They did major repairs on my 2007 Glastron. Outdrive was shaking at low speeds and needed new u joints and gimbal bearing. They also fixed a bunch of other small stuff. Took boat out to lake and it's better than new! Fixed in a timely manner and at a fair price. Would highly recommend them!! Thanks for getting my boat fixed!!

This place is a little out of the way from where I live but they do great work. I came in after my boat died on the lake. Even though they were extremely busy during the summer months, Tori said if you bring it in we'll take a look. Their Seadoo mechanic Dusty who does all the work on my boat took care of the issue. Time to enjoy the lake again before the summer ends.Another satisfied customer!

We had the absolute best experience with Gonnason Boats! Tori and Jerid helped us get into a brand new 18ft Viaggio pontoon. We weren't sure if it would fit in our garage, and Jerid made trips out to our house to confirm fitting and ensure we would be set. Beyond that, we were treated so well throughout the process - they know their stuff and were so informative along the way - no details missed through every step of the way. They took the time to answer all of our questions (there were a lot!) and ensured we had peace of mind with our purchase. I’ve been coming to Gonnason boats for years, and recommend everyone I know to come here too. Their staff is always friendly and helpful, detailer is amazing, and their service is next level. I recently bought a “new” used boat from them and the purchase process was stress free and smooth. When I picked it up, they had an awesome goody pack for me and even waited for me to show up since I was running late, after hours. Tori, Tyler and Jerid are always great to deal with and make you feel like you’re a part of their little Gonnason boat family. Kenny and Dusty are some of the best and most honest mechanics I’ve dealt with as well.To put it simple, just buy your boat, get your services and parts here, you won’t regret it! I did rental online. Young gentlemen greeted me outside (maybe owner). Told him I needed to rent trailer. He followed me in and in less than 10 minutes we were outside and he hooked up the trailer to my vehicle. I was very impressed. The man who assisted me was friendly and respected my time. Tori and crew are absolutely the best. I have my boat serviced, winterized, and stored there and they always do quality work. Costs always match the estimate for any work done, and they are quick to complete. Service is also outstanding. When I picked up my boat last spring, the trailer lights had stopped working. One of the techs took the time to find and fix a wiring issue and got me on my way in about 15 minutes, and with no charge. Always very friendly and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

TLDR version: awesome people, amazing products, and I still can’t believe the deal I got!Full version: I’m not a regular reviewer but was inspired here by the high quality of my experience. Our family with young kids bought a new-to-us 20 yr old boat from Tori and her team this spring. It’s September now, and my wife just told me I “bought the right boat!” From the test drive in March to hosting friends and sunset cruises in September, the boat was a dream all season. I’ll never deal with Craigslist characters or volume resellers again after buying from Gonnason. They were meticulous about pre-inspection and maintenance, even fixing-up creature comfort things on an older boat that I would have forgotten to ask about. They were kind and courteous and the team remembered me when I strolled in weeks later to buy some supplies. They were honest, disclosing the few little things about the boat that weren’t perfect (she’s 20 after all). That’s it. Full endorsement.

We bought a new boat last year and we use Gonnason for storing our trailer during the summer and the boat/trailer over the winter. We could not be happier with the service there. Everyone we have worked with there (family business) is friendly, knowledgeable, dependable and professional. When the summer was over last year, they met me with our trailer at Alki boat launch, we drove the boat there, they helped us load it and too the boat back to their spot. It was so easy and took so much stress out of it. They the. Cleaned it perfectly (it was moored in salt water all summer), winterized it and wrapped/dry stored it.This season, I worked with Tori the Monday before Memorial Day weekend asking if they could unwrap, test, prep our boat and again deliver our boat to us at Alki. Busy week for them but they were so quick to respond and was able to do it. Tori stopped and filled the tank with gas, launched our boat, and took off! It was so easy and allows us to just enjoy the boat. They offer so many services but what make the great, is the people that work there. They take away so much of the stress of that comes with owning a boat. I would and DO recommend them for any service the offer, if you have a boat!

Tori was amazing, she held the boat for us without a deposit because we were coming from out of state to look at the boat. She also answered my countless questions about the boat and set tons of detailed pictures so there were no surprises when we made the 5 hour drive to pick up the boat.I would absolutely recommend Gonnason Boat to anyone looking to buy a boat. I rented a U-Haul from Gonnason Boats over the weekend and was very impressed with their company. Another U-Haul location had cancelled my appointment without telling me and sent me to Gonnason without transferring my reservation. I had movers standing around getting frustrated and I was desperate. The woman at the front desk at Gonnason starting working with me 20 mins before they even opened. She found several solutions to my problem and once I chose the one I preferred, I was on the road within 5 mins. Very simple check out/check in and phenomenal customer service. Can't vouch for their boating related services but I'm sure they are equally fantastic!

