Not the same as it was years ago although owner does good job making the place look nice.Major things to note are:parking: went mid day on a Sunday and it was tough going. Almost seems like there isn't enough parking for them to be at full capacity which I suppose is a good thing.Washers seemed new and they made quick work of my laundry.Tons of dryers and even though they look dated they work well.The bathroom did not have warm water so curious if any washers do.A fair amount of seating and tables. Carts are hard to come by.Would return here although likely not my first choice

Absolutely the cleanest looking, smelling and comfortable laundromat I've ever been in. The worker there was extremely helpful, polite, he was working all the time, a very nice man! I would highly recommend this place to EVERYONE!!! You won't be sorry. It's nice to feel safe when you're in a place like this, and I felt very comfortable and safe!

Very clean laundromat that we appreciated coming to being out-of-state travel nurses. But this evening, when we arrived at 8:30. The employee greeted us at the doors and said that he will not let us in because although the sign says the last wash has to go in by 9 PM he said it was too late.

Attention Owner/Manager, outside this laundromat window it says last washer load by 9 pm we got here at 8:30 and our loads were running by 8:45pm as soon as we got here the worker, short heavier Mexican guy said it was late and he closes at 10 he was rude about it and I asked him if he wanted us to leave and he just shrugged his shoulders as being annoyed and murmured under his breath 😒. I got pissed and continued with my wash. A few other people came after me but he did not tell them anything.

Excellent customer service. I have been going to this laundromat for almost 2 years now. It is reasonably priced and good working machines. I have never had an issue until a two days ago I had a woman steal my kids items and the owner helped me so much to identify this woman. Very thankful that this Business owner is caring & helpful. Also watch out tri cities for this local theif. Please contact the police if spotted.

Washers worked perfectly fine, but dryers suck. I put in 2 dollars to dry, on high heat and my clothes were still wet. Ended up taking my clothes to dry somewhere else. Will never dry there again!!!!

Alright place to do your laundry. The dryers are the worst. They do not dry your clothes. Also most washers leave your clothes extra wet. Usually leave with wet clothes. Take extra money for dryers.

Very clean and smelled good. The gentleman was picking up the messes that people left on the grounda and he was very polite and smiling. Very reasonable prices and it has some snacks and games. SIDENOTE - people need stop throwing their trash on the ground, there are plenty of trash cans.

Laundromat is relatively clean and well maintained. They advertise free WiFi but have no signs posted on how to access it. They recently raised the price of a regular wash by 28.6% which is an exorbitant increase in my opinion. The washers don't spin the clothes very dry which wastes $ in the dry cycle.

Clean, well kept. Washers/dryers are reasonably priced. Takes about 6-8 rounds of the dryer to get completely dry, but not too much of a concern if you're aware of it. Lots of places to fold dry clothes and sit while waiting. Great place!

Super clean and well maintained laundry mat! Make sure you check the bowl for clothing items sticking to the side!Prices for washers range on size and I think the largest costs $7 but I could be wrong.The large dryer is $0.25 for 5 minutes of drying while the smaller ones are $0.25 for 7 minutes.

