I've been a Reber Ranch customer for years and their excellent customer service extends to this satellite store.We used the grooming service and Sara went above and beyond to give us an amazing haircut and grooming.Of course they have a huge selection of products, vet services and knowledgeable staff that clearly love their jobs.Highly recommend!

We LOVE this place! Our dog Harry usually freaks out when we go to any groomer, except Pet Central. He does not freak out! His tail actually wags! Also, yesterday I was trying to get my 1 year old out of the car and get the dog situated and one of the employees actually came out to ask if I needed help- customer service award! How sweet are they! We adore this place and everyone that works here. Not to mention they are reasonably priced. We took Harry to the Dog Spaw one time for grooming and it was almost $200 for a simple wash, dry, cut, nail trimming; insanely expensive. For the same services at Pet Central it was $90.

Every time I walk in with my pup I am greeted and helped the store is well stocked and clean .The associates are well educated on most of the products in the store and always smiling .I recommend this local pet store for all your furry friends 😄

I went to one of their new vets for a particular concern -bean sized lump on the cheek of my dog.The vet said "I have not seen such thing before". She was not able to open my dog muzzle and to examine her, she was not able to weight my dog .I was told we will give you a call next 23-34 h Nothing happen.I went to the clinic requesting the medical record and for my surprise the receptionist gave me estimate for a spay. I was reasonably upset and the manager on duty was not helpful at all . When I was given the requested medical record for the cheek problem (without any excuse for the above mistake )it turned out that the price is the same.This place charges for a cheek numb+ sedation+fna+ cytology the same price as spaying!!!!I This is insane.THE MEDICAL RECORD WAS FULL OF MISQUOTES FOR WHAT I SAID DURING THE EXAM.MENAWHILE MY DOG STARTED COUGHING AND THE LUMP ON HER CHECK GOT BIGGER.THIRD DAY I STILL WAIT FOR A FOLLOW UP CALL...WILL NEVER USE THEIR NEW VET AGAIN.

Becca did such a great job with my dog Bear. Bear is gentle but shys away from everyone but me. I was surprised when I came in to pick him up and he was happily sitting on Beccas lap at the computer. Greatest groom ever --7 days later he still looks and smells great. Highly recommend and so thankful for the loving care he receives at Pet Central.

The shop is well organized, clean, and they offer a great selection of toys, treats, high quality foods for both kitties and pups. It's much more convenient to come here than to head across the valley also. The staff is quite friendly and always helpful.

I recently adopted my foster dog from the streets of Mexico. Your store staff and groomer, Ashley E have been amazing! Store staff has recommended chews and Ashley E was able to provide the comfort and safety my dog needed for grooming. Customer service is terrific!! Thank you all!!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I took my dog there last year for the first time to get his nails done and it was painful for me to watch. There were 2 ladies. A younger one and an older gal. I watched to make sure my dog did ok, but my dog wasn't treated the best by the older lady. He was terrified and she jerked on him and yelled at him. I was almost in tears. That was the last time I ever step foot in that place. Pets don't deserve that treatment.

Best customer service you will ever receive anywhere. I was out of town with my senior parents house sitting for us when they ran out of dog food. I did an online order for pick up and when I couldn't remember the name of a snack I called their store and they were able to locate the item so I could order the correct one. Then when one of the items were out of stock they called me and let me know and suggested an alternative. Oh, and the order was ready in 10 minutes for pick up!!!They also have a fantastic loyalty program that gives you a free bag of pet food after an amount like 10 or 12 bags.Oh and they are a LOCALLY owned business. Plus their prices are highly competitive with other stores too. Why would you shop anywhere else?Just do it shop at Reber Ranch and Pet Central!

Super knowledgeable, personable staff who recognize me and my dog whenever we come in! Really feels like a family of animal lovers. The shop feels clean and orderly. While products may be overall a little pricier than at big box stores, they are of a higher quality than most places and their membership program is bomb!

Went in for a cat collar, came out with a bunch of great advice and lots of shared pet pictures! Stopped here on a whim and really glad i did. They have a decent selection and the staff from getting to leaving were really awesome! Their vet clinic offers preventative and checkup services but they're partnered with another vet who does the surgeries too.Prices were good and the store was easy to navigate!If you're in the area and need great personalized pet help stop in and see them!

The customer service here was AMAZING!!! I was trying to find a harness for my dog and the ladies took time to try several harnesses. They even got down on the floor with me and my dog and helped find a harness that was perfect for my dog. I really appreciated this because I was overwhelmed with all of the different options. I will definitely be going back for anything my dog may need in the future 😊

They carried my cat's favorite food and then discontinued. I understand it was the manufacturer who actually stopped making it. Staff was very helpful in trying to find and alternative food choice for my my picky eater kitty. Luckily what they offered me was a success. I've seen a lot of furry children visiting and getting treats from the staff for good behavior. Very friendly an upbeat employees.

We went in today for the first time and left very impressed. Aside from the large selection of products and the great prices, we had the best customer service. We were helped by Candace, she was so informative and very knowledgeable. She gaved us excellent and helpful advice. We will definitely be back, and will continue to shop here mainly because of Candace who left a lasting impression on us.

We always have the friendliest experience here. The staff are all very obviously pet lovers and quite knowledgeable. I love being able to come talk and all questions, try products out and let my pooch pick herself a treat, especially after a trip to the groomer in-store. She's always spoiled and adored! You might be able to find cheaper items online, but I love supporting this local business for their knowledge and selection right there, rather than having to guess and not get what I need.

I took my dog for a 1:00grooming I came back at 2:30 and the groomer Ashley hasn’t even started yet she decided to do another dog first even tho our appointment was at 1 she couldn’t even come out or call to let us know it would be longer. We ended up taking him home because she was still going to go take her lunch come back THEN start on him. They were not kind at all or responsible which is sad I expected the environment to be more like Reber ranch but definitely nothing like that.

I used the selfie bath station for my dog Cooper.This was awesome- everything was at hands reach to wash- condition- ear clean- paw clippers- towel- blow dryer and apron! So affordableThe staff were very helpful
