The first visit is a meet and greet to make sure your Dog is a good fit. Buddy loves other dogs so he instantly loved this place. The owners and staff were very kind and answered all my questions. My first impressions were all good. Today Buddy had his first day at the Kennel. He seemed to love it and was one pooped pup when I picked him up.

From the moment I walked in the door for a tour, I was greeted with smiles and treated with the respect and understanding. Greg showed us the facility, the numerous cameras they have to watch the dogs, and how the kennels are separate for size. I was very comfortable leaving my fur baby in their care. During her time at daycare, she became close to another dog who happened to be a foster dog through Mikey’s chance. It didn’t take long before we decided to add another fur baby to the family. They both go to daycare 2 days a week, have the BEST time, and are absolutely worn out! Putting our babies in daycare through Ruff inn it is definitely the best decision we made for them. Thank you Greg, Becky, and all the kennel staff for loving my girls and ensuring they have a good time.

Above and beyond is the only way to describe this place! I had so much anxiety over boarding our little 6 month old puppy. We had a bad experience elsewhere and so I didn’t know what I was going to do. I found this on google and it looked great. So I was put on the waitlist cuz i booked it too close to trip and they fill up. I got a call 3 days before we were to leave saying they had space. The owner Becky talked to me for 1/2 hour to make me feel comfortable about leaving her. All my anxiety went away and I knew she would be well taken care of. It was so clean! Didn’t smell of kennel at all. The staff is amazing and it was a breeze dropping her off and picking her up. She must have had a good time playing cuz she slept most of the rest of the night. They post pictures every day. It was so nice to see our little puppy having the time of her life. They even went above and beyond and I got a small video just to ease my mama heart. I really can’t stress enough at how amazing this place is! I would give 10 stars if that was an option!

Ruff INN IT is probably the coolest and chill boarding kennel ever. The dogs are treated like family, the facility is very well equipped and with the owners on site, the security of knowing any situation can be dealt with quickly, is a huge bonus. I can’t say enough how thankful I am to Greg and his team. Ruda will definitely be back for some more fun!! 🏽♥️#tireddoggyisahappydoggy

This place is amazing! It's a little drive out of Kennewick but so worth it. It's family owned and operated and the owner is very nice. He even sat in my dogs kennel with him for awhile at night because my pup is a little anxious, That's priceless! This is a social kennel, your dogs are out of the kennel all day playing with other dogs which they can run around in the shop/ garage area as pictured or go out the doggie door to the fenced backyard. He also runs his grooming shop out of the other side of the garage so the dogs get that human interaction all day while he is out there working. Also the prices were great, especially for the service you get. He was also flexible with me on pick up time since I was driving back from the west side and traffic can be unpredictable!I can't say enough good things about this kennel! I will be going back, maybe even for a daycare date, my pup liked this place so much I think he forget I even left him!

Ruff INN it took my dog last minute when I found myself in a bind a few weeks ago. They were courteous, professional, and flexible and my dog had an amazing time at daycare. This place is great! They helped me out of a tight spot when I had a work meeting while traveling and needed a spot for my pup to play for a couple hours. Very friendly and helpful staff, and my dog absolutely loved running around and playing with the other dogs there.

Wow. I called this morning and politely asked for a confirmation email before I dropped my dogs off. The man who answered the phone was condescending and rude. Horrible customer service. They lost the service of two families today. We will be taking our dogs elsewhere.

The staff is absolutely amazing and so kind! I just boarded my 15-month-old lab with them for the first time over a holiday weekend and my girl had a GREAT time and slept wonderfully for the next two days as well lolThe prices are amazing and would gladly pay more for how great this place is!Ruff Inn It will have my business as long as I have a dog to give them business with!

I love having a safe place to care for my dog when we take a trip. They do a great job at making sure appropriate breeds and sizes are together. I love checking out the photos to see my girl having a great time. She even got injured once (she's a rough player) and they were legitimately concerned about our pup when we brought it up. The owner here truly cares about the animals and it shows.

I loved having the daily pictures of my dog as a way of checking in, she always had a smile on her face! And I know she had a great time and played hard because once she was home she slept for 3 days straight! Thanks!

This place was great for my Teddy! He loves other dogs and the open kennel allows him to play all day. He was so exhausted when he got home but he seemed excited to be there. They are super organized. Everyone was nice as well.

If I could give a zero or negative for my experience I would. Do not bring your dogs here unless they are exuberant and friendly. I have a 9.5 year old medium sized dog who is low energy and only does well with calm dogs. I called and confirmed with the owner twice that they separated the dogs by temperament and was assured that they do and that they have a calm group. When I arrived to drop my dogs off for boarding I reiterated that my dog would be in a calm/low energy group. The staff and owner looked confused and asked what I meant. I explained that he doesn't do well with high energy dogs or puppies, they told me that they separate based on size, I said I was told it was temperament based. At this point I was feeling very anxious about entrusting my beloved pets to them. They continued to make me feel uncomfortable with looks and comments and continually asking if my dog is aggressive. The owner gradually became more and more rude with a very condescending tone and told me this is a "social" kennel and never said otherwise. If that was the case when I called twice they should have communicated that instead off misleading me. They told me I was attacking them, even though it was quite the opposite. They also took my other dog back and put her in with a huge group of dogs with no introduction or easing her in. If your dogs are your babies/kids like mine AVOID THIS PLACE!! We were asked to leave and I've never been more glad to oblige.

The staff and owner are just awesome. They not only take excellent care of your Dog for an affordable and fair price, they go the extra mile when they have the opportunity to and are extremely flexible. Hands down the best experience I’ve had with a Dog Boarding business, and as long as they’re open they will be mine and my family’s #1 choice.

I can't say enough great things about this place! We have boarded Ruger at other kennels over the past 8 years and this is by far the most reasonably priced, cleanest and most interactive place he has stayed! Other places charge for the dogs to socialize, I don't know about you but if I were dropped off against my will in a place with cages, I would want ample time to play and make friends. Ruff "INN It accomplishes this and more! When we picked up our fur baby this morning he was happy and tired, I will highly recommend them for years to come!

This place was FANTASTIC! I didn't mind the drive at all. Love the set up for grooming, a fenced yard with a doggie door! Your furbaby doesn't have to be locked in a kennel!My dog was super happy when I left him and when I picked him. Very knowledgeable about what type of comb and brush I needed to use to groom him.Best experience ever with a groomer!

Recently we went out of town for a week. We left our chocolate lab Buddy here. I was a mess, but it was reassuring seeing photos and videos of our boy having a great time on their FB page. He came home in good shape, and I was really pleased he got to socialize with other dogs too! I would highly recommend boarding here. They're friendly and great with the fur kids!

My 10 month coonhound had a great time here! This was the first doggie daycare that worked for my nervous pup. We've tried others but my pup kept being overwhelmed by the number of dogs. Ruff "INN" It Kennels separates your pup my size/age which makes all the difference. Plus, the staff is friendly and the facility is clean and organized.

Ruff “INN” It is the only place I’ll ever take my dog. They always treat him as if he was their own. One night they said he was the only dog so he let him sleep in their house! They are always quick to respond to my messages and post fun videos and pictures of the dogs while you’re away. Our dog loves Ruff “INN” It and so do we.

Great Place to board your dogs, they are pet lovers and take good care of them!! My big guy has been going there the last 3 years and loves it there!