Getting tired of taking all day to wash my bed linens, having to use washer loads just to finish one bed I decided this year I was going to try a laundromat for the first time since my 20s when I was a college student. I hated laundromats with a passion back then. I did my Google Review research. This one was leaps and bounds the best rated. So I gave them a try. My first experience (today 01/26/23) was very pleasant. Took me just a little over an hour whereas at home it would've taken the whole day so thumbs up there. It was incredibly clean which was another thumbs up. I was amazed at how many washers and dryers they have and an ENTIRE ROW of dbl load heavy duty machines. Impressive. I go for the hvy duty washers. I choose Level 5 @ 6.50 a load for a 44 min wash. It's more like a 35 min wash, not 44 minutes. Once the wash was complete the spin cycle did not spin well, items were still pretty wet. Not so impressive especially when there are quilts and I'm thinking how much it will cost to dry out all that excessive water that a good spin should've taken care of. It's .25 per 5 minutes of dryer heat. I put those very wet quilts each in their own dryer at 35 minutes. I was amazed they dried on 30 minutes. The other linens I dried at 25 minutes and they dried as well. The only thing is, the 35 min dryer finished almost to the exact 5 min mark the 25 min dryer ended, so that dryer is off by 5 mins. But still VERY PLEASED and impressed. All-in-all this was a good first time experience. Those reviews are spot on. The down side as with anyone who runs its business well, word gets around thus it fills up super quickly. When I got there, there were only two other people besides me, but just over an hour later the place was packed. Lastly, those dryers really should spin better and the timers on both, washers and dryers need to be corrected.Otherwise we aren't getting all we paid for. No one likes to be cheated even if it's only a quarter. Those quarters add up over time. So the washer shaved off 8mins and the dryer 5mins, so that there is already a loss out of my pocket of 75cents PER LOAD. So you see what I mean , in a years time that's a whole lot of quarters. Could've been 5Stars if not for that.

Washed clothes, dried clothes, went home to fold it. Honestly I hate all laundry mats, they are full of people all day long, I hate crowds of people, and I don't like washing clothes in public Laundry Facilities. But it wasn't the laundry mat fault. It was clean fairly well, the machines worked well and it was about the same price as all the other laundry mats around town but they all are expensive

I came here from Michigan and this was the first place I came to wash my clothes. I had 2 baskets to wash. I brought one in and started put them in a washer and went back to get my other one, only to find out my clothes were removed from the washer. This was very unprofessional and unfriendly, even if it was a customer or someone working there. Unprofessional if it was a worker there and unfriendly if it was a customer. Never again will I come here.

Wow, this place is AWESOME...the LARGEST washer was only $6.25 instead of $9+ anywhere else...the place was very clean...which is HUGE...they actually have someone working to keep it cleaned up :) will definately be coming back :)

I had not been to this laundromat since before COVID. I brought some quilts that do not fit in my machine. I want to commend the staff, namely Antonio who was working today, for keeping this business immaculate. He was most helpful getting me to the correct washer. The floors looked polished and I watched Antonio cleaning all the machines after each use. I hope your many customers are as impressed as I am. Thank you Tri City Cleaners & Laundromat and especially Thank you Antonio!

I always take my dry cleaning here for years. My son used to have his work clothes dry cleaned here. They always do a good job at reasonable prices. Customer service is excellent. Employees are nice. Small parking lot, but you're in and out quickly. They volunteer for Costs for Kids in the Winter. So involved in our community. I would recommend for all your dry cleaning.

This laundry mat is wonderful. It's so clean I can't believe it. I've never seen a laundry mat so clean. The staff is so friendly and attentive. The prices are reasonable. It's well lighted, so if you went there at night you could feel safe. It's 100 degrees out and it was very cool inside. Not like other laundry mats. The gentleman who worked there made sure the minute he saw a mess it was immediately taken care of. Even though there is a laundry mat closer to my home, I'll be going here instead. Happy customer!

Be prepared to spend a lot of quarters on the dryers. They dry very slowly.I've been to this laundromat a few times now and each time none of the washers spin the clothes all the way out so they still come out pretty darn damp so it takes twice as long in the dryer... I'll be going to the laundromat on Clearwater from now on... It's a small laundromat but the prices are reasonable and the machines all work correctly.

Its always clean so I cannot complain about that but... I came in literally 2 min after my timer went off. Why would a laundromat employee think it was ok to touch someone's things?! Glad other patrons were offended for us too and watched our things

Seems to be good, certainly efficient and standardized. But a little pricy, especially compared with the cost of the clothes.1/26/23: we have established a long-term relationship, and so far the joint has not disappointed me. I had quiet nice conversations with the Korean owner. The staff has a good attitude.
