Super disappointed in this cake this is the only place I have ever gotten cakes from kennewick and pasco Albertsons and Safeway the last few times in kennewick just hasn't been it, it has always been really good service in the past but lately the service is sad really and now it reflects in thier work please management get these girls happy cause I love your guyses cakes, either way the cake was still so good just disappointed in the print they did and I didn't even get a call about it and no explanation except "im not the one who did it" smh ... whatever the problem is for these girls. I hope it gets better..

Cheap chicken Monday used to be a good thing. But the grossness I was given today was….🤢. Chicken had a nasty smell and taste (had to try). And why are you putting FRIED chicken in a PLASTIC BAG?!!? Every single piece that was on the bottom was SOGGY!! Like duh!! Close shop and go home.

I am not happy with the service that I got I was accused of stealing when I just stopped at the damn flowers to make sure that I was getting everything. So I put all my items back and then told the employee that accused me and another employee that I don't appreciate being accused of me stealing when I wasn't. They just lost my fing business. I don't steal for the damn record.

Not a fan as the prices are extremely high in all food departments....an 8 pacl pachage of unflavored gelatin was $21 outrageous! Prices of Produce was unrealistic 1 avocado was $5 not organic....does not have a keto good or specialty food section.....I ask the Cashier why not and they said they don't have space...that was a ridiculous answer....the other worker I ask said, "our company is not that smart" that response showed how much that worker thought o the company they work for.

This Kennewick Safeway had some of the best customer service I've ever experienced! The front-end manager (I think?) opened another checkout lane when she saw that there were people beginning to form. After I checked out, I was walking to customer service, and the clerk that was there walked off as I walked up. The same manager came right over and helped me there with PowerBall tickets. She was patient with me (I didn't know what my husband usually bought, but knew it totaled $30, and she helped me figure it out) and was overall fabulous! My only regret? I neglected to get her name. She deserves to be recognized.

Albertsons and Safeway will steal from you! Check your recipes and make sure the store discounts AMD the just for you digital coupons ring up. I waste my time on the App. Make sure I'm selecting the right store (Albertsons or safeway as they require difrent apps now). I'm using the correct phone number. I'm connected to store WIFI ect, and discounts won't apply. SAFEWAY WILL STEAL FROM YOU. CHECK YOUR RECIEPTS

I love the new update. The store is always clean and organized, cashiers are always super friendly and I’m always greeted by other employees throughout the store. BUT the deli department could really use a boost as far as customer service goes. I’ve went to the store countless times attempting to get a deli sandwich, breakfast sandwich or burrito made and almost every single time I was given an excuse as to why they couldn’t do it. The sandwich bar isn’t working so I can’t get a sandwich made…but they are literally making sandwiches as I stand there to put in the grab n go case. They don’t have this ingredient or that ingredient but I know they have the ability to go out and grab those items off of the shelves, they just choose not to. Out of all of the trips I made in an attempt to get an item made, I was only able to get something twice. It would be nice if the customer service in the deli department matched the rest of the store.

Wow, what an upgrade, I'm happy to see that they have their pop in sale, buy 2, get 3 free. Although some of their prices are still high if you find the deals, that's the only way to go, at least for me. The self check out is so nice that you don't have to put your items in your bag. You can scan them and leave them in your cart, which makes it really nice. It also explains what to you what to do next makes it easier for people like me 😀. Very clean and very friendly staff. Hopefully, it stays that way.Update: I was in there today again for their pop sale, which i would like to talk about. You should be able to come back the next day and get the same sell, but nope, only once per sale. But speaking of sale, why can't it always be that price? You would get more customers and treat everyone the same whether they have a Safeway card or not. Let's start giving back to the people who keep your doors open and NOT have to wait for a holiday to get a special on certain items. I do want to say today that going through the self check, Victoria was very helpful and friendly, so thank you, we need to clone her... fast 😀. So, one piece of advice i would give us is that the parking lot needs some cleaning the inside of the store is BEAUTIFUL and clean. Let's work on the outside other than that great job on the store, guys. I would love to give 5 stars when i hopefully see a couple of changes. Oh, but I do love the quality of their carts 👍

I ordered a cake for my mother's birthday party and was sooo pleased with the results. Not only did it look as I'd hoped (although it did cost $10 extra), but I ordered all the frosting whipped vs. buttercream including a delicious strawberry cream filling that everyone loved. Will definitely order from them again!

