to get propane refill. I searched around in Kent and found that Tractor Supply Co. provide the best price. I was able to filled a 20 lbs Flame King propane tank for $12.87. Folks there are friendly and I was services promptly. I was in and out less than 15 minutes. I'll definitely be back to refill in the future.

First time visiting and it's a great store. Wide variety of items and very friendly, helpful staff. Much appreciated. Also, the online purchase and pick up function is really convenient, because it takes the guess work out of stock. Picked up 40 lbs of pine pellets to use in the litter box. Same product as in natural cat litter, but at a fraction of the price.

Stopped by for a propane exchange. We were in and out in 10 minutes and the service was great. Kyle met us out by the exchange tank, filled up our old tank, and we paid right there. Quick and efficient, good price, and good customer service; can't ask for anything more! So much easier than the big box stores. Will definitely be back!

I can’t put my finger on exactly why I like this store so much. Maybe it’s partly because I felt like I discovered it, tucked as it is on a dead end street in the shadow of the valley freeway. There is an old-fashioned ambience. The help are pretty helpful. The carts run smoothly. I wish they had better control over deliveries of their own brand of pet food, because I like it but it’s not always on the shelf. I know I could call ahead but I like just popping in.Oh, there are good bathrooms.

This is the most racist store iv ever been in first my husband was looking at a bb gun for my son and the refused to sell it to him then today he was working got a order to pick up there and they refused to give him the order and was very rude. The funny part with the bb gun they told him they had none left then I want in 30 mon later and of course they had some never will I shop here

People, do not visit affordable clinics in Tractor Supply Co, they charge way more than normal animal clinics, but yeah tractor supply it self is awesome and great people and nice customers service.Thank you

Staff are fairly friendly. Selection is poor and there was little on the shelves. But, the most disappointing is that they are not enforcing any mask wearing at all, not even a facade. I don't really care for myself since I have protected myself, but I went in with my 8-year-old daughter expecting that people would be wearing masks to protect her because she doesn't have any choice on protection. I don't recall any customers wearing masks, not even pretending, not one in their hand or under the chin, just complete disregard. Most the staff were halfheartedly wearing their masks. I would have chosen NOT to go to this store had I known this would be the case, but since there is a mask mandate in effect I didn't know I would be walking into a trap with my kid. I give two stars because the staff were generally friendly and they had the dog food brand I needed, but nothing else I needed and very disappointed that there was zero regard for the safety of others. The store was dishveled and a mess. I regret even purchasing the dog food and will not support a business who disregards the safety and health of their customers and staff, and the rule of law.

Don't get propane here. They are very lazy and they lie. I made the mistake of coming back. They charged me for 10.18 gals when the tanks only hold about 9.4 total. Ans they charged more than the advertised price!!!!! Worst managed store I have ever seen. They will be out of business soon. It's a shame because it's a great store.

I’ve been going to TS for awhile now for pig food/dog food/ random household needs and their staff is always so helpful. Everytime I bring the pups in the staff is so quick to help me with carrying anything while my hands are full. Also, Mark has exemplary customer service! My husband and I refuse to go elsewhere!

I love that store. My husband loves that store too. I especially like it that they aren't jam packed. I mean it's probably not good for them & they probably want jam packed for their business. However, I'm an old school and I like too just go into a store setting that's not too empty but not too packed. Thanks

I called to ask if they sold a certain type of lightbulb and if it was on stock ( due to the website saying they did). The lady who answered the phone replied "I am the only one at the front and I can't go look."GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE👍

This was my first time here. I was impressed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store was nice . Looks like you could find just about everything you could need . I was there to pick up dog food. I ordered online which made my visit very fast. If I didn't have a list of things to do I would have spent a lot of money on many things I saw. I must go back.

As I can tell today 4/24/21. There were maybe 3 people working. One cashier and two other people. They were really friendly but overwhelmed. I had to wait about 45 minutes for an indoor pickup. Not a good way to run things on a busy day.

Came here to get propane tanks filled, something I didn't know they did until now! They have a good price on it, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Store is clean, organized and we'll stocked. Easy to get to, right off Washington State Highway 167.

For truck drivers delivering to this store for the first time, this location sucks big time. Scout it out on Google maps beforehand. Definitely get here after everything is closed. The dock is a blindside parallel back in from the street.

Not a fan of the new management. Just glares and avoids anyone who isn't pretty and acts like customer service is above his pay grade. There's that and the store no longer stocks what I need. When asked I was told product x was just as good. Sorry but I don't feed my animals cheap filler. Taking my money elsewhere. If I am spending well over $5k a year on feed I am going to get the good stuff.

Tractor supply is a very useful establishment to go to..They are usually for your farming or gardening needs.They sell tools and farming supplies.A well put together and neat establishment. Always a pleasure to go here. :)

Very reasonable and comparable prices on a wide variety of pet food, work apparel, and tools. Really just too much to list. Definitely worth checking out if you've never been.
