This place is great! Great selection of quality cat food at comparable prices. I can't personally speak for the dog food, but I'm sure it's the same story. Customer service here is top notch. They are super nice, friendly and helpful. Also knowledgable about pet nutrition and the products they carry.

I’ve been in here before to get a collar for my new cat and was greeted with excellent customer service. Tonight though, the owner went above and beyond. I sent my husband in for a cone because my other cat has sensitive skin and I had recently switched his cat food so he was licking himself raw. I didn’t have the money for a new bag of cat food at the moment and when my husband explained this to the owner he gifted us a bag of cat food. I will be forever grateful to him and I won’t be buying my pet products anywhere else here on out.

Small, locally owned pet-store. Very friendly staff that will answer any questions you have and give suggestions.Very well stocked niche pet foods like grain free, high protein etc from brands like Blue Buffalo, Blue Wilderness, Earthborn, Dave's Naturally, Wellness are just a few examples I can think of.

Walmart has the same leashes for half the price... I had mentioned that I lost two leashes recently... when he was ringing me up I mentioned “wow, Walmart has the same leashes for half the price... but it’s okay no biggie” (which is true on both counts) then the guy ringing me up (older man, well spoken, with glasses) said in an insensitive and condescending voice- “well if you’re gonna keep losing them there’s no point really” like it was funny to him. Anyway. I stayed polite cause I know there are people this way about their business at times. But I did feel it was inappropriate and unnecessary. So I “just said never mind it’s okay” very politely and in a perky voice told him I appreciate it and I left. His comment all be it logic in his view, regardless was expressed in a “smart tone”. Not how you should speak to customers trying to support local businesses (which was all I was trying to do). I won’t come here again. Keep in mind I do leave a decent amount of reviews and that’s only to express when I really appreciate the service. It takes a certain level of discontent and dissatisfaction for me to actually leave a bad review. Honestly I don’t even know if I have before this. But this warranted that.

Great little place , Always really nice . There prices are very close to any of the big pet stores . For example I buy wet food for my two cats here from time to time and it's $1.19 here and $.99 at mudbay witch is across town , so buy 5 or 6 for a few cents more is totally worth it . Last thing , the quality of products are great. I like feed my pets a good quality food .

This is the only place I shop for my cat, lots of food selections. Consistently friendly and always ready to help the customers walking in or just letting you shop on your own. Recommend.

I can't believe this Mike guy is the owner! He's so rude. Have been in here several times over the last few years as I liket to try and buy local when I can. If you don't want to take his advice, he just shuts down and doesn't listen any further. I was looking for some low phospate, low protien foods for my kidney disease cat and all he kept saying was, that food is crap. Well, yes, I know that but at this point it's just important that she eat and that it be one of the foods on this list. He begrudgingly showed me a couple, when I said my cat wouldn't eat that kind he just said well thats all we've got and walked away. I searched on my own for 10 more minutes and found a couple other foods that were on my list while he sat behind the counter and glared at me like I was going to shop lift or something. Also needed dog food, ended up spending $62.50 and he didn't even offer to help carry out the 30 pound bag of dog food to my car. Prices are no bargain either. You can get actual customer service for the same pricing minus the attitude at Mud Bay or even PetSmart. We're done here!

They went above and beyond for me, as I arrived just at 7pm as they were closing. The woman who saw me at the door ushered me in and was so nice about the entire exchange. This was my first experience and it definitely won't be my last as this completely made my night!

If I could give 0 stars I would! I will never recommend anyone or ever step foot in this store! Went in with my daughter to look at food for the puppy we will be getting, knowing the parents have food allergies. I asked the owner if most or all puppy food has grains in it. He told me yes and no then asked why, I told him the parents have food allergies so he would most likely have them too. His response, I wouldn't get that dog, get another one, why would you waste your time with a dog with problem's. I've been a dog groomer for over 12 year's and have worked with a number of vet's so know not only what I'm getting into but how top care for the puppy. I've never met someone so rude that works with animals in any way. Horrible customer service and manners

Absolute crap. Spent a half hour on the phone with a lady last week, trying to figure out when I could get my Golden Retriever in for grooming. She said they don't do large dogs in the morning because of the time involved, and I needed a morning appointment. She said she'd just come in and do it on her day off, and I thought "wow, what service". I show up today and the owner is working the counter. He doesn't have the appointment down, calls the girl that booked the appointment, who says she never booked anything. The owner says he believes the girl, and there's nothing he can do for me.Absolute, 100% crap. I will be recommending all of my friends steer clear of this place. Professionalism is a lost art, and I'll dance for joy when one more "owner without a clue" goes out of business.

This is my favorite pet food store. Everyone is very nice and friendly. If you have a question they're always able to give you an answer a good suggestion. They have Healthy Pet Food.
