Reber Ranch's self-service dog wash is an absolute gem! The convenience of having all the grooming tools available to pamper my pup at my own pace is fantastic. The price is unbeatable for the quality and ease it provides. A definite go-to spot for dog owners looking for a stress-free grooming experience!

Huge selection of pet supplies, nice and clean store, massive parking lot, great service, and somewhat fair prices. It's a little bit more expensive that shopping online but being able to go into a store, talk to an actual person and support local is hugely important. Everything is on amazon these days but we (society) tend to skip over local businesses and it's sad. Support this place, it's great. There's cats for adoption also. There was one when we were there and the adoption fee was only $30. She's sweet, shy, spayed and microchipped already. I almost brought her home for my roommate lol. Adopt Weasley!!

I moved my veterinary care for my dog here after a few bad experiences in other animal hospitals. I love this place and every one is super friendly and non judgemental. My dog has severe anxiety and he loves the techs here. Great selection of dog food and chicken supplies too.

Awesome location for any pet needs!We get most of our supplies for our 10 rabbits here, the compressed hay bales are a real life saver! Super nice staff, very helpfulPlease consider stocking the large bags of oxbow bunny pellets and some shredded bedding :) (then we can get everything here!)

Great place for assisting with dog training! I enjoyed that pet owners and employees alike here respect personal space and make sure to not let any dogs or kids that may interrupt those who appear to be training with an animal.Also:- cute designs for gear like leashes and collars- cute chicks with stuff you will need right when buying them if not before!- has a bathroom :)

Rebar ranch feed store. That's almost everything you need for your pet and farm animal. Personally I just use the dog wash. They provide everything you need even a treat for your dog at the end of the wash you can either do it yourself or you can pay more and have them do it.Always clean with 6 dog washing stations. That are cleaned right after you finish washing your dog.

Love this store and the staff, except for this morning. After coming every month for 2 years, I was scolded and asked if I could read after attempting to get my own little bottle of shampoo and conditioner because the lady seemed too busy with her own work to wait on customers. When they were still out of the shampoo I needed I elected to go buy a bottle of my own, apparently that isn't allowed either. I went and purchased a bottle at the register, came back to ask for conditioner and again got a lecture about reading signs.While I was making the purchase my husband got a lecture about starting to set up in a clean unused tub (2nd customers right at open) and that our dog was not "medium" and that he was a large. I continued to observe the lack of service as others started to come in.If you want to be the bath wash controller, maybe come out and help people and do your job. I'm a regular customer, I'm not out to mess up your cabinet or steal all your bottles.Thankfully another employee took over, who helped customers quickly and was friendly.Update: returned twice for a much better experience! De-shedding shampoo is back! Also some new tools and equipment on the visit this month. Really appreciate the efforts with service in the dog wash. Keep up the good work!

The lady at the front desk, was a young African American lady and was not welcoming or nice at all. She made me wait 15 minutes so she could verify the vaccines because something was “off.” Yet the next White couple that came in, she barely looked at the vaccine record.The groomer, was nice however all the services I requested weren’t provided. I asked for a nail trim and my dog’s nails were still long when I checked them at home. It makes me wonder if they actually performed all services I requested or they just over charged me. On top of that, it took her 4 hours to complete. My dog is less than 25 pounds with medium to long hair. I paid $78 + $10 tips. I pay less at Petco for more professional and fast service The only reason I decided to book with them is because Petco didn’t have an appointment soon and my dog really needed a hair cut and other services done

They always take great care of my babies. Recently, my dog oscar has to get very extensive dental and teeth removal and they loved on him and understood him. They provided meds for his pain and followed up to check in after surgery. I would recommend to family and friends

As a canine behavior coach and a pet parent, I so appreciate when a vet office is understanding and cooperative when it comes to helping dogs get comfortable at the vet’s office! Thank you for helping Phoebe have a “not-too-stressful” visit! We are also working on games at home to help her get more comfortable as time goes on. In the meantime, it’s great when vet techs have confidence with unsure dogs. This vet visit went better than the last one, and that’s my goal every time!

This is a well stocked pet store!I was able to find the dry dog food I like at a normal price, a new dehydrated food product I'm excited to try and a few other necessities like bulk dog treats!They had a huge selection on: toys, food, treats, supplements, and everything else you might possibly need to spoil tons of species of your loved animal family members! Ill definitely come back here, they do offer rewards programs for several variety foods here! Highly recommend!