I recently purchased a previously owned boat from Gonasson Boats.I was impressed with this extraordinary family business. Every element of working with this group of family members (which included Tory, her husband, her brother and others) exceeded my expectations.The purchase included a sea trial on Lake Meridian where the two marine mechanics presented and rode in the boat with me and my son. They found and discussed their plans to correct two minor issues on the spot.The store sold me the boat and allowed for storage on their lot for as long as it took me to find moorage and move the boat with my truck.Then, as I moved the boat from Kent to the Lake Washington boat ramp at Magnuson Park, somewhere in that 40 mile highway trip the aft snap-on boat canvas managed to blow off the boat——and I never saw it happen or notice it was gone until I got to Magnusson Park.I was very discouraged that this happened. I reached out to Tory via phone call immediately and she volunteered to immediately go drive the highway to look for it. This offer alone was a huge comfort since I was a long way away and had to get my boat launched and moored before dark.The final blessing came when Tory called me within 30 minutes telling me she found the missing canvas cover on the highway roadside.And….she took extraordinary risk to recover it in the moving traffic on Highway 167.This is simply a humbling experience to be given such a helping hand. It was a freak occurrence that was of no fault of anyone…..but, the Gonasson Boat team responded to my despair with kindness and an unusual effort to help me.I could not thank them enough.I only can say for all to hear that any opportunity to do business with Gonasson Boats will be an experience you will cherish.Thank you Tory, and the whole team and Gonasson for adding joy to my life!Andrew Koss

I can not say enough good things about Gonnason.We had a nightmare scenario purchasing a boat from a different dealership (lied to, scammed, everything). Our boat was sold to us with a leak and several other things wrong with it.A leak repair is tough to identify, and Gonnason repeatedly took the boat to the lake to verify the fix was complete. We're finally going to be able to get out on the water this summer and I can't thank Gonnason enough.They've earned a customer for life.

She is a straight shooter, no BS. If she says she is going to do something, she gets it done, period. Communication was top notch during the whole process. Tori and the rest of the crew at Gonnason's have gone above and beyond to fix our boat with fair pricing and the best customer service. We live all the way down in Olympia and still bring it to Gonnason's because we know they're the very best. We are beyond appreciative of the service we received from Gonnason Boats this week on our jetski! This is a very popular, highly rated company, and the repair shop was booked out several weeks...however, the office manager, Tori, went above and beyond to squeeze us in for repair after telling her of our situation - we recently purchased two used jetskis for our two sons, who have nothing to do for fun right now (besides Xbox) due to COVID. And unfortunately, we purchased a lemon from a private seller - after two times out on the water, the impeller and wear ring blew out due to improper installation and maintenance. My kids were stuck in the middle of Puget Sound and luckily had a tow rope / so my 12-year old had to tow his brother to shore. Tori coordinated the service from beginning to end and made us feel like family.We won’t go anywhere else besides Gonnason’s for servicing of both our jetskis and our boat from now on - thank you Tori, you put a huge smile on my boys’ faces and we are very grateful!! 😊

Have to tip my hat to Tori (sales) and Dustin (Technician) for the great service in my purchase of two 2008 SeaDoo RXT 215's. Great experience on all aspects. I was considering buying used from private parties, but these beauties became available and I had confidence buying from them knowing I could trust their business reputation. They had gone through both machines, checking every detail and were able to demonstrate that the Seadoos were in great working order with a test demonstration in their onsite water tank. Both were very accommodating regarding my schedule, demonstrating their operation and addressing the small details. Very positive experience.

Bought a boat, Tori was great, did not haggle the price, because I was supposed to get a few things fixed, and some accessories that were not present at the time. Mooring cover, spare tire and wheel for the trailer, at which time they would fix the broken mounting studs, the shower nozzle that was missing was going to be replaced, and the table that was missing... they never came through on ANY of it. I was written 2 tickets for operating the boat on expired temp tags due to the fact it took them 6 months to get the title to my bank, then could not register the boat, so the refunded me the licensing costs, and I got to spend 2 hours at the licensing department to get it registered. After 5 hours of operating it, the boat was in another shop, the oil had never been changed, original fouled spark plugs, dirty out drive oil... (I was told all maintenance had been performed) I had made over a dozen attempts to remedy these problems over the past year and a half, and now that I live across country I doubt I will ever be made whole. My advise would be to take your business elsewhere. I should have got a lawyer involved, but I was hoping they would make it right. I was wrong.
