This store just lost my business. I just drove two hours to get to Home Depot. I was there 30 minutes before they closed and was turned away because of a party. I have a critical job I’m doing tomorrow and now I cannot do it. This may seem like a minor issueto someone reading this but when you’re a small business and you go out of your way to drive two hours and it’s only option left to get turned away there’s no excuse for this Home Depot is too big to care anymore so I’m sure this won’t matter

2 times I tried to order curbside pickup, and after sitting in my car for 30 minutes I went and got the ONE item by myself at 0° while 4 guys stood at the front desk complaining that the girl who is their runner is behind on orders. It was a ghost town in there, and they should have been working too.

I have been to literally all of the home improvement "box" stores in the Tri-cities, but nothing compares to THIS Home Depot. There is something about the staff here, y'all...If you have a question, they have an answer or will point you to someone who does. They went above and beyond to help my hubby and I for paint, flooring and appliances. We even used their Pro Referral program for electrical and that was a fantastic experience. If you don't know where to start and who to consult about any projects, seriously come here first. Hopefully you get to interact with the great staff that we did!

We went through Home Depot for our Quartz counter tops, new smart fridge, and new convection double oven.The Good: Home Depot matched prices of other stores on the fridge and stove. The process for ordering the kitchen counter was fairly easy and we even got money back when they sent out the guy to measure our countertops.The Bad: Counter Tops were delivered by two guys that looks to be about 21-22. They were pretty talkative and I could hear them in the other room talking about questionable things. I didn't care as long as they installed my counter tops well. Which they did.EXCEPT, they dented my microwave, and also put a hole in my wall. And worst of all, they put a small scratch on my new fridge. I had offered to move it out of the way and they had refused, so I'm salty about that.The other bad thing is my stove. I ordered it and they said delivery would take 5 months. That was fine, as the kitchen was set to be done by then. Delivery date came, and I got notice I now have to wait another 3 months for it. I wish they would have told me originally it was on such a bad back order because the place they price matched it from had some in stock to deliver right away. Now I am going to be waiting another 3 months for a stove I paid for over 5 months ago...

It's a Home Depot. You know what you will get and their prices are lower than Lowes. This had a better selection than the one in Hermiston

Yes, I bought a air purifier there and they said they sell the filter for but they don't and every time I ask for one to give me the wrong 1.

yes, its hard to find staff to help you as they always seem to be short staffed.... although the ones that are there, who do offer help go above and beyond plus they are very knowledgeable with the how to's,, they give you good suggestions, plus they demonstrate they care about their job. Thank you for providing good service and prices.

Usually just deal with pro desk, they are pretty helpful. There use to be a few ol tymers working there that know their stuff.

I'm not sure the older gentleman's name but it is a tall older white man who works there and he is so nice and so helpful and I'm thankful for him being there when I was running around the store looking for a ton of different things. Pretty much all the workers here are nice he stood out that day and I'm sorry I don't remember his name.

I will not be back, Incompetency at large, ordered cabinets several days ago, they told us to be here at 9 AM and the cabinets would be ready, we arrived at “their” scheduled time to find out nothing has been pulled and ready, they tell me I have to move my truck three different times because They don’t know where they want me to park, 2 1/2 hours later still waiting, incompetency is at large at the......Kennewick Home Depot, management needs to go back to school and learn how to be more productive and have better customer care, I would not shop at this Home Depot.

I'd give 5 stars but it seems like no one works there- always overlooked when needing help then get bypassed, I always see the same handful of "employees" standing around talking knowing that me or someone else is in need of help, would still recommend but not highly (referring to the Hermiston Home Depot)

Good outdoor plant and furniture selection (posted this in July) I find the customer service at this Home Depot to be good! They always also have a good selection of Halloween and Christmas decorations and lights. Good bird/squirrel food and suet selection as well as various feeders/birdhouses.