Great prices and the friendliest staff. The self-serve bath is amazing and everyone who is there is very helpful. My dogs love going. Everything is always stocked and looking super nice and organized.Only wish they stocked the "Grandma Lucy's Artisan Grain-Free/Freeze-Dried Dog Food Pre-Mix" . They have all the flavors except this one!!!!! Need more just fruit and veggie options.

Stellar service, great grooming work. The staff are amazing and considerate. They work with my dog despite his anxiety and they were so good with him. They recommended pet food that is specifically for my dogs needs and health problems. Absolutely outstanding place.

I love it. It's got everything about animals.You can even go up there and ask them what to use for babys And if you just started and it's going to get your first baby or first animal, you can ask some of the customers and they really would help out.

Took my golden doodle in for her 1st grooming. Here is before and after. To be fare she had a lot of matting. Yes it's the same dog LoL.Also you should know that they track your dogs health records. I brought my dog to get groomed (no vet visit) she has a different vet. I received many emails reminding me of her shots are needing to be updated. This is their policy. This may not be a big deal for some I post this for your information. As for me I will be looking elsewhere for my grooming needs.

Both doctor and tech were kind, friendly and professional. They treated my little Stanley with patience and persistence. Visit cost was quite reasonable, office and exam spaces were spotless and well-maintained. Great visit!

I went there today and bought flea medicine for my cat. At 37.00 for one application got home to apply it and the cap wouldn't come off. And the medicine was leaking under the cap.I called them they said it must be faulty manufacturing and they wouldn't return or exchange it. That i had to contact the manufacturer to get my money back.But i was more the welcome to come buy another one.That is horrible customer service. It's not my fault i bought a defective one from there store.Don't buy anything there unless you know no matter what its not returnable and your good with thatThey should have a sign saying all sales are final

Wonderful pet and feed shop.Update:Been taking our golden doodle to the groomer here for the past year or so. They have had some turnover with groomers which is understandable however the person at the front desk consistently makes me feel like I am an inconvenience or am putting them out. My appointment was changed it was not reflected in the app that I was told to use. I checked the app yesterday and it showed I had an appointment today the 27th. I was told that I was wrong and the appointment was next week. The time next week will not work and again the person at the desk made it clear I was wrong. She makes me feel like a stupid person who was a horrible inconvenience. I will definitely not be returning for grooming and will likely find a new place to buy dog food and propane.

We got six baby chicks and a good size bag of chick grit plus a dog toy for under 50 bucks! Their chicks are adorable and healthy and they had a dozen or so different breeds to choose from. I would rather go to reber ranch then coastal any day

We have a big 109 lb. Golden retriever Aussie mix and he had an accident at the vet's office. He's too big to wash at home and it was way too coldReber Ranch has great hours, even on Sundays. You really cannot beat the deal here. Warm water plenty of towels. Lots of treats and toys readily available for purchase as well. All shampoos are included in the wash fee. We will be bathing Wilson here from now on. He was happy and comfortable. Thank you Reber Ranch.

First time visiting this store. Walked in and all the workers we crossed path were friendly and helpful. Came in for the self dog wash and I loved it. The lady working their was very helpful and stayed 20-30 minutes after 7. I didn’t know the dog wash closed an hour early. But she was willing to wait. The dog wash has everything you need. I brought my 2 furry dogs here and it won’t be the last of seeing us. Thank you Reber Ranch.

I never leave bad reviews, but I have never experienced such poor customer service in my entire life. First time coming here and I scheduled to have my dog groomed a month in advance. I sent his vaccination records and no one emailed me telling me that it wasn’t sufficient, so I assumed everything was fine. I got a voicemail the day prior just asking to confirm his appointment. Absolutely nothing about his vaccination records! When I arrived 5 minutes late(because I have a 4 year old who makes it a struggle to get anywhere on time) I learned that I accidentally sent on old vaccination record, so I left to try to find the updated forms in my email. Once I came back 15 mins after my appointment with the correct forms they said even though you have shown proof that his vaccines are updated they could no longer take him cause I was too late (I was 5 mins late) and I’d have to be rescheduled even though he’s a teacup poodle. The tiniest dog there is to groom. They are obviously scheduling way too many dogs in a day if they can’t have a little flexibility on arrival time and especially for a first time customer?!

Reber Ranch has SO much to offer. I’ve photographed a client who boarded her horse there and the facility is so gorgeous. The photos turned out amazing thanks to the beautiful natural backdrop that the grounds has to offer.
