They did a great job managing to get turf down in a very hard to reach place (the bottom of a ravine in my backyard). It's a very seep drop off and there are no access roads.I think this was a very unique, and difficult job, but they found a way to shoot the gravel down and install the turf afterwards.This is now a beautiful play area for my 2 boys.

From start to finish, Mike and his crew were fantastic!! Mike has been in the turf business for nearly 20 years, so I trusted him and his suggestions. Even though it was a small project for him, he treated it as if it was a huge back yard project. He knew what would work best for our needs and our BIG dog. We didn't expect to have the installation done so quickly, but because our yard is so small, we are now able to enjoy the turf for the holidays!! We couldn't be happier with the end product! Excellent customer service and very respectable installers! We highly recommend SynLawn!!

Everyone praises Lou, but he lacks the basics of effective communication. If you're ok with having to follow up multiple times and wondering when a crew will show up (because he won't proactively tell you), he is the guy for you. The only time I got responses from him was when I contacted their company headquarters. They offer lifetime warranty, but is it really worth it if you can't communicate with them?Upon telling him I was cancelling the order because of communication problems, his email response was, "That is fine…"Thanks for the professionalism Lou!

We cannot say enough about how excellent our experience was with Lou and SYNLawn. Lou was knowledgable about every single part of the process. Since our two children and dogs were to be rolling around on our turf, I wanted to know everything I could about the ingredients of the products we'd be using. Other companies we contacted either didn't know the answer or had no interest in finding the information for us. Lou had the information at the ready, down to every detail. The makeup of the turf, the infill, the certifications of the products. That alone gives him five stars.But then the execution of our project was perfect! And it wasn't an easy one. The workers had to access our yard through a flight of stairs using buckets-- it was laborious to say the least. But they didn't falter and the job was done quicker than I can even understand. And the yard looks great! Really an excellent company and Lou an excellent person.

We bought some turf from SYNlawn for our rental in Seattle and it was a great experience. Everyone was nice and prompt and for sure will hire SYNlawn to come back to reinstall another house this summer because I didn't have the time, took time to the right company to get the job done correctly. They were really Professional, honest and you could tell they really cared about the customer. Highly recommend this company! You want to have things done correctly? Hands down talk to Lou!

We reached out to several vendors in the area for an install in our back yard, and everyone was backed up for several months and we were getting discouraged that we wouldn't get it done this summer. I noticed a SYNLawn truck in our neighborhood one day, and I hadn't heard of the company before so I took their phone number and reached out to them that week. Within two days, they sent a tech out to visit with several samples and had a quote in my hands. I was told that the team could be out in the next couple weeks to complete the install. Wow!Everything from the tech visit to the install was smooth. I can't believe how great the yard looks. The install crew knocked out our yard in a single day. I really couldn't believe it. We started with an uneven, swampy mess, and ended with a perfectly graded yard that drains like a dream. I've tested the yard multiple times already after heavy rainfall and it's dry. My kids can play in our yard. care free for the first time we've owned our house. The best part is the lifetime warranty on the product (virtually every other company would only offer 10-15 years at most, and that's on the install and not the product Itself). Would highly recommend these guys!

I was in the market for a new putting green in our backyard. After getting estimates from three other companies I tried Synlawn Seattle. I had already laid the base for the putting green but the other companies didn’t seem to want to give me any credit for that. Arturo from Synlawn came out, gave me an estimate which took Into consideration the prep work already done. Consequently the estimate was a bit lower.The crew came out a week earlier than planned. TJ was the crew chief. Kyle, Lacho, and Alex were on his crew. Please forgive my misspelling of any names. They knew what they were doing, cleaned up their messes and left my backyard looking wonderful. I was included in pretty much all aspects of the build and they did exactly what I pictured. They seem to be a great company and stand by their work. I had a small bit of glue on the green that was missed on the initial installation. I called Arturo and within a day TJ had stopped by and taken care of everything. I would heartedly recommend this company to put in any kind of synthetic lawn you desire. I would use them again and I thank them for their work. Seems to be a great company.

We were very hesitant at first for wanting to put artificial turf in a backyard. However after working with Lou we couldn't be more happy! Lue took the time to work with my fiance and I and was very patient with us cuz we had lots of questions and wanted to make sure that we went with the right product especially we are going to be spending good money on artificial turf or sod and after going back and forth between everything we couldn't be happier that we went with synlawn for our Turff! Looks and feels just like real grass Lou and TJ the installer went above and beyond! Highly recommend them for anyone!

Met with Lou twice, then got no responses for 6 months and just got a refund check stating customer declined to move forward. Waste of a year, thanks. Would not recommend this company.

Lou has been sooo amazing - I was trying to get some grass for my dog Bella and didn't know what type :- Lou made it so easy for me. Bella absolutely loves her new grass - HAPPY!!