My husband and I went to Home Depot in Kennewick to buy a fridge to be delivered to my parents who live a long way from an appliance store. We had no idea how to go about doing that, and employees at two other stores were of no help whatsoever. Thankfully, we went to Home Depot in Kennewick next, where Faith G helped us accomplish our mission. She is very friendly and is knowledgeable about any question you could possibly have about appliances -- whether it's about the appliance itself, comparison of brands, the delivery process, or products for keeping the appliance polished and looking beautiful. She clearly cares about her customers. She's a gem and a blessing! We know exactly who to look for next time we need an appliance!

The guy in painting section gets 5 stars, super helpful. The girls in the front cashier get 2 due to lack of knowledge. I used an affirm credit app to try and purchase my inventory and they said they only take physical cards...? So when a physical card doesn't work, do they turn away the customer? Or do they punch the physical cards information into the system manually?!! Yes they do it manually. Same thing they could have done with the online card! I swear kids nowdays have absolutely no education. Now I'm gonna be trying to figure out my lunches until my other job pays me. Thanks ladies for a 2 star experience....

I am always disappointed with the service. If it wasn't for the layout for me to get in and out quickly, I would never shop here. Lowes is a better hardware store.

Been here a lot of times and have always had awesome experiences. However, today marked something different that I absolutely enjoyed! I had placed a mobile order online and had never done so before. Valentina, a very cute and intelligent lady was extremely helpful! She showed me how to use the new pickup lockers which is absolutely awesome! Other than the awesome deals that the store has on Milwaukee products online, the in-store visits are where it is far more dangerous! I ended spending another load on Milwaukee tools plus some goodies. Gotta love Home Depot!

I truly love this store! I've gotten my paint, toilet seat, ceiling fan, garden gloves, lawn mower, vinyl, lumber, screws, and salt for the water softner. I mean, you name it Home Depot pretty much has it for your home. It's always clean, well organized, and very nice, helpful people that work here! They deserve all 5 stars good job guys!!

Great service, discount without asking, and as was struggling loading the plywood. An employee assisted till the end without me asking him as well. I offered a tip and kindly said, "no we don't accept tips. You can talk about your good experience online." So that's what I did!👌🏾😀

My husband and I fell in love with your pergola Hampton bay. You have it in the store and on line. We talked to someone one on line and in store they say we can't get it. The people we spoke to didn't offer when you might get them in. Why do you have it on display? Today we came in and bought flowers they where dry and drooping. I'll be going to a different store. Disappointed I love your store.

I would give less than a star if possible. We got ignored by over 5 employees, and we finally got our board cut to size and went to pick out a stain. The paint department guy told us we had the wrong one, went and grabbed the same stain, tried rubbing it on an already stained board to con us into thinking it was the same stain. All in all, out of the 10 employees we asked for help, only 1 was helpful in any way. I'd rather drive an hour to walla walla than come back here.

First we went into the store looking for a French patio door. The lady in that dept didn't even know what french doors were much less find them on the computer, she just said they were out. We checked on line and the home depot site says that the kennewick location had 4 in stock that can be picked today. So I call the store and I am told that if I was already told they are out then they don't have the any. I state that the website says I can pick one up today. He says the website is always wrong and that they must be out if that's what I was already told. I asked if he could just double check, to which he continued to argue until I was very persistent. He said he would transfer me but hung up on me. I also asked if I should go to lowes since it says on their website that they have some in stock and he yes if I wanted to pick it up today. We then drove 30 mins to the Hermiston OR location where the website said they had 6 in stock, which by the way they did have 6. Everyone jokes about the customer service at home depot but I've never experienced such balent disregard to customer service. Terrible

So I come here to get salt for our water softener once or twice a month and let me tell you this is the most annoying thing about the store. You park at one end because that's the entrance well when you finish shopping you have to check out at the opposite end that you parked at. So I guess what I'm saying is I think they could open some registers at both ends to be convenient for their customers! What do you say, I know I'm speaking for a lot of us. Also one more thing there's a Bush that sticks out when your Tryin to pull out when you're sitting right in front of Petco you can't see the cars coming from your right. If someone could do something with that before it causes an accident that would be great. Other than that thank you Home Depot for carrying almost a little bit of everything and always having such a clean store and very helpful friendly employees! This store is highly recommended!!!
