Took over 15 mins to get checked in, one of my pups was cut too low and the area around his face and tail were pretty much butchered and his ears were still wet when I picked him up. My girl's cut was uneven and her face looked terrible. They said she was nipping when they were trying to trim around her face which is odd because she has never done that anywhere else I've taken her. I paid for the shampoo/conditioner upgrade and they smelled like other dogs instead of fresh and clean. The refund process to apply a 20% discount took 20 minutes because of some upgrade to the system. Everyone was nice but the overall experience was very unpleasant.

Made reservation- described dog - elderly. When we arrived they rejected grooming her because she is elderly. She’s in good health for an old gal, but sight is slightly diminished. This should be communicated. Bad business practice.

The first time I brought my dog here I was frustrated with the way the staff handled things by having my puppy sitting there for 3 hours with no service done after I had scheduled an appointment. When I went to pick her up I was explained everything that happened and felt a lot better about the situation. It seemed there was just some miscommunication. It’s been a few months since that incident and I’m bringing her back so that speaks for its self! My puppy seems to like the staff and really enjoys the grooming experience here.

Our 5 month old lab had his first visit for a wash and toe trim/buff. I was nervous leaving Bruno, but he did very well while he was there. When I got back to pick him up, he was still getting his pamper on. His tail was wagging and I could tell he was extremely happy and in good hands. We will definitely be back and thank you so much for your loving care. It really shows and peace of mind has no price when it comes to our animal companions! Thanks again from the Mueller’s!!!

I have been taking my Bell (Dog) there for years now and the only person that I trust there to do her hair cut and bath is Alice. She is awesome know how to treat dogs and is very friendly and even sends me reminders of when it is time for Bell's hair cut and if she will be out on vacation as well. She is what I call a PRO!!!! Thank you Alice!!!!!

I was given a bit of a hard time to hear that it was corporate policy to NOT groom dogs over 12 years old. My dog is over 15 years old and was last groomed a few months ago. I see no reason for this arbitrary decision. We all understand, as pet owners, that sudden death of a pet can happen at any time. We should all be willing to sign a hold harmless waiver if a pet our pet is over 12 years old and allow the groomer to groom our dogs. Just to let you know, we had a 5 year old dogs that we had was in our family room with us while we were watching TV, The dog got up, stood still, and summarily dropped dead in front of us. The dog either had a massive heart attack or stroke. Please review you policy regards your restrictions on pet grooming of older dogs.

I was scheduled at 845. No one assisted me other than to tell me the store was not open and directed me to a very small area. No chair. A barking dog non stop tied to a wall. No one around. Finally asked an associate 18 mins into my adventure and they went in back as no one had ever come out in the grooming area. They found out the employee wasn't even at work. Showed up and began assisting me at 8:18. No Apology. No kind greeting. Just started typing. With that said my pups toe nails were very long! They did a great job on the dremeling job!Did I tell you it took them three messages...and a conversation with the front of the store to schedule this? You decide?

Obviously, Loki came home looking great! We were to the store a few minutes early; but were ushered right in and taken care of. The office staff had to handle a problem with the sliding doors of the store malfunctioning; but it was done well. I was able to make a little change in the plan- left his hair a bit longer- and the person who I was talking to asked several questions about some of the details of what I wanted. She did as we had planned and Loki was not stressed when I picked him. We will certainly be back again.

Alyce always does an excellent job citing my dogs (baby) hair. I don't know how she does it, but she always gets the hair's so short around her mouth. She is the only one that I'll go to to cut Baby's hair!