Just adding a recent experience here.The manager Jasmine is pretty rude here. What happened to our older family friendly staff members?I've been a customer 33 years and have lived across the street for the last ten.Staff is usually the friendliest place in town!Screen shot of my old review four years ago added.If I ever need a job I won't be looking here, no one wants to work with that sir apple 🍏Home of the best fried chicken in the world!Great grocery store to get in and out of. Friendly customer service in all departments. Fresh lunch meat and sometimes even some girl Scout cookies are out front ;)They've even upgraded their camping section i feel like i can find everything I'm looking for in one-stop. Don't forget to check out the fresh wheat grass in produce and the great deals in the seafood department! My regular is Chris he is fast and friendly getting your items checked out ^.^

The Kennewick floral department is awesome. Payten and Dana are exceptional florists. Lots of imagination and creativity. Dana excels at doing weddings and special occasions. Payten is great at holiday arrangements.

Words can’t express how much we appreciated your nice clean and friendly store. We travel full time and it’s nice to find a nice store. We’ve traveled from Key West FL and of all the stores we stopped at this one is by far the best.Our cashier Victoria was friendly and we asked a couple people for help and they helped out so nice too.

Great service from workers. I like the choice of different deli foods. The Korean food deli has a good selection of the different types of Korean food. I enjoy food from other countries.My only suggestion is more Organic . If you are reading this and you don't use organic, I found out from my daughter, that went organic, because she found out she has CKD. The difference in organic and my health felt better right away. Or, wash your foods in a bowl of baking soda water to wash the chemicals off.Have yourself a great day.

I have been shopping at Safeway groceries and Pharmacy for a little over a year.The grocery session is very well organized and very well stocked and clean. However, the pharmacy personnel has not treated me with respect at any time I’ve been there to pick up a prescription and each time I’ve been denied the right to use my RX prices. With no excuse given to me.From here forward, I will be taking my business to Walgreens.Staff at the pharmacy is rude and very unprofessional. I will be making a report to the Washington state medical board.

Went to pharmacy to get a prescription. As usual the staff are very gracious and efficient. The store itself is neat and clean. My only concern is checking out in the grocery section as the cashiers tend to visit a little too much/too long with customers creating a backlog of other customers waiting to checkout.

I was doing some shopping on 1/16/23 at the new Safeway on Clearwater. When I had the misfortune of having the rudest, self entitled cashier. Her name is Jasmine! I can't imagine who hired her. Clearly there's no accountability. There's another rude and unpleasant left over from when it was Albertsons. Angie! She got the same self entitled attitude. And no accountability. Who hires these people. It's disturbing to say the least. In my opinion.

Even tho their prices are quite significantly more than Walmart or WinCo, I prefer Safeway over any other store as they have the BEST FRESH PRODUCE AND PREMADE SINGLE PLATES OF DELICIOUS READY TO COOK DINNERS! They also have great hot soup, my favorite is the loaded baked potato. I recommend trying it if you haven't. I mainly go there to get their fresh fruits and veggies. Particularly the nectarines and peaches when they are in season. By far the BEST fruit you can find in a grocery store. They are absolutely delicious, juicy, ripe and everything a peach should be when eaten. I also love their beautiful fresh produce. I get the produce for my bunny, Bun Bun. She also loves your produce and eats yours the fastest over any other grocery stores produce.Pictures are of Bun Bun chowing down on your fresh veggies. She loved them so much she used it as bedding for her nest when she was pregnant and about to give birth 🖤🖤

Love this store... Staff is pretty friendly for the most part. Prices are a little high, to be expected for Safeway, but the store is clean and stocked and everything is easy to find! Pharmacy is a hit or miss. Some of the staff is friendly and helpful, a few others are grouchy and not very customer friendly! All in all .. this is my quick go to store when I only need a few things.

Clean and well organized, even when they were reconstructing the whole place. Love shopping for deals with the Safeway app. Watch out for the ducks in the parking lot 🤣 I appreciate the box of a dozen donuts for $4.99 packed at the end of the day 😏
